She walked out of my apartment, putting down my notepad and laptop that she had brought from the office.
And it dawned on me that I’ve been too busy playing around that I didn’t notice she was having my laptop and notepad in her arms.

I rushed into my room, got something casual on and sat to take a look at the stuffs she sent to me.
A peek at the first document she sent and I nearly screamed my lungs out.

I dialed Sasha’s number and she picked up in the first ring.
“Please come over at once Miss Sasha” I told her and hung up.
But she called me right back to tell me she wasn’t going to be able to come to my apartment again.
“I’m sorry Sir, but I’m already cooking dinner. I don’t know if you can, but it’d have been easier to have you come over.
“That way, we’d be able to talk about it, while I cook, I’m very hungry” she told me, sounding as firm as one could be.
“No Miss Sasha, there’s nothing reasonable we can talk about while you cook. I mean, how can we be talking about something so important, while you cook?
“Forget about cooking, get dressed now. I’m coming to take you out for dinner.
“We can talk after eating. I’ll wait for you in my car in the next five minutes. Please don’t keep me waiting, and that’s an order” I told her and hung up.
I walked out, looking very distressed and wearing a casual denim that I just pulled on, and a bodice that I found lying close to my bed.
About five minutes later, Miss Sasha walked out of her apartment, looking so different in a ripped jeans and a plain polo she chose to wear.
“Who goes out on a first date with her charming boss, looking so covered up?” I joked as I drove out.
“Aww! And the CEO still has his sense of humour even when there’s fîre on the mountain” she told me cryptically, looking out the window as if she didn’t like what she was seeing in the car
