“What are we going to do? Something is definitely wrong about the way these things are happening. How could Fralscot Limited of all companies, suddenly get acquired by Namenda Holdings again?” the embattled Anderson asked me.
I was truly shocked to hear what he had just said, but I wasn’t surprised to know that the news was quick to reach one of the active shareholders in our organization.
“It’s okay Mr. Anderson, Fralscot Limited haven’t actually been doing so well in the stock market for quite sometime now.
“I took a look at their declining cash flow some days ago, and wondered what could be going on with them, but it’s all good.
“These things will eventually work for our good here at Toshteck Limited. Just relax, in a few weeks time, you’ll understand why I’m asking you to relax now. I’ve got it all covered” I assured him, trying to assuage his fears.
“If you say so Allen-Tosh, because right now, I’m beginning to incline towards some alternatives” he told me before he hung up.
I held my phone in my hand, looking up in worry as I processed the implications of what he had just told me, then I realized the ride was in motion.
Mirabel had long pulled out of the parking lot, and while I spoke on the phone with Anderson, seeking for ways to call him down, Mirabel was preoccupied with driving us to a hotel.
“What? Why are you looking at me like I’ve just done something so terrible?
“It is you who didn’t want me to touch you in the office, because we now have designated places where a girl in love can kiss her man.
