Margo didn’t participate in the dance battle cuz she has been looking for Owen everywhere in school.

“Where could he be? He is not in his music studio or in any of the empty classes”

“Someone help me get out of here!”

Margo could hear someone say.

Owen’s voice was already getting faint, cuz he had been shouting and banging the door after Jr locked him up.

No one came to the restroom, cuz they were busy watching the dance competition.

Margo rushed to one of the toilets inside the restroom.

“Is someone there?”

“Margo, please help me out of here”

“Owen? How did you get locked up in there?”

“Just find a way to get me out of here!”

“I will be right back, don’t panic!” She rushed to get the janitor.

The janitor came back with Margo holding a spare key and he opened the door for Owen.

He was sweating dreadfully.

“How did you get locked up in there?” The janitor asked.

Margo tried cleaning the sweats in his body, but Owen jerked get off… she almost fell.

“What about the dance battle?”

“It’s over. Jr and Swan won” Margo answered.

“I’m going to kill Jr!” Owen fumes and rushes out.

Lectures weren’t held every last Monday of the month, so students are free to go home if they want to, and if they feel like staying back in school and discussing with their friends, they are free to do so.

“So when will I and Prince-charming’s picture be on the billboard?”

“Are you that excited about it?” Kendrick asked.

“Of course I am! That’s why I did my best”

“But Jr, you shocked my bone marrow, I never knew you could dance like that. You both were dancing like it’s just you both existing in this world. Are you two in love with each other?” Yasmeen asked.

Swan’s eyes to Jr.

“Jr!” Owen roared.

He stormed inside the class and punched Jr’s face.

His lips bursted, and everyone gasped.

Owen was about attacking Jr again, but Swan blocked him.

“What the heck are you doing?!” She shouts at him.

Owen became weak on seeing Swan.

“Swan, he locked me inside the toilet on purpose, just so he can dance with you” Owen said with misty eyes.

“So? Does it give you any right to touch him?!” Swan shouted at Owen.

“Didn’t you hear what I just said? I was in the toilet for more than five hours, because of him” Tears fell down from his eyes before he could control it.

He loves Swan, too bad she doesn’t feel the same way.

“Do you think I’d dance with you?! I was planning on quitting in the dance battle cuz you’re my partner Owen! I dislike you, and you keep doing things that will make me dislike you more!”

“Swan, I’m sorry” Owen tried holding her, but she snuggled backwards.

“Don’t even think about it” She took Jr’s hand and left the class.

Yasmeen and Kendrick were just speechless.

Heartbroken, Owen left the class and on his way out, he met Margo.

“Owen you…”

Owen cut her short with a hug.

“Was this how you feel anytime I push you away?” He asked in a crying voice.

“What are you talking about Owen?”

“It hurts so much! My heart is burning in pain” Owen cries like a child on Margo’s shoulders.

“Ouch!” Jr winced as Swan treated his wounded lip.

Swan purposely pressed his bruised lips.

“Swan Princess! Are you doing it on purpose?”

“Yes I am! Why did you lock Owen inside the toilet?”

“He was your dance partner. I joined in the participation because of you, and I didn’t want anyone else to dance with you except for me”

“But still, locking him in the toilet wasn’t the best idea. You even lied to me”

“I’m sorry I lied”

“It’s fine” She caressed his hair.

“Thank you”

“For what?” Swan asked.

“You defended me even if I was wrong”

“That’s because I hate it when you get injured. Why do you keep pretending you’re weak when you are not. I know you would have dodged his punch but you chose to accept it”

“I felt guilty for locking him inside the toilet” Jr said and Swan smiled.

Kendrick stopped walking when he got to the quiet area of the school, he took out his phone and called Yasmeen’s mom.

She picked after a few rings.

“Hello, Kendrick”

“Hi Aunt”

“Why did you call?”

“I’m just curious about something”

“What could that be?” Jane asked.

“The scar on Yasmeen’s forearm”

“You saw it?”

“I didn’t clearly see the scar, but from the look of things, I think it’s a huge scar. Though it healed up already, my heart aches seeing such a huge scar on my girlfriend’s forearm. She doesn’t want to tell me about it, what happened to her, Aunt?”

Jane was quiet, she didn’t say anything cuz she knew the scar was related to Yasmeen’s past.

“Why aren’t you saying anything Aunt?”

“Well… the scar is nothing, just forget about it” She hung up.

“What could be going on? What’s Yasmeen hiding?” Kendrick muttered, worriedly.

“Wait a second, Prince-charming” Swan said when they were about to leave the school on his bike.

“What’s wrong?”

“I left my hairpin in class, I will get it and come back”

“You can take it tomorrow, Swan Princess”

“It’s important to me, my mom gave it to me. It must have fallen out from my hair in class. I will be right back” Swan said and rushed to the class.

She entered her class and she began looking for the hairpin until she found it lying on the ground.

“I wonder how this fell off from my hair” She placed it back on her hair, and was about to leave the class when she found out the door was locked from outside.

“What’s going on? It was open a moment ago” She uttered, shaking the knob of the door.

The hoodie girl smirked watching Swan from the glass window.

She actually locked the door.

“Perfect timing!” She smirked, she left and some minutes later, she came back and threw Marijuana smoke inside the classroom.

The smoke began penetrating inside Swan’s nostrils… She began coughing and gasping for hair.

The hoodie girl satisfactorily watching Swan coughed and gasped for air.

“This is just the beginning, Swan Lake” The hoodie girl smirked and left.

Meanwhile Jr got tired of waiting for Swan, he got down from his bike and went to the class to look for her

He saw smoke coming out from the classroom.

“Swan Princess!” He yells out her name, his heart pounding in fear.

He tried opening the door, but he discovered it was locked.

Jr began using his legs and hands to push the door until he finally broke the door.

“Swan Princess!” His heart left him when he saw Swan lying on the floor unconscious.

Swan slowly opened her eyes and found out she was in the hospital.

Jr took her to the hospital.

He didn’t bother to use his bike, cuz his brain went upside down when he saw Swan unconscious.

He ran to the hospital on foot with an unconscious Swan in his hands.

Students took pictures and videos.

Swan was about sitting up on the bed when Jr rushed to her.

He stepped out earlier to get her medication.

“What happened to me, Prince-charming?”

“I don’t know, I found you unconscious on the floor”

“I found my hairpin, but just when I was about to leave, I discovered the door was locked and all of a sudden, there was smoke everywhere. I was so scared”

“I am sorry”

“It’s not your fault, you shouldn’t be apologizing to me”

“If I had come earlier, this won’t have happened to you”

“I am okay now, you don’t have to worry about me”

Jr hugs her protectively.

“Don’t ever get hurt again, if you die then I’m going to die too”

“Don’t say what you don’t mean” Swan tried breaking the hug, but Jr hugged her tightly.

“I mean every word I just say Swan Princess… YOU ARE MY SWEETEST ADDICTION”
