Janet and Carlos sat together looking at the different kinds of designs for an upcoming party.

Yasmeen entered the house, her eyes producing tears.

Another mobster entered the suite.

“Someone is here to meet you, boss”

“Who?”

“She is waiting outside the clan. She said her name is Betty”

Rocco came out from the clan and indeed Betty was waiting outside for him.

“Long time no see, Betty. You finally came back after running away from me”

“I didn’t come back for you. Where’s Shane and Arabella”

“Arabella? Oh you mean Kitten? Shane did a good job hiding her from me, but he should keep hiding because if I find him, I’m going to kill him!”

“Where’s my son?” Oscar asked when Betty came back.

Rocco happened to let her go.

“I couldn’t find him”

“What do you mean by you couldn’t find him? What about this Rocco?”

“You leave me no choice but to report this to the police” Oscar said.

“Just give me more time. I’m going to find Rocco and Shane. I’m the only one who knows where they might be” Betty said.

“You better hurry up, else I will involve the police in this and have you arrested for child endangerment!” Oscar said and leaves.

Betty sighed and approach a maid.

“Where’s Owen?”

“He hasn’t come back home”

Betty nodded and went to a picture of Owen in the living room. She took the picture and smile.

“You have the cutest smile ever, my son. Rocco is still evil like before, and in order to protect you, I won’t tell Oscar that I know where Rocco is. If Shane has to die in order to protect you, then let it be so. I love you so much Owen, and as your mom, I won’t let any harm before you” Betty kissed Owen’s picture.

Kendrick was at the verge of getting sick. It’s been three days now and he hasn’t heard anything from Yasmeen.

She reads his messages but won’t reply, nor answer his calls.

He went to her house, but couldn’t get answers from her parents, because they had no idea where she is.

“Son” Laura said entering his room.

“Mom”

“Are you sick?”

“I’m lovesick mom. Yasmeen have refused to reply to my texts or answer my calls. She knows I love her more than my own life, why is she doing this to me?” He sniffles.

“Yasmeen is downstairs waiting for you”

Like flash, he rushed downstairs to meet her.

“Cutie!” He hugs her possessively.

Tears falls down from her eyes when he hugged her, but she wiped her tears and smiled at him when she broke the hug.

“Are you planning to end my life? Why did you ignore my calls and texts for three days”

“Are you sure you’re okay?”

“Yes I am. Dress up and let’s go out”

“Where are we going?” Kendrick asked with a smile.

“It’s a secret. I’m taking my handsome boyfriend out on a special outing”

“Then I will get ready immediately” He rushed to the stairs but came back and peck her.

“I love you” Kendrick smiled at her and rushed to his room to get dressed.

Yasmeen and Kendrick had so much fun together, they rode on couple’s rides, ate ice cream together, took several pictures together, kissed and enjoy the advantages of being in a relationship.

Kendrick had an forgettable laughter on his face, as he enjoyed the hangout with the girl he loves so much.

After having so much fun together, Kendrick and Yasmeen strolled through the park, hand in hand.

The sun was setting, casting a warm glow over the lush greenery. They stopped to admire a small fountain, where a few ducks were splashing about.

“Is everything okay?” He asked.

Tears drops down from Kendrick’s eyes, immediately.
