Betty watch Getty as she talked on the phone with one of her business partners, as she descended down from the stairs.
“I’m sorry Getty, but I don’t want my son to die like his brother did. I need to do something to protect my son” Betty said.
She silently walked to Getty and pushed her down the stairs.
Getty screamed while she rolled down the stairs.
Seeing the scene before her, Betty intentionally slipped down and she rolled down the stairs, just like Getty did.
The butler who step out to get some household items came back home and found both sisters unconscious.
He immediately rushed them to the hospital.
Getty and Betty had a force labor and they both gave birth to their sons prematurely.

Betty was the one who woke up before Getty did, so she went to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, and found a nurse who was looking after the premature babies.
“Where’s my son?” She asked.
“Over there, Ma”
Betty walked to her son, she looked at him and he was too innocent and cute to suffer in the cruel world of Rocco.
“What about my sister’s son?”
“He is next to your son” The nurse answered.
Betty looked at the two boys and tears kept falling down from her eyes.
“Is everything okay, Ma?” The nurse asked when she saw Betty crying.
“Yes” She wipes her tears and smiled at the nurse.
“Please can you give me a moment with my son. It hurts that he is an incubator because of my carelessness”
“It wasn’t your fault, Ma. I will leave you to have a moment with your son” She smiled and left.
Betty carried Getty’s child out of the incubator.
“I’m sorry, but you look stronger than my child. I’m sure you will be able to endure the hardship that Rocco will give to you. I just want my son to be safe, and in exchange of taking his place, I’m going to love you, so you won’t ever have the slightest idea that I am not your mom” Betty said.
And that was how she exchanged both Jr and Owen, without the knowledge of Getty, Oscar and Rocco.
She took Getty’s (Jr) and kept her son (Owen) for both Getty and Oscar.

Oscar went insane after Betty explained everything to them.
“How could you have robbed your sister the chance to be with her real son? How could you have done this to I and Getty!” Oscar shouted at Betty.
