Jr tasted blood as his nose crumpled, his head spinning from the force of the blow.

Rocco shoved Jr forward, sending him crashing into a pile of broken crates.

Jr landed hard, his body too broken to get back up.

“Prince-Charming!!!” Swan screamed when Jr didn’t move again.

Twinkle was in her room calling Swan. It was ringing, but she wasn’t answering.

“Why is she no longer answering her phone? We talked an hour ago. Did Jr insist she ditch me?” Twinkle went to her phone contacts, but she discovered she doesn’t have his phone number.

“Shît! I don’t have his number”

Mrs. Lane entered the room and sees Twinkle pacing around.

“Is everything okay?”

“It’s Swan, Mrs. Lane. We were supposed to meet at a restaurant, but she didn’t show up. I try calling her, but she isn’t picking up”

“I just want to know if she is okay. Do you know where she lives? I was excited in being with her that I forgot to ask her about her residence”

Owen slaps himself the moment he arrives in the building that Swan lives.

“I came here to see Swan, so what are you doing here?”

Twinkle looked at the fourth floor and the light inside the room was switched off.

“She isn’t at home. Do you have Jr’s number?” Twinkle asked.

Owen took his hand from her.

“Why are you desperately looking for Swan? Are you Bisexual?”

“Of course not! I just feel something bad has happened to her”

Her eyes twitched and it slowly opened too.

The nurse was shocked to see her awake.

“Ma’am, Can you hear me?” Nurse asked, but Owen’s mom eyes were jut opened.

Her body wasn’t moving, it was just her mouth that was moving like she was in a trance.

“Shane… I need to see Shane”

“Shane… who is Shane? Is he your son?”

“No… he is not my son. I just want to see him… I have wronged him” She struggles to speak.

“Should I get the doctor?”
