“What were you doing up there little kid? Where is your mom?” Tessa squatted to his level and asked softly.
Her sudden change of personality made Harry freeze. He had always believed she had a soft side in her so seeing her looking as calm as this was unbelievable for a second but satisfying.
“I just wanted to take my balloon up there” Barry pouted as he pointed to the tree where his balloon was still hanging.
“I’ll get it for you” Tessa stood up, she removed her back pack and dropped it on the floor before climbing the tree. She took the balloon and came down. “Here you go”
Barry was happy.
“Thank you miss, what’s your name?” The little boy looked up to her and asked.
Tessa was about to say something when Harry suddenly walked towards them. “Barry, I’ve been searching for you, I thought I told you not to leave there” He acted like he did not see Tessa.
“A balloon flew to the tree and she helped me retrieve it. She even saved me from falling, she’s my hero” Barry smiled as he pointed at Tessa.
Harry then looked up and she slowly looked elsewhere.
“Tessa, I’m surprised to see you in the amusement park. I thought you hated everything?” He tried acting surprised but there was still a smirk on his face.
Tessa only rolled her eyes and turned to leave when Barry ran to block her path.
“It’s my birthday miss. If not because of you I would have died on my birthday, let’s celebrate it together, do you want ice cream?” He asked and Tessa gave him a kind of look- like she was surprised with what he was saying.
“Yes Tessa, my life would have been a mess if you hadn’t helped my little brother. Celebrate with us” Harry joined in pleading, he even went ahead to flash her a creepy smile he thought looked cool.
“Stop it Harry, you’re scaring her” Barry hit his brother to stop.
“Girls fall for this smile, what are you saying?” Harry frowned.
“You should try looking at the mirror next time you smile like that. Beautiful Miss looked petrified” Barry complained.
Tessa only watched the both of them as they argued.
“Okay fine Barry you win, I won’t smile because you’re jealous of me” Harry scoffed before facing Tessa. “What do you say beautiful miss, you want to celebrate my brother’s birthday with us?”
“Please, if you don’t follow me then I won’t celebrate my birthday again” Barry suddenly sat on the floor and folded his legs stubbornly.
Tessa gave him an unbelievable look before changing her mind.
“Fine I’ll celebrate your birthday with you” Tessa muttered and the boy jumped from the ground and hugged her leg.
“Thank you beautiful miss, do you like to play? Let’s go play” Barry pulled Tessa along and she had no choice than to follow. She was only doing it because of the little kid.
“Tessa?” A familiar male voice sounded behind them and they all turned back to see Chad.
“New guy?” Chad was shocked. What was Tessa doing with the new guy?
‘Why do I keep bumping into everyone at the amusement park? Seriously, is there an underground party here?’ Harry thought to himself as he forced a smile at Chad.

“Here you go, thank you for shopping at scooter delivery. We hope to see you again next time” Emma smiled at the woman that ordered food before leaving.
She went to her scooter and climbed it. She tried starting it but it didn’t move.
“Maybe something is wrong with the tire,” Dean, who had been following her, said. There was a smirk on his face as leaned against his cool boat tail car.
Emma gave him an unbelievable look before going to check her scooter only to find out that one of the tires was bursted.
“You did this?” She asked with her eyes wide open. It felt like she was going to pounce on him the next moment he said yes.
“Is it important? Why not let me give you a ride” He wiggled his eyebrows at her.
“You’re just so unbelievable gosh!” Emma was frustrated already. She decided to walk past him but Dean didn’t seem to be tired of chasing her.
“Stop following me already!” Emma shouted at him but he didn’t listen.
Emma finally lost it. She stopped running and faced him.
“What would it take for you to leave me alone Dean?” She asked, anger was not invisible from her face.
“Just enter my damn car and let me give you a fucking ride. Girls beg for this opportunity so don’t think you’re different Emma” Dean scoffed. He was trying his best not to look pissed. She was just a retard so why was she giving him a hard time.
“Is there a give up in your dictionary?” Emma crossed her arms under her breast as she looked at him.
“You know there isn’t”
“Well you should add it and give up Dean, I’m not those girls who beg to kiss your feet and I never will be. If you know what’s best for you then stay away from me” She sounded serious as she gave him a warning look.
It was silent, no one spoke again. The only thing happening was eye contact between Emma and Dean but Emma was the first to break it. She turned around to cross the road but almost got hit by a car the next second.
“Watch out!” Dean ran across the road to push her away. He did save her but he didn’t save his legs from scratching the ground and getting injured.
“Fuck!!” He groaned out of pain as he rolled on the floor.
Emma stood, feeling speechless for a moment she thought that car was going to hit her; ‘Did this annoying jerk just saved my life?’ she couldn’t help but think.
“This is all your fault! I told you to leave but you wouldn’t listen!” She then shouted at him.
“Are you really gonna scold me now? Help me up, I’m in pain!” Dean winced hardly.
Emma sighed and bent to his level, she took his legs and tried rolling his trousers up so she could see the injuries but Dean stopped her immediately.
Emma looked at his face, he looked like she was ready to save his face and Emma scoffed.
“I just wanted to take a look at the injuries to see if it’s that serious and are you really shy? Almost all the girls in Westley high have seen you naked but you’re too shy to show me your legs?” Emma raised one of her brows up.
“Watch your mouth! Who said I’m shy? I’m just worried about you. If you keep seeing part of my body then you won’t be able to hold yourself back. You might even jump on me” The moment Dean said that Emma hit him on his head.
“If there was an option between jumping on you and jumping on fire then I’d choose the fire, I’d choose it everytime” She gave him an assuring look.
Dean only looked at her with the thought; ‘She must really hate me’ And strangely there was a weird string on his chest as he thought of that but she shook it off instantly.
Emma rolled his trousers up to his legs. The injury was below his knee, it was a little huge cut. She bit her lips and took off her jacket, leaving her with just a singlet.
Dean’s eyes slowly ran through her bare arms. She was a retard but her skin looked as smooth and fresh as milk. He slowly looked up at her face only to realize she wasn’t actually ugly. She had fine big eyes, full pink lips.
Okay where were these thoughts coming from? Dean shook his head and coughed to himself.
“I’m doing this for you because you saved me” She said as she tore part of her jacket and wrapped it on his injury.
Dean winced a bit.
“I’m sorry, I’m sorry” Emma bit her lips and tied his legs gently but Dean kept looking at her face throughout.
“I’m done” She stepped away from him and he shook his head back to earth. She wanted to leave and Dean’s eyes widened, he tried standing up but fell back on the ground.
“Are you gonna leave me here, escort me to my car at least” He said and when Emma looked at him, he batted his lashes like a baby.
“You… Fine!” Emma was angry, she took his hands and helped him to his car. “There, now leave me alone!” She wanted to leave again but Dean stopped her.
“I can’t hop in and sit, my legs are paining me so much” He squeezed his face like a baby.
Emma suddenly wished the car hit her instead. She sighed and helped him get to the car but by doing that, she also entered the car to adjust his legs.
“Now leave me alone” Emma gave him a warning look. She wanted to leave but she noticed the car wasn’t opening.
“Hey open your stupid car for me” She faced him but the smile on his face says she should have never trusted the devil.
“You little as*hole!!!” She shouted as Dean drove the car.
