The door opened and the nurse came out of Delilah’s ward. We all rushed to meet her.

“How is she?” We asked.

“Sure, but don’t stay long. She is awake.” She said walking away.

“Let’s move.” She said and Teo got into the front seat. She ignited the Engine and zoomed off without even waiting for us.

“I know her.” He replied getting into the driver’s seat.

“That’s quite obvious. We know you know her, but there is more to just knowing. It’s like she hates you.” Danny added sitting in the back with me.

“Can we talk about that later? Am still shocked to see her after so many years.” He said and Danny and I looked at each other.

He ignited the engine and we began to move pretty fast.

“Kaleb is a rough rider. You need to hold on tight.” He said and I nodded.

“Rough rider like Priscilla.” I said and Danny narrowed his brows looking at Kaleb again.

“You taught her how to drive? Or she taught you?” He asked and Kaleb sighed.

“I taught her.” He replied and we all furrowed our brows but kept shut. It was obvious he didn’t want to talk about it.
I wonder what happened between them.

“When are we getting Martin’s wife?” Danny asked placing his palm on my thighs rubbing it slowly.

“Today’s night. She will be at the temple.” He replied.

After some seconds, I began to hear groans of the men too. Teo at work.

Some where not hit and I knew they were beginning to approach us.

We peeped out and we saw four of them walking towards us.
I used the pistol with me and shot the first man at the right.

I shot the second and then Danny took care of the remaining two.

We moved out of the hiding and began to run to the house with our heads down. Everywhere was silent.

The lights in the living room were off so we saw nothing. I knew it was a death sentence if we kept moving with the lights in front.

I was about taking it down when Danny shot it, turning everywhere dark.
