Swan had a frowning look on her face as she watched some students participate in the dance battle.
It wasn’t her turn yet.
“It’s unlike you to be moody? Are you okay?” Yasmeen asked.
“My mood got ruined, I’m not dance partners with Prince-charming”
“Same with Kendrick and I, but we found the people we are partners with, and did an exchanged, you and Jr can do that to”
“It’s impossible, Yas. Owen turns out to be my partner, from the look of it, he isn’t not in a good relationship with Prince-charming. I dislike him so much and I don’t want to be indebted to him” Swan frowns.
“So what are you going to do?”
“I won’t participate and I will tell Prince-charming not to participate too, after all he only wants to be part of this dance battle because of me, moreover I don’t want to dance with anyone except for him” She began walking out of the field.
“Why are you going?” Yasmeen asked.
“Disposing this card number off, and look for Prince-charming afterwards” Swan walks out completely.

Kendrick saw the huge scar in her forearm.
“What happened to you?” He tried taking her forearm, but Yasmeen hides it.
She untied her jacket around her waist, and wore it to cover the scar in her forearm.
“It’s nothing, Kendrick” Yasmeen said cursing herself inwardly cuz she forgot to apply makeup on her scar.
“It’s something, cutie. I saw it, it was a huge scar” Kendrick said, trying to take a look at her forearm.

Swan walked towards the trash can, she was about tearing the card number into pieces, when Jr rushed to her and held her hand, preventing her from pushing through with her plan.
He was panting… obviously from looking for her.
“Prince-charming”
“Don’t tear up the card number”
“I don’t want to be a dance partner with anyone but you, so it’s better I tear it and forget about this stupid dance battle” She made an attempt to tear the card number, but Jr took it from her.
“What are you doing? I don’t want to be dance partner with Owen, I dislike him so much”
“You’re not going to be dance partner with him, Swan Princess”

Jr brought out Owen’s card number from his pocket, Swan’s eyes widened a little.
“How did you get the card number? It belongs to Owen, right?”
“Yes it does, but he gave it to me” Jr lied.
“Owen will never do that. I might be a newbie in this school, but I know for sure that you and Owen aren’t on good terms” Swan said.
“Let’s stop talking about this, what matters is that we are both dance partners, or you no longer want to be my dance partner”
“Of course I want to! It’s you or nobody” She wraps her hand around him, he smiles.

Swan nodded and they both went to the field together.
They met Yasmeen and Kendrick together, and they were done with their dance.
May-May was nowhere to be found.
“Are you both done with your dance?” Swan asked.
“Yes” Yasmeen smiled at her, while Kendrick was looking at her forearm, trying to see if he can still see the scar, but Yasmeen already covered it with the jacket she was wearing.
“Whoa!!!!” Swan jumps cheering for the dancers on stage.
“You were sad just now, what turned on your mood?” Yasmeen asked.
“Prince-charming is my dance partner now, and that’s why I am so happy!” She squealed and jumped.
“Do you give her a love portion? Cuz the only thing in her head is you?” Kendrick asked, directing the question to Jr.
Jr smiled, he is happy about it.
The only thing he thinks about is Swan, he just chose to hide it.
“Where is May-May?” Swan asked.
“I don’t know, she is acting strange lately, I will find the perfect time to talk to her, let’s focus on the dance” Yasmeen said.
While Yasmeen, Kendrick and Swan’s eyes were focused on the dancers on stage, Jr’s were on her, admiring her as she cheered for her fellow students, but he always pretends like he is not looking at her anytime Swan’s eyes fell on his.
It continued like that until it got to their turn.
“Go Swan! I love you!” Yasmeen said loudly.
“Aren’t you saying those three words to her a lot?” Kendrick asked.
“Are you jealous?”

“They’re about to start!” Yasmeen said loudly, purposely cutting Kendrick short.
Kendrick’s eyes went on stage, Yasmeen looked at him with sad eyes, before deciding to smile brightly like she always does.
A love song was being played for Jr and Swan… each dance partners that comes up on stage always has different songs to dance with.
Jr and Swan move to the music, their bodies synced as one. Their hips sway in tandem, gyrating with a seductive rhythm that ignites the passion between them.
Jr, with his dark, intense gaze, holds Swan close as she sways to the beat, her lithe body undulating like a serpent’s.
They move together, their chests grazing against one another, their breath mingling.

The dance battle continued and at the end of the competition, Jr and Swan won, which means they’d be place as the best couples in peaches high’s billboard.
