Their tent is empty, but Hazel is currently laying on their bed by the seashore.

The dog, Prada is beside her.

She’s stroking the dog’s head with an hand while typing a text with the other.

Hazel: I hope you change completely and find peace. I forgive you, but I’d rather not be friends anymore.

She sent it to Penny before finally deleting her number, then she smiled.

Kenzie suddenly slept on her, and she squealed, giggling as she pushed him off.

He came over again and peppered her face with kisses, especially the cheeks.

She was chuckling all through, and when he finally let go, he took her wrist and kissed the dice bracelet there.

Prada whined happily beside the bed, and they both smiled.

“Bonne fille…it means good girl, right?” She said.

“Are you just finding out?” He grinned, and she laughed.

He continued laughing, so she pushed him off, and he quickly stood, rushing off.

She ran after him and scooped water in her palm, pouring it on him.

He stopped and came back for her, but she didn’t run for long before he caught up and lifted her by the tummy, making her laugh so hard.

He dropped her, and she hung her arms on his neck.

“Short girl” he teased.

“Hey!!” She frowned, and he laughed.

They leaned in at once, kissing deeply as the sea breeze refreshed them, Hazel’s gown blowing around.

Prada jumped happily beside them again, and when they broke it, they held hands.

Hazel held Prada’s leash with her second hand, pulling the dog with them as they walked the soil.

She rested her head on his shoulder.

Two and a half months ago, she’d have burned anyone who told her Kenzie would be the love of her life by now.

Two and a half months ago, he’d have probably murdered whoever told him Hazel would be his girl, but here they are.

“OH MY GAWD!!!” More insane screams brought the hall to it’s knees, and the crowd went bunkers for the scene.

Different cameras, both phones and digitals has their lights flashed across the different angles surrounding them, capturing the beautiful moment.

Kenzie grabbed her arse behind, and the screams came insanely again as their tongues wagged wars in their demanding mouths.

They were both smiling into the kiss, biting and chewing and sucking, becoming oblivious of the crowd.

Amber and Hope are still singing on stage, and the girl holding Hazel’s microphone let it go unconsciously.

Another girl caught it before it could land on the ground, and the crowd pushed the first girl back for more space in the circle.

“I’m so happy” Maria said beside Thiago, tears brimming in her eyes already.

“You’re too emotional, darling” Thiago replied, hugging her face to his chest.

“I’m the happiest woman living” she muttered, hugging him.

“They’re so cool” Lee said beside Natty, and she smiled.

Lee faced her, and she held his hand, both smiling widely at each other.

The kiss was finally broken, both lips looking red from the hardness of the kiss.

Kenzie caressed her lips, and she smiled prettily.

Hazel couldn’t control her happiness as she got so much love from the crowd around her, her fans.

She didn’t go back to the stage, so Amber and Hope came down too, and the atmosphere became more intense.

Miguel winked at Hope, and she did it back.

When she walked past him, they couldn’t stop staring at each other.

Eminem and Livia are practically jumping on each other’s faces, giggling hard in excitement.

Amber walked past Austin, and his pupils dilated the moment she came closer.

She smiled specifically at him, and he returned it, they she walked past to join the others.

The concert continued with the three girls singing with the crowd, and instead of the normal thirty minutes, it took one full hour.

Surely, after tonight…the band will grow bigger.

9PM, GREG A. HOSPITAL*

Kenzie didn’t read the text he got from the hospital till he left the concert.

He had to head to the hospital immediately.

He came with Lee, and as they walked the hallway, he was already having a hunch about what the urgency might be.

“It’s not what I’m thinking, right?” Lee asked him, but he couldn’t reply till they got to Georgia’s ward.

Several doctors are in with her, but its her dead body in bed with a cracked, broken head.

“She broke the chains and wounded a nurse while trying to escape. She fell from the stairs” the new head doctor said, and Kenzie sighed, staring at the body intently.

Lee quickly held his hand, and he looked at him.

“It’s for the best” Lee said, and he sighed again.

Is it really for the best?

His plan was to kill her himself, but karma had to take over for him?

“I’ll take the body” he finally said, and after signing some documents, the body was handed over.

He took it to the outskirts of the city alone, there he set it on fire, and as he watched the body burn, tears came out of his eyes.

To him, they’re the last tears he’d ever shed…her demise means the end of his problems, he’d surely get over it.

He was still crying when Hazel’s car stopped in the area, and he smiled despite his tears when she came down from the car.

She rushed to hug him, and he continued his tears on her shoulder.

“Thanks for coming into my life, evergreen” he whispered, and she closed her eyes.

TWO DAYS LATER, A WEDDING HALL*

“You may now kiss the bride” the officiator announced in the front after the couple exchanged their rings

Maria smiled wide, and though tears were trying to ruin her make-up, she tried her best to keep the tears away without allowing it to fall.

She looks so beautiful in her sweeping glittering wedding dress, and the veil fell elegantly behind her head, attached to her hair bun.

She looks younger even, and a large smile fell on Thiago’s lips when he saw her nervousness.

Maria held her bouquet tighter when he leaned in, and the moment he captured her lips in a kiss, the whole hall roared with claps from the guests.

Friends, families, associates.

Lord Steel is in attendance too with Amber.

“You’re so pretty mum!!!” Hazel shouted.

Hope leaned closer to Miguel, and they held hands before looking at each other.

Kenzie is sitting with Hazel on a table, and her cheeks hurts already as a result of her unstopping smile.

Kenzie kept his eyes on her.

When Amber and Austin’s eyes met again, he bit his lip, stylishly asking for her line in a mutter.

“Later” she mouthed back, and he smiled.

The couple broke the kiss after what looks like forever, and Maria threw the bouquet.

It was Hazel who caught it, and Kenzie staged a show of kissing it in her hand immediately.

In two days, they’ll surely be on the plane to France with the rest of the guys to resume.

It’s obviously the best and most hectic school break of their lives.

Hazel sighed and made to go close to her, but Livia pulled her back.

Hazel started going closer and closer to Penny, and at each step she took, the memories of their childhood plays stormed her head.

She almost started crying, but she held it back.

The hall has a 15 thousand people capacity, and despite that fact, the concert tickets were sold within one day, so the mad crowd in the hall right now is understandable.

It’s CADENCE first concert in months, their comeback concert, and it’s starting in fifteen minutes.

Obviously, fifty percent of the people in here came because of Hazel, Thiago’s daughter.

The other fifty percent are for Hope and Amber.

The hall is a beehive of loud screams and anticipating yells already, the neon and snowy lights making the atmosphere look chilly and at the same time cool…

The crowd kept swaying, screaming CADENCE every now and then, and the stage is all lit up already, looking ready and all set for the performance.

Everyone of the guys got a seat in the front rows, including Maria and Thiago who’re getting married in days to come.

Kenzie was smiling big in the middle of the crowd, unable to wait any longer for the performance.

His phone dinged in his pocket, and he retrieved it.

It’s a message from the hospital, but before he could read, the stage lights became brighter, and louder deafening screams took over the space as the girls stepped in.

Amber, Hope, and lastly Hazel.

Immediately Hazel appeared last, the screams even went on a higher pitch.

She raised her microphone.

“What’s up New York!!!” She screamed, and the hall shook with the response she got from the crowd.

“This is ethereal, feels unreal. Can’t believe my dream finally came true tonight. It has always been my dream to be a part of this band and I finally got it!” She shouted, and another wave of screams hit her.

“And a minute of silence for Erika Wills, the lost member I’m replacing” she continued, and silence ensued in the hall.

It went on for the one minute, and immediately it ended…

“The song is titled COME, dedicated to every broken heart out there” she said.

“Candies scream out!!!” Amber shouted.

“Are you ready to feel some chills?” Hope added, and the scream that followed was accompanied by their intro.

Hazel started the music…

Hazel: I hoped it wasn’t true. I didn’t want to lose you. What if things were going wrong, was our love dying? Though my heart it breaking, I had to turn my back. It hurts less than saying goodbye.

Hope: I’ve never dreamt that you could leave me. I can’t believe you could abandon me. I just can’t stop my feelings which I feel so long.

At this point, Hazel did a mic drop and went low on the ground.

He slowly darted his eyes to the left when he felt someone touch him.

A girl is standing there, eyeing him seductively.

Hazel caught a glimpse of what’s happening from the stage, but she kept dancing, though her eyes remained on Kenzie.

Kenzie looked at the paper and just ignored, but immediately he returned his face to the stage, the girl came closer.

She made to secretly insert the paper into his pocket, but Kenzie was sensitive enough to catch her hand.

“You have a death wish?” He glared.

Before anyone could get it, Hazel already came down from the stage, and the screams got madder when she landed in the middle of the crowd, walking with sass with her microphone and singing without missing the beat till she got to Kenzie.

She jerked the girl away from him and gave her the microphone.

“Hold it” she told her frankly, and before the girl could talk, she turned back to Kenzie, stood on her toes, wrapped her arms on his shoulders and kissed him!

Natty smiled and took his hand away then wiped the rest of the tears.

“You’re immature” she said.

“I won’t jump into conclusions again, I promise” he quickly said, and she brought the dreamcatcher doll out of her pocket.

“The next time you do, I’ll return this to you” she said jokingly, and he smiled.

“And…you don’t have to turn eighteen…” She said, and his eyes snapped up

Before he could breathe out, she raised his chin with her pointer finger, and his eyes widened when she leaned in

The moment her lips touched his lips, he fainted on the ground.

“Lee!” She shouted, kneeling beside him.

He opened his eyes slowly.

“Am I dreaming?”

“Fûck, he’s cute” she laughed as he sat up.

“It’s real” he muttered, and she leaned in once again.

This time, he closed his eyes as their lips met, and she smiled into his mouth.

Livia and Eminem took their talk out of the room too, into Eminem’s room.

She fell on the bed when they arrived, and he fell beside her, laying down

“What did you study?” She asked.

“Psychology with Ken” he replied, and she lay beside him.

“Of course, silly. I chose it because I like it” she laughed.

“Yunno…your dad is a mafia, so I was thinking…

“Thinking he’d make us go for business? He doesn’t impose things on us” she interrupted.

“Great” he said, and she faced him.

She faced him, and he leaned in.

His lips met hers, and she spranged up, her cheeks so red.

“We should date” he said.

“Why is it so hot suddenly?” She began fanning herself with her hand as she rushed out of the room.

Hazel is currently sleeping on Kenzie’s chest on the couch, and while he’s stroking her hair with an hand, he’s pressing his phone with the other.

Hope and Miguel are sitting beside each other on the opposite couch…

“So you’re Natty’s ex?” Hope talked.

“Yeah” he replied.

“Why did you break up?” She asked.

“I wanted a break, and…

“And you broke her heart?” She cut him off.

“But we agreed to meet at the studio tonight” Hope replied.

Dr. Dora got a loaded injection from the tray of one of the nurses, and the moment she turned back to Kenzie, a devilish glint appeared in her eyes.

Immediately she took it and made to insert, Kenzie’s eyes flew open, and she was caught off guard when he snatched the syringe from her and tossed her on the bed, sliding his hand on her neck.

FLASHBACK, ITALY ~ A WEEK AGO*

After passing out at the Alphas mansion and getting taken to the hospital, Kenzie woke up six days later, feeling much better.

The elevator stopped at the penthouse, and she was led out with Maria.

Austin, Livia and Thiago were already waiting for them.

“Welcome home, girl!” Livia hugged her with wide arms immediately.

“You see, I made a deal with Austin over your gender, and I won. Now I got a partner in crime” she whispered in her ear before breaking the hug.

Hazel blinked in confusion..

“Oh…sorry my bad…I’m Livia Alejandro…your adopted senior sister” she smiled.

“And I’m Austin Alejandro…your adopted senior brother” Austin introduced, hugging her too.

“I’m glad you’re prettier than Livia” he whispered in her ear, and Hazel couldn’t help but smile big.

Immediately they broke the hug, Thiago stepped in and engulfed her in his arms, hugging her tightly like a treasure.

“Are you really…my dad?” She muttered, tears gathering in her eyes again.

“Do you need proof?” He broke the hug, and she shook her head.

“No, the people you killed for me are enough proof. I’m just wondering why it took you so long to find us…we suffered a lot. Our sufferings only went down when we started working at the estate” she said, and the tears fell, but Thiago quickly wiped them.

“I’ll pay back for all the tears you and your mother shed in my absence, I promise. I promise, Hazel” he said, and she nodded once.

They hugged again, and this time, she hugged him back, shedding tears of joy.

“Welcome home, mum…” Austin hugged Maria who’s standing separately with tears of joy on her face too.

“You should ask for permission first…can we call you mother too?” Livia asked, and Maria widened her arms for them.

They both hugged her at once, and her tears continued flowing till Thiago came for her.

The two had to step back, and Thiago embraced her tightly, stroking her hair.

“Thank you …thank you for finding us” she sniffled.

“Dry your tears, Maria… you’re in your home now” he replied.

“I’ll show you to your room, Hazel Alejandro” Livia grabbed her hand, and before she could protest, she already took her upstairs.

Hazel nearly passed out when she entered.

It’s so fuçking big, and it’s in a shade of green, her favorite!

“How did you know I love green?” She muttered.

“Every single room in this penthouse is green, dad’s favorite color too” Livia replied, and Hazel smiled, rubbing her palm on the king-sized bed, the headboard, stand, the dressing table..

She opened the closet, and she gasped..

“We’ll go shopping with the maids tomorrow to get your wardrobe filled” Livia said behind her.

She opened the bathroom door, and she gasped again.

It’s bigger than her bedroom at the estate, and there’s a big bathtub awaiting her with several new facilities.

She sat at the edge of the bathroom and her eyes caught the dice bracelet on her wrist…

The one Kenzie gave her…

Her mind went to him automatically, and she almost started crying.

“Is it Kenzie? Do you miss him that much? What if he’s already continuing his trophy game in Italy?” Livia said.

“No. No he wouldn’t do that” Hazel stood.

“You trust him that much?” Livia replied.

“He made me into strong girl I am today. I’d still be as dumb as a doorknob if he didn’t come into my life Livia. He can’t just do that for me and turn his back…he won’t” she said.

“I know, just kidding… you’re Thiago’s daughter now, so he’d be dead if he breaks you” Livia winked, and Hazel smiled, then they hugged again.

“Dad already scheduled your eye surgery for tomorrow” Livia announced.

“Already?” Hazel broke the hug.

“Dad hates delay, and also…you should be able to see without lenses, girl. You’re Thiago’s daughter” Livia winked again.

“Stop saying that” Hazel chuckled.

“Why? I’ll ring it around the whole world! You seriously dunno how hard I prayed for a baby sister… Austin is so annoying and…

“And amazing ” Austin interrupted, coming into the bathroom.

“What are you doing here?” Livia smirked.

“Aren’t I allowed? She’s my sis too, duhh” Austin rolled eyes.

“We’re having a girl’s talk, so bounce” Livia rolled eyes too.

“Come here Hazel” Austin took her right hand.

“She’s not going with you” Livia took the left, and Hazel gasped as they began pulling her left and right.

“I’m in trouble” she muttered.

“His line is still not going through?” Maria came in.

She’s aware of her sleeplessness.

“Yeah” Hazel muttered, and Maria sat beside her to stroke her hair

“He’s fine… he’s Kenzie Torrance anyways” she said, and Hazel smiled, then Penny came in.

“It’s been a while Penn” Maria stood.

“I know, right?” Penny smiled, and Maria left the room for them.

“Heard Kenzie is outta the country, you must miss him a lot” Penny said.

“You can’t ghost me for days and suddenly come here then expect me to talk to you Penny. Life doesn’t work that way” Hazel stood.

“Look I’m sorry…I know I acted salty like a bîtch and I deserve it, but i didn’t want to involve you in my family crisis. My father’s farm got confiscated and…

“What! And you didn’t tell me?” Hazel interrupted with a gasp.

“I’m sorry” Penny made faces.

“I’ll go see him, right now” Hazel got her back and led the way out of the room.

“Doesn’t mean I forgave you though” she said.

“I understand ” Penny replied, coming out after her.

“Where are you girls off to?” Natty met them at the garage.

“Penny’s place, to see her parents” Hazel replied.

“You can take Kenzie’s car” Natty replied, ordering a driver to drive them.

THIAGO ALEJANDRO’S CASTLE*

“I don’t understand… we’re grounded just because we visited that estate? I honestly think you’re doing too much! Is it a sin to be the daughter of a mafia? Hahaha! Not funny!” Livia said dramatically, jumping down the stairs.

Thiago is in the living room, and Austin is sitting with him.

“Seriously? Just manage it, it’s only today anyways” Austin said, and Livia rolled eyes.

“But somehow…the girl who came last yesterday looks like someone I know” Livia narrowed her eyes.

“She’s one of the new member of CADENCE, Hazel Queens” Austin replied.

Livia immediately got her phone and went online.

Immediately she saw Hazel’s pictures, she gasped.

“Wait! Isn’t she the carbon copy of the woman we’re looking for?” She said, and Austin quickly joined her.

“Now that I’m looking at her attentively, she’s…

Thiago was already with them before he could finish, and he only took a glance at the picture before storming out of the house.

“Dad!” The two ran after him, meeting up at the garage.

He drove himself for the first time, roughly out of the castle.

They drove another car after him with the guards, and they literally fled into Torrance estate.

They met Anna and Hugo at the garage when they arrived, and immediately they came out of the cars, the couple glared at them.

“Thiago? What are you doing in my house?” Hugo scowled.

“Welcome back, boss” Maria rushed out of the annex, and Thiago couldn’t believe his eyes.

“I knew it, finally” Livia smiled.

“You’re a genius!” Austin said.

Maria was about to take Anna’s bag from her when her eyes met with Thiago, and she has a rerun of that night in her head immediately.

She staggered back, and Thiago rushed to catch her.

“So romantic!” Austin gushed.

Hugo and Anna exchanged glances.

“I found you” Thiago said.

A MART*

“Are you sure you have enough money to shop? I can give you some” Hazel said, and Penny smiled.

“I have enough, I’m getting only a box of sugar ” Penny replied.

She actually suggested they branched at the Mart on their way to her house, and here they are.

“Can you help me pick it? Need to use the restroom” Penny suddenly said on their way to the shelves.

“Sure” Hazel smiled, and Penny left.

Hazel checked her phone for any text from Kenzie, but she found none, and she sighed sadly before returning the phone.

She picked the sugar box.

Penny met Cole and Katherine waiting when she entered the restroom, and she heaved.

“Are the dynamites set? She’s inside already” she said.

“Yeah, all good. We need to get outta here in two minutes” Cole replied.

Katherine nodded.

At once, they all left the restroom, and together with the other staffs of the Mart, they escaped through the backdoor.

Cole and Katherine actually settled the Mart owners already…they payed triple for the building and the goods inside.

Hazel went back to the payment column to pay for the sugar, but surprisingly, there’s no single attendant in sight anymore.

The Mart is so dry, and she looked around in awe.

“What’s going on?” She muttered.

“And why is Penny taking so long?”

She was about to go to the restroom in search of her when the Mart door bursted open, and she was shocked to the bones to see Lord Stee.

He came in with Natty, Miguel and Eminem, then several other guards from the empire.

“Out!” Steel yelled, and Natty pulled her hand.

“Where… What… are we… Natty what’s going…

She was choking on her words as Natty ran out of the Mart with her and the others.

Lord Steel was the last to come out, and immediately he did, the Mart blew up right in front of them, and Hazel fell on her butt in shock, her heart falling at her feet.

“Arghhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!” She screamed out in fright.

Natty had to kneel in front of her and hug her face to her chest protectively.

Lord Steel sighed, watching the burning Mart with a slight smile.

He remembered his promise to Kenzie before he travelled to Italy…

FLASHBACK, TWO DAYS AGO*

“I won’t move an inch from New York if you don’t promise protection over her” Kenzie said, sitting in front of him.

“Natty and the guys are enough to protect her” Steel replied.

“Nope. Her greatest enemy right now is your daughter and her boyfriend. I want you to protect her, YOU” Kenzie insisted.

“Granted, captain” Steel replied.

BACK TO THE PRESENT*

“She escaped!” Katherine announced at the back of the burning Mart.

“What do you mean?” She was in before I came to meet you guys!” Penny replied.

Cole rushed forward and took a peak at the front of the mart.

He gritted his teeth when he saw Hazel in Natty’s arms.

“Shit! Let’s get outta here” he ran back, and Penny began shaking as they got in the car as fast as possible.

Cole drove roughly down the road, but they couldn’t move further when they were crossed by a limo.

“Crash into it!” Katherine shouted desperately.

Before Cole could do that, several other cars surrounded their car, and Penny began crying.

“What’s going on!!! What’s happening!!!”

Cole’s hand fell from the wheel when Thiago Alejandro came out of the obstructing limousine, followed by Livia and Austin.
