Romeo stood in front of the hospital, pacing about when the doctor came to him.

As soon as she got to the hospital she was urshered into his ward where she was told by the doctor that he only suffered a slight injury since he hadn’t been wounded much when the chopper fell into the sea.

They had given him sedatives and it will be until the next day before Romeo wake up.

A nurse walked into the room and while she began doing her thing Willow called her again.

She quickly move to stand in front of the window before answering.

~WILLOW’S VILLA~

Marie sat curled up on the big white bed. After she had been brought in, she had thought that she would be treated roughly but to her surprise she was treated like the mistress of the house.

They gave her food and the maid brought all sort of expensive dress for her and they also help her put it on but the one thing they didn’t allow her do was to leave the room which got her wondering why.

When Romeo left her to go to work, she had told Willow to go do his thing and that she would go to work by herself.

She remembered that she had called a taxi and it was in that taxi that she dozed off. She should have known something was off when she saw the driver putting on a face mask but she didn’t notice.

So why on earth is she being kept here? She miss Romeo and wonder how he is coping with her disappearance.

Romeo could be seen fuming as he made his way to the hotel room where he knew Marie would be in.

After the kss they shared, she had gone back to the competition where she kept up the act of being Charles lover but he knew most of her concentration had been on him cause she kept starring at him.

He had thought that she would be home after the competition so he could get things straight with her but he got home to find her room empty.

At first he had thought she ran away and had called his investigator who gave him her whereabouts.

Finding out that she had booked a hotel room just to stay away from him got him feeling angry and that was why he came to the hotel to take her back with him.

He rang the bell three times before she opened the door and on immediately he pushed past her into the hotel room.

“I overheard a conversation between two of your employee. They were talking about your type of girl and everything they mentioned made me realise that I wasn’t any of it” she said softly.

“What they say doesn’t mean a thing to me, it shouldn’t mean a thing to you too”

“It might not mean a thing to you but to me it means a lot. It shows how different we are” Marie countered his words.

“Why are you making this hard for me? If I hadn’t met Develene, I wouldn’t be in your life and am sure that once Develene is back she will ……”

It was Romeo who pulled away starring down at Marie who was still reeling from the kss.

“Is that a yes?” He asked and she nodded smiling up at him.

“Stick to your word and take care of me for the rest of your life” she mouth at him and he made a loud groan before claiming her lips once again.

He lifted her up and she wrapped her legs around him, still kssing her he found the bed room where he layed her on it to make sweet passionate love to her.

“Well Marie and I met a few months back and at first we hated each other. I didn’t think much of her and she didn’t with me but that soon change when she got me hooked” Charles began.

She had been starring at the camera but when she heard Charles statement she stared at him while he did the same.

“She got me falling for her, I love her so much that I can’t live without her and as you can see, we are both chef which makes us the best couple.

I hope my food and love keeps her by my side, no other guy will wake up by five in the morning just to cook for you” he said which got everyone laughing except for Marie.

She didn’t know why but she felt that Charles meant his words even though it was just an act.

“You are one lucky girl Marie, I know definitely that I won’t wake up at five just to cook for my wife, it’s the other way around” the host said and they all burst out laughing again.

“So what do you say? Will you let go of this great guy who wakes at five in the morning just to prepare breakfast for you?” The host asked and she forced a smile on her face before giving a reply.

“Of course I ….. Arrrrghhhh!!! ” She shrieked out Suddenly when she saw Romeo seated at the judges seat starring at her.

“What’s wrong?” The host and Charles asked her together.

“I think am fine now. Can I please use the rest room” she mouthed the last part to Charles who told her to go ahead.

Marie took in deep breaths trying to steady herself.

What is he doing here? She thought as she paced around the rest room. The look he gave her certainly showed that he heard Charles talking a while ago.

Bracing herself she left the rest room and was heading back to the competing room when a door opened and someone took hold of her hand pulling her into a room which seemed like the store room.

“Romeo” she called on seeing that he is the one.

“Now tell me what is going on” He demanded and not wanting him to misinterpret things she told him everything.

“It’s just an act and…..”

“I don’t think it is an act. The way Charles was looking at you was far from being an act” he said cutting her off.

“You aren’t going to tell me to quit the competition right?” She asked.

“Of course I am! As soon as you go back there you need to give an excuse to leave…..”

“Am not going to. I gave my word to Charles” she said now cutting him off.

“And what about me? Did you think of me when you stood there letting him cook up those lies?” He asked.

“I already told you that it’s all an act”

“A act I don’t like. Am jealous Marie, am jealous of seeing you with Charles or any other guy” he said as he rest his head on her forehead.

“I don’t like seeing you talking to other guys, it drives me crazy” he said starring down at her.

“That’s a chauvinistic thing to say” she replied

“I don’t care, all I know is that am jealous” he said as he withdrew from her leaving her feeling empty.

“Alright! I will keep my jealousy in check but I hope that you will also try your best to stay away from Charles. Keep him at bay” Romeo said looking a bit sad something that pull at Marie heart.
