I frowned in surprise.
“Bedroom?” he nodded. “You have a bedroom here?”
“Of course, there must be a place for me to nap” he replied.

“Yeah” he kissed my shoulder again. “So, what do you say?”
I leaned down and pecked his lips lightly.
“Let’s wait until we get home, I don’t want tomorrow’s news to be”
I paused and held up my hand as if I’m holding a microphone.
“… Famous pop star, Duncan Baldwin and his mysterious wife, Rachel Baldwin died in a plane crash and the cause of the crash is; having rough sèx while on board”
Duncan laughed at my weird report, and pinched my nose softly.
“The plane wouldn’t crash simply because we’re enjoying ourselves”
“It will, let’s wait until we get home”
He pouted his lips and gave me his best puppy eyes, but I simply laughed.

“Fine” he huffed, then folded his arms on his chest and sulkily turned away.
I shook my head, then sat back on my seat, and the rest of the ride was in silent as Duncan went back to his laptop.

Hours Later, LA<<
It was already nightfall when the Baldwins arrived LA, Mrs Baldwin has already fallen asleep by then, and Mr Baldwin, who didn’t wanna disturb her sleep, had to carry her to their pick up car.
He helped her get into the passenger seat, and was fastening her seatbelt when she opened her eyes and grabbed his hand.
“Are we still on board?” she asked sleepily.
“No, we’ve arrived LA” he replied her. “Go back to sleep, I’ll wake you up when we get home” he added.
A yawn left her mouth as she nodded, and went back to sleep.
Mr Baldwin fastened her seatbelt, and rounded the car to the driver’s seat.
“I just got news from our men, sir” Lucas reported as he approached Mr Baldwin.
“Shh” Mr Baldwin shushed him, then lowered his head and checked if his wife was still sleeping. “Don’t let my wife hear us” he added.
Lucas nodded.
“What news?” Mr Baldwin asked.
“Sir, we can’t go back to the mansion tonight, because there’s an ambush and Mrs Baldwin… ”
He trailed off, and glanced at Mrs Baldwin who’s sleeping soundly in the passenger’ seat. Mr Baldwin understood what Lucas wanted to say, he shut his eyes and inhaled.
“The motherfuçking cunt couldn’t wait until we land LA first!” he growled under his breath, then faced Lucas. “Send some of our men to distract the ambush” he instructed.
“Sir, you mean…?”
“We’re taking a detour”
Lucas’ eyes widened as he gave his boss a confused and curious look.
“But, sir, we aren’t so sure if there won’t be any danger in the mansion”
Mr Baldwin looked towards his wife, he pushed his hair back and bite his lips.
“I wouldn’t go there tonight if it isn’t because of my wife, she won’t be so happy when she wakes up and find out we aren’t in the mansion” he paused shortly. “Don’t worry, there won’t be any dangers with me around her”
Lucas simply nodded.
“You and Fatima should go and take care of the ambush, but spare one of them and bring him to my playroom for interrogation”
“Yes, sir”
“Right, we’re gonna visit Ferrari’s doctor tomorrow morning, don’t be late”
“Yes, sir” with that Lucas jogged towards a car that was parked a few feet away.
Mr Baldwin got into the car, and drove off.
