Mr Baldwin has been playing games on his phone since he entered the office, fifteen minutes ago and Mr Alejandro was just glaring daggers at him, he’s becoming tired of Mr Baldwin’s ‘I don’t care’ behavior.
“Did you come to my office to play games, Duncan?” he asked when he couldn’t bear to keep the silence anymore.

Mr Alejandro gritted his teeth as he narrowed his eyes, speechlessly.
“What was that stunt you pulled on stage last night? Why did you tell everyone you’re married? Do you know how many fans you would lose because of your marriage?”
He turned his computer towards Mr Baldwin, but he (Mr Baldwin) didn’t stop his game to even take a glance at the screen, which seemed to infuriate Mr Alejandro more and he banged on the table.
“Can you be serious with me here?”
Mr Baldwin paused, he slowly raised his head and raised his left eyebrow at Mr Alejandro, Mr Alejandro adjusted on his chair and gulped nervously.
“You wanna be serious?” Mr Baldwin also adjusted himself, crossed his legs and looked more like a CEO now. “You and I both know you don’t give a fuçk how many fans I gain or lose” he narrowed his eyes. “You’re just scared that my marriage will ruin my reputation in the underworld, correct?”
Mr Alejandro shifted his gaze away from Mr Baldwin’s, he got off his chair and adjusted his suit as he walked towards the window.
“Duncan, I spent years making you the most feared and respected lord of the underworld, but you’ve ruined everything after making that announcement”
“I didn’t mention her name”
“And you think they won’t find her, because you didn’t mention her name?” he scoffed. “You’ve officially let them know you have a weakness, they might not make a move now but they will very soon”
Mr Baldwin stood up, he shoved his phone in his jacket pocket and put his hands in his pants pocket.
“I don’t care anymore, my wife was getting impatient and she’s gonna divorce me if I didn’t make that move” Mr Baldwin sighed. “I can’t lose her for anything, I quit!”
“You quit? What do you mean?”
“It seems like I didn’t make myself clear enough, I should make it clear” he rounded the table and walked closer to Mr Alejandro. “I don’t need the gang anymore, because they aren’t even helping me get what I’m searching for, I don’t wanna be their lord anymore and I wanna be a lone wolf from now onwards!”
“You can’t quit, the big boss won’t let you…”
“Let him come to me directly and I’ll repeat these words to his face!” that being said, Mr Baldwin stormed towards the door, without waiting for Mr Alejandro to say another word.
Lucas who was leaning against the wall outside the office, quickly rushed after Mr Baldwin immediately he stepped out and shut the door in a bang.
“Mr Bald…”
“Make a post on my Instagram account, I quit Marvin’s record label”
“Huh?”
“Now!!” he bellowed, making Lucas’s phone slip off his hands in fright.
“Yes, sir”

RACHEL’S pov.
R&F Coffee and Ice Cream Parlor<<
“Thanks, Mike” I thanked Mike as he stopped outside my cafe and made to alight his car.
But I stopped abruptly and fell back on my seat, when Fatima suddenly let out a loud curse from the backseat, both Mike and I turned our heads towards her to check if she was ok.
“What’s wrong?” we both asked at once.
“Look” she pointed out the window.
I took a look and cursed loudly too, some men dressed in black suits and sunglasses surrounded my cafe. I did a quick count and realized they’re twenty-five in numbers.
I was kinda confused for a moment, wondering where they came from? And why they were surrounding my cafe?
Then my eyes landed on someone I’m familiar with, he’s one of Duncan’s men and Duncan mostly send him to give me tickets to his concerts, that’s when I realized they’re all Duncan’s men.
But why are they standing outside my cafe this morning? Or did Duncan finally decided to pay me a visit? But wouldn’t have so many of his bodyguards here draw people’s attention?
“Hey, I think the paparazzi and reporters are here too” Mike said, pointing at some group of people who were holding cameras, and snapping any and everything that come in their sight.
What are they doing here? Luckily we’re at the other side of the road, hence they can’t see me unless I step out of the car.
“Isn’t that Tasha Wood?” Fatima asked as she stared at a particular girl, but sadly she’s backing us and I couldn’t see his face.
“How did you know she’s Tasha Wood?” I asked her.
“Look” she pointed at Tasha’s shoulder. “That tattoo, it’s customized and only Tasha has it”
As if to prove Fatima’s words, the girl turned around and I realized it’s the same bimbo that came to my cafe last night.
But why did she bring paparazzi and reporters to my cafe? What is she trying to do?
