“Stop it don’t touch me” Rella yelled loudly due to how noisy the mall was.
(Awhile ago)
Rella and Karan went to the mall to get something since tomorrow is their two years anniversary. Karen decided to get something special for his virtuous woman- Rella.
On getting there, Rella refused in coming down from the car when the guard had opened up the door for her.
“Rella what happened?” Karan asked curiously.
“Karan you have to tell everyone to leave the mall for you want me to tag along” she mumbled a reply.
Karan didn’t utter a word as he understood her words so well.
He was a cute and nice man love by everyone most especially the ladies. He was everybody’s crush according to his wife Rella. Geez, what a drama queen he got as a wife.
“Best choice, you know I can’t do that. The mall is for everyone including the poor. I got know right to drive them away. Well even though I’m wealthy, it doesn’t mean I should take advantage of it.
“It’s gonna ruin my reputation. People will start talking bad of me. And don’t you worry, no girl is gonna touch or have a picture with me, that I promise” he assured sincerely with a seductive smile.
“Babe stop telling me that. That was what you said a month back before leaving. I just can’t go through that jealous stuff again” Rella pouted like she waa gonna cry.
“So you’re jealous now? You know you have no reason to be jealous” Karan stated in a knitted brow.
“Why are you staring at me like that babe?” Rella muttered curiously examining herself.
“Baby I love you so much and I will always love you no matter what. I promise never to hurt or cheat on you, you are my life my everything” Karan gave her a passionate kiss on the head.
He came down from the car and approached Rella, holding her hand in his.
They were surrounded by their bodyguards who wasn’t told what to do.
Ambling into the mall, on the sight of Karan gave the busy mall a loud atmosphere. People began screaming ecstatically, running towards him but on getting to him, the guards didn’t give room for them in getting anywhere close to him.
“Sir, please can i have just one photo with you, please” a pretty young lady said and unconsciously stepped a toe on Rella.
“Stop it don’t touch me” Rella yelled loudly due to how noisy the mall was.
Just then, one of the employee bumped into the scene and doesn’t need to be told what to do. She sent for the security immediately and they joined hands in paging way for Karan and his wife, leading them to their vip spot.
“Good day sir, good day ma. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and we’re glad in having you here for the first time.. Please have a seat while I take your order” a beautiful female employee said shyly with how cute Karan was glancing at her.
“Karan” Rella abrupted while seated and was wondering why Karan was still standing and throwing weird glances at the lady.
Karan sighed softly. “Thanks for your hospitality. Well I actually came all the way here to do the shopping with my wife alone. Didn’t come to sit while someone else do the shopping for us.” He said a little pissed.
“I’m sorry sir, didn’t mean to be offensive” the employee bowed instantly.
“You weren’t offensive, I was just” he paused and peak a look at Rella who has been watching them so interestedly as if she was watching a movie.
“Get the car ready, we’re going home” he said to his bodyguard sam with his eyes still on Rella.
Rella smirked and walked out.

All through the drive home, Rella didn’t utter a word to Karan which got him wondering as they edge into the living room.
“Best choice, what’s happening?” Karan asked unable to hold it anymore. Rella stood against him, backing him.
“Babe! please let me be. I can’t do this anymore, am Dawn to earth serious. I can’t spend time with my husband outside because of all those girls, why me?” Rella lamentated.
Karan heaved a heavy sigh. “Best choice, you know seeing you crying hurt me alot?” He muttered unhappy and made to leave but rella stopped him.
“Okay! I’m sorry I won’t cry am serious. It just that, I’m scared those girls will someday make you cheat on me” she cleared her thought looking downwards.
“Best choice, cheating is a choice, staying faithful is also a choice.
I have made a vow to always make you happy and cherish you. I’ve learn to appreciate you and love you without any reservations, whenever you feel unsatisfied regarding of what am doing, it’s for you to willingly enough to open up to me.
“It’s not easy for me Rella, it’s not my fault girls loves me so much and it’s natural. It takes commitment, self control and discipline to stay faithful and believe me it’s achievable.
“Love is never enough. Self discipline and relentless commitment is very essential when it comes to relationship or marriage.
“You need to trust me Rella because I will never cheat on you and that i promise. You really don’t trust me rella and that’s what hurt” he unhappily said.
“I don’t blame you for not trusting me. Your dad makes you believe all men are same and you have already allow that thought of yours make a difference in our lives. You refused to trust anyone” he added staring into Rella’s eyes.
“No babe that’s not” she was disrupted with Karan sudden index finger against her lips.
“Don’t say anything. Am not angry with you and you know I love you so much. All I want is for you to trust in me and stop frowning when we go out please” he smiled briefly at her.
“Okay I promise. It’s getting late already. Let me fix us dinner.” Rella smiled tiredly and Karan knew that instant she might need an extra hand in the kitchen.
“Let me drop you” he wrapped his arms around her waist, making her grin.

Rella stressed on the bed tiredly and couldn’t find Karan on the bed and wonder where he had gone so early? It’s just a minute past 6am.
“Babe! Babe! Babe!!” She called leaving the bed as she flip her flip-flops into her foot, adjusting her nightie down before checking all over the room for him but he was nowhere to be seen.
She left the room for the stairs. Where could be have gone.
“Karan!” She called while climbing down the stairs but was surprised on getting to the living room only to find it decorated with Karan holding a beautiful cake in his hands.
“Happy two years anniversary to us best choice!” Karan uttered while dropping the cake before approaching her.
“Babe” Rella called surprisedly in a mild tone.
Karan chuckled while wiping off her tears.
“Two years ago, I thought I had it all figured out, my perfect partner, my perfect life. But God had a different plan for me, one that would show me the true meaning of love and acceptance. He blessed me with a partner who completes the imperfect me, someone who wasn’t my TYPE but was exactly what I needed.
“That same-year, we sealed our knot and made a vow to each other and to God and I know his blessings will forever cover us, guiding us through the ups and downs of this journey called life. My Cinderella you don’t know how much you have impacted my life, out of many girls that comes my way but you were the chosen one for me. Thank you for saying yes to me twenty four months ago.” He pecked her.
“Babe ! I’m sorry for not always remembering every months spent together” Rella pouted sadly with tears of joy streaking down her cheeks.
“My Cinderella, if this is all I have to do to make you happy everyday, I will gladly do it” he pulled her cheeks lightly.
“You have shown me a love that surpasses all understanding and to my family and close friends, you have made my wedding dreams come true and for that, I’m eternally grateful.
” You don’t deserve to be toy with my Cinderella, May God continue to guide us and bless us on this journey as we navigate through life’s challenges together” he added.
“Amen my soldier of a husband” rella teased making him smile more.
“So what are your plans for today?” He stared at her.
“Hmmm! Nothing really. Just going to see my friends that’s all” Rella gave a eye roll.
“Okay. I will be stepping out for a bit. Do come home late and also don’t forget, i will be leaving tomorrow” he said.
