“They’re just to focused in their business to worry about May-May. Owen called them, but they said she can handle herself in transferring to another school. Her parents didn’t take action, so Jr won’t be sued, besides she also pushed you down the escalator” Yasmeen said.
“We should visit her once I’m discharged”
“Why should you visit a sick brain like her?” Jr asked.

“Jr did what he did to May-May because of you Swan. Saying that you’d visit May-May, makes him feel like the bad guy” Kendrick said.

Annie keeps smiling as she watch a picture on her phone.
It’s a picture of her in the orphanage before an earthquake collapsed the orphanage.
Thankfully she was able to secure the picture before everyone disbanded from the orphanage.
She spent days on the streets, until she was taken in by her adopted parents.
She was still drawn to the memories of the orphanage, when Linda entered her room.
Her mood changed drastically.
“I just got a call from Margo”

“She wants you to be at her house cuz she has some errands for you”
“As her errand girl? She has maids to the job for her, so why me?” Annie asked.
“Have you forgotten who you are?” Linda asked.
“I haven’t, but I won’t do whatever errand Margo wants me to do!” Annie shouts at her mom and a resounding slap landed hotly on Annie’s face.
“You better go to Margo’s house right now! Or you’d leave my house. I never wanted you anyways!”
“You think I wanted to live as a puppet. If leaving your house will set me free from Margo and Cat, then I’m ready to do it! What’s the point of living in a mansion when I can’t sleep peacefully in it. I’m going to leave!” Annie shouted.
“Then leave, but make sure you don’t take anything with you! Everything you have now, was bought by husband and I! You came to this house empty handed, you should leave empty handed too, leave my house, ungrateful bastard!” Linda shouted pushing her out of the room.
Connor rushed in.
“What’s going on here?” He asked.
“Thanks for letting me have a little taste of a good life, but I don’t think I can continue living in thorns while people think I’m living in roses!” Annie said and ran out of the house, in tears.
Connor tried going after her, but Linda held him.
“Let her go, she isn’t even our daughter! I never liked her!” Linda spats.

Owen before entering the house, dropped his guitar inside his car, and just like he guess, Oscar was sitting in the living room, sipping gently in the Italy red wine, he was holding.
“Where have you been?” Oscar asked.
“To see a friend”
“So you prefer visiting a friend than getting to know more about the company right?” Oscar asked.
“I don’t know anything about your company, cuz I have no interest in your gaming company!”
Oscar hits his hand on the table, and Owen flinched a little.
“You have no interest in my gaming company! Have you forgotten that it feeds you and gave you the life you have now. Peaches High exists thanks to my company!” Oscar roared.

Jr’s met with the shopping bag on the table and he asked;
“Yasmeen got this for you?”
“No. Owen did”
“Owen came here?” He asked, jealousness singing on his face.
“Yes he did. He was so good when he sang for me, he was….. ” Swan stops talking when he saw the coldness in his face.
It gripped her.
“What’s wrong, Prince-charming?”
“If you don’t want him to have broken bones, then don’t talk to him anymore” Jr said, dead serious.
“Why shouldn’t I?” Swan asked, she was getting tense cuz of the cold face of Jr.
“Because you’re mine and mine alone, baby girl” he said.
With no warning, Jr leaned in and planted a deep unexpected kiss on Swan’s lips.
Swan froze, stunned, as her brain scrambled to process what was happening.
She could feel the warmth of his lips against hers, the softness of his skin, the delicate pressure of his touch.
Her body stiffened, unsure of how to react, but her heart beat faster, skipping a few beats as it fluttered in her chest like a butterfly.
She felt a rush of heat sweep over her body, as if a fire had been lit inside her.
Her lips tingled where they’d touched his, and her breath quickened, as if the air itself had suddenly become electrified.
With her pulse racing, Swan placed a hand gently on Jr’s chest, feeling the strong beat of his heart beneath her fingertips.
Then, without hesitation, she drew him in closer, pressing her body against his in an unspoken invitation for more of his kissable tempting sugary lips.
