Jasmine finished looking at Travis before facing Theodore.

“Come with me” He held her hand and went to a secluded area with her where they could clearly still see Travis.

“It’s simple,, now that Arianna is now with my boy he’ll be feeling really down and heartbroken. It’s up to you to fill that void and sadness. Go talk to him and try to cheer him up! You’ll see he’ll feel better and you’ll get more into his good books” Theodore said, pointing at Travis from where they were.

Jasmine looked at Travis, feeling unsure.

“What if he tries to kiss me!” She said out her mind.

Theodore raised his head.

“Then you kiss him back.” He shrugged.

“What!! I don’t know how to kiss, I’ve never done that!!” Jasmine said

Theodore made her face him and she felt her heart skip a beat as their gaze met.

“See? You’re doing a good job in maintaining eye contact just like you’re doing now. It’s simple, just tilt your head to the side, hold his cheek and the press your like against his. He’ll surely take the lead and you just have to follow his lead” Theodore said.

Jasmine looked down and took in her lips. She closed her eyes and cupped Theodore’s cheek then quickly pressed her lips on his, shocking Theodore.

She slowly released Theodore’s cheek as her raised foot went back down.

“Just like…that?” She asked shyly.

Theodore just stared at her without speaking. Like a flash, Theodore pulled her over then pinned her hands above her head as he gazed intensely at her.

A gasp left Jasmine’s lips as her lips parted slightly.

With his free hand, Theodore pulled off her huge lenses from her face.

“You’re prettier without this” He muttered.

“Kiss me” Jasmine mustered up all the courage in her before saying.

Theodore immediately leaned in and claimed her lips. He slowly released her pinned hands and she immediately snaked her arms round his neck, pulling him closer at each passing second.

Julia who walked out of her tent to free her mind froze when she saw them kissing not far from her tent.

Tears welled up in her eyes and she ran back in the tent.

“Okay mom, bye goodnight.” She blew kisses on the phone before hanging up

She turned to go back to her friends and almost screamed when she saw Cole leaning on a tree while look at her…

“Geez! You almost scared the sh*t out of me!” Linda said and heaved

Cole smiled and walked closer to her. He stretched his hand forth.

“Come, I wanna take you somewhere” He said.

Linda slowly took his hand and they left. They walked for few minutes before they got to place.

Linda gasped as she looked around the area. Fireflies could be seen flying everywhere, illuminating the place

“Wow!!” She chuckled and stretched her hand and one landed on her palm.

“I found this place during the treasure hunt” Cole said, sitting the green grass.

Linda went and sat next to him, hugging her knees as she kept staring at all the fireflies which flew around.

“Thank you Linda” He muttered, staring up at the stars.

“For?”

“For everything.. If you hadn’t stolen my phone back then then I wouldn’t even have met you, strangely you always this way of always brightening my dark mood” Cole said.

“Well guess there’s a lesson learnt from all these.. Stealing helps a lot” Linda grinned and Cole couldn’t help but chuckle.

“Linda.. Your name suits you perfectly” Cole said.

“Of course! It’s the Spanish word for pretty and so am I” Linda flaunted her hair and Cole shook his head.

“I’ve never smiled this much before. Even my band mate can testify to it” Cole said.

“I’m glad I can help you in one way or the other to forget the void your parents left in you” Linda smiled.

“Why not also fill the void in my heart” Cole said.

“Huh?”

“Yunno, I once mentioned I have a girlfriend right? Well, she was my everything.. I loved her wholeheartedly but one day she left me for another. I don’t beg but that day I begged like I’ve never did before and guess what she said to me… She said we will never have a future together. That I’m nothing but an ill lucked orphan who feeds from Dean’s family to survive” Cole said, remembering everything as if it was yesterday

“I decided that it’s over that I’m never associating with any girl again till I met you.” Cole said and turned to face her.

“Me?”

Cole slowly took her hand.

“Yeah.. I don’t know which spell you casted upon me but I found myself smiling just by thinking about. I’m completely trapped in your spell.. I think.. I love you” Cole muttered.

Linda looked at him in utter shock and bewilderment.

“Cole…”

“I don’t need an answer from you yet. I think I’m not ready to hear it now.. Just let me show you that I’m for real,,, please” Cole said, slowly leaning in.

Their nose brushed against each other and Linda’s eyes slowly shut down as she slowly welcomed his lips on hers.

MORNING, 3AM**

Everyone were still sleeping soundly in their tent. She sun will not even rise any moment from now.

Arianna was sleeping soundly while hugging her plush bunny when she suddenly heard a weird sound outside.

Her eyes flew open and she could swéar she saw a shadow walk pass their tent.

She sat up and the shadow passed again. She looked at her friends and they were sleeping soundly.

She stood up and took her phone then quietly left the tent. She turned on her flashlight, looking around for any signs of someone or maybe something.

Something moved again behind her and she quickly turned but saw nothing.

Already feeling scared she decided to go and alert the teachers when suddenly someone covered her mouth from behind.

Her eyes widened as she tried screaming but it came out in muffled sounds. Her phone fell from her hand, landing on the floor as two figures dragged her against her will till they disappeared in the dark.
