“So…can we settle the fight between captain and co-captain this morning? Listen I don’t like the coldness between you two!” Eminem complained during breakfast.
Maria served them ten minutes ago, and they’re already eating except Kenzie who’s at the living room.
“I and captain are ok…it was just a scuffle ” Miguel said.
“Are you sure? Aren’t you planning to come for me with a knife tonight and cut off my dîck or something more important?” Kenzie replied sarcastically from the living room.
He’s chewing minty gum, phone in hand as he updated his IG.
“Dude! I’m not heartless like you” Miguel rolled eyes, and Natty smiled.

“Your boys?” Miguel and Kenzie chorused with irritating looks on their faces, and Eminem started laughing till he choked on his food.
“Good riddance, bloody fûcker” Kenzie said, and Miguel sighed.
“How’s it gonna go about Cole? No idea where he’s hiding yet?” Natty asked.
“Just a lil bit more time” Eminem replied after drinking water.
“Why aren’t you eating?” Miguel asked Kenzie.
“I had breakfast already” Kenzie replied.
“You updated your IG? It’s been two days” Natty said surprisingly, viewing it.

“Guys!” Hope came in, and Natty screamed.
“I missed you a lot! So how’s your dad doing?” She asked.
“He’s fine now” Hope replied, settling her gaze on Miguel who’s still eating.
Immediately he saw Hope staring at him, he stood and went upstairs.
“I’m obviously invisible” Eminem voiced.
“Was actually about to say hi to you” Hope quickly said, and he simply smiled.
Five minutes later, Hazel called, and Hope had to leave the mansion to meet her at the garage.
They hopped into her car, and she drove them out of the estate.
“Girl I love your new bracelet, where’s it from?” Hope said.
“From Natty” Hazel lied again.
“Hope, you have a crush on Miguel right?” Penny asked suddenly from the backseat, and that made Hope stop abruptly in the middle of the road.
Unknown to her, a car is coming upfront, and she almost jammed into it.
“Oh my gawd! Hope!” Hazel shouted, and they quickly got down from the car.
When they saw the car they almost jammed, their eyes widened.
It’s a new model G-class Mercedes, brand new.
“I think we’re in trouble” Hope said, and the owner came out.
Ten men in suit came down after him too, his guards who’re armed with ammunitions.

Penny quickly rushed back into the car
“Sir…I…I can explain….” Hope began stuttering, and the man just kept staring like a robot, his expensive cologne filling the air.
“We’re sorry sir… It was a mistake” Hazel spoke eloquently, and he finally smiled slightly.
“That’s more like it… What’s your name young girl?”
“Hazel” she smiled, and his smile grew.
“Careful next time” he said, and before she could reply, he’s already back in his car.
He drove off with his guards, and Hope let out a loud exhale.
“I almost died!”
“Me too, can’t believe we just casually met him, I’ve only seen him on TV’s” Hazel replied.
Hop entered the car to meet Penny angrily.
“You asked that foolish question when I was on the wheel, and then you ran back to hide in the car when!” She stated.
“Well I was right… you’re crushing on Miguel” Penny rolled eyes.
“Penny stop! Ok?” Hazel rebuked, and she huffed as Hope angrily drove off again.

LORD STEEL’S EMPIRE*
“Thiago Alejandro is back in the country, and just like he did before he travelled out, he’d try to block my business again, but I’m more prepared for the battle this time” Lord Steel said gruffly, rubbing his beards.
He’s sitting at the balcony with his advisor.
“Are you confident because of The Devils? They’re just college students yunno? How do you intend to face Thiago with those four?” The advisor replied, and Steel laughed.
“Do you know why they’re feared? Because they’re my spawns, and I had trainers from Greece train them. They aren’t small fries, and they never disappoint” he said.
Katherine came in, shedding tears and interrupting the talk.
The advisor quickly excused them.
“Why the tears?” Steel asked.
“Cole’s parents are dead” she sniffled.
“Good for them” he deadpanned.
“And Cole himself is missing!” She snapped.
“And?” He replied.
“It’s my boyfriend we’re talking about dad! And I think it’s connected to a girl, this one” she brought out her phone and showed him Hazel’s picture.
He took it immediately, recognizing her as the girl from the initiation.
“She’s dead, definitely” he said.
“Says who? She’s one of the two new members of Amber’s band!” She shouted, wiping her tears.
Lord Steel stood immediately, walking down the hall.
He left the balcony completely and entered the gym building.
He walked to the rails and stood there, peeking down.
Kenzie and the guys are there, working out. They arrived some hours ago.
Steel settled his eyes on Kenzie, and he tapped his pointer finger on the iron rail thrice.
“You didn’t deceive me, captain. Did you?” He muttered, then he inhaled and left with a scowl.
Kenzie stopped punching the punching bag and hugged it, breathing hard and sweating.
Prada is still pressing up on the ground. He’s a trained dog, and he has it’s routine too.
The others are still serious with their workouts, so Kenzie left them and threw his weight on a sofa, getting his phone.
He texted Hazel immediately, rubbing his lips as he did.
Kenzie: What are you doing, right now?
She replied immediately.
Evergreen: You’re obsessed with this question.
Kenzie: Answer the question, Hazel.
Evergreen: We’re on our second practice break, and I came to the restroom to pee when I saw your message. I can’t believe I was made the main vocalist, and now I have to go on a diet and watch what I eat… I don’t wanna get skinny.
He finished reading and almost smiled.
It feels oddly good, reading her long complaints.
Kenzie: So…no lunch this afternoon?
Evergreen: I’m allowed to have just noodles, and there’s no noodle shop around this stupid studio…even if there is, I’d rather starve and keep the money for another thing. I’ll eat when I get home.
He left the conversation afterwards and stood, walking out the door.
“Where to? Captain!” Natty shouted after him.

CADENCE STUDIO*
Hazel waited for another text from Kenzie for minutes, but it never came, and she was about to start wondering when the alarm for the third practice session rang.
She rushed out of the session and made her way to the practice room, but getting there, she met Katherine in front of the room, looking pissed.
Hope and Penny are with her, trying to calm her with several members of the team.
Amber is sitting on a chair, crossing her legs and awaiting the show with a confident smile.
“Where did you hide Cole? Huh?” Katherine questioned immediately Hazel got there.
“What do you mean?” Hazel replied immediately.
“Don’t act like you’re innocent! I know he’s missing because of you! Didn’t you visit him last night? Where the hell are you hiding Cole!” Katherine snapped, and before Hazel could talk again, she already grabbed her by the hair.
“What do you think you’re doing!!” Hazel glared.
“Where is Cole!!!” Katherine shouted, pulling at her scalp.
Hope tried to intervene with the team, but Katherine bit her hard, and Hope got wounded.
Penny was smiling, and Amber clicked her tongue, enjoying the drama.
“Where did you put Cole?” Katherine demanded for the third time, and this time, Hazel struggled and slipped herself out of her hold.
She pushed Katherine afterwards, and Katherine fell on her butt to the ground powerlessly.
Amber spranged up from her chair, and Penny stopped smiling.
“Is it because I’ve been keeping quiet? You think you have the right to accuse me when your serial rapist of a boyfriend and his family are the criminals?” Hazel yapped angrily, and mouths widened.
Katherine quickly stood, and Hazel quickly grabbed a standing microphone, holding it up like a weapon.
“Come closer and I’ll fûck you up” she threatened, and cruelty flashed across Katherine’s features immediately.
She pulled up her gown, and to the shock of everyone, she drew a gun, aiming directly for Hazel.
“Katherine no!” Hope shouted as everyone went low immediately.
“You think I’m Katherine Steel for joke? You’re dead” she muttered, and Hazel gulped, dropping the stand.
“Here” a deep voice boomed from the door, and Hazel’s ears recognized it immediately.
Everyone turned, and shock is an understatement when they saw Kenzie coming in intrepidly, gun in hand like he’s in some action movie set.
Suddenly, he threw the gun in Hazel’s direction, and she instinctively caught it in the air like a pro without thinking about when he even got here.
She aimed at Katherine with it, so they’re now aiming each other.
“I can be a bad bîtch too, Katherine” Hazel muttered.
