Naomi’s frown slowly turned to a smile as she looked at Gwen which surprised them.

“Naomi is being so distant these days! Even though she’s fighting with Gwen she should at least talk to us” Lucky said angrily.

“Tatarara!! Tatarara!!” Xavier sang dramatically as he opened the door for Edward to step in, after staying for almost two days in the hospital he was finally well.

Xavier entered the kitchen and came out with a bottle of beer and some party cups.

“No one is on any type of diet today so we’ll be drinking and Edward you’re an exception, we brought you fruit juice” Xavier said and Dominic clapped his hands happily.

They all sat down, Dominic poured done juice for Edward and poured himself along with Xavier and Jace some wine.

“Let’s drink, for Edward!” Xavier said.

“For Edward” Dominic smiled and they all cheered.

Some hours everyone were sleeping apart from Dominic who kept looking out of the window with a cup of drink in his hands.

He looked at his hands and what happened earlier flashed back in his hand.

“I don’t know what I’m turning to lately, I should have done anything but that” he muttered and gulped the remaining drink from the glass then dropped the cup.

No lecturer today so that class was a bit busy, some people chit chatting while some making noise.

“Edward” Lucky came to sit beside him.

“Hello” he waved.

“How are you feeling today? When did you leave the hospital?” She asked.

“Yesterday night and I’m really stronger now” he replied as he was talking, Lucky was looking at his face.

“What? Is there something on my face or am I getting handsome?” He asked as he proudly rubbed on his chin.

Lucky brought her hands to his face and he froze.

“Seems like you’ve lost some weight” she muttered seriously as she caressed his cheeks and Edward thought her touch felt cold.

“Really? Does that make me more attractive to you?” He asked.

“No! I want you to be thicker like before, gosh I’m so sorry, hold on” she stood up and rushed back to her sit.

Edward confusedly rubbed on his face, wondering the weight he lost.

Lucky came back with two lollipops in her hand.

“Here” she wanted to give him but a hand suddenly snatched it.

“Hey” she looked up to see Jace standing beside her.

“These lollipops are my favorite, can I have them?” He asked as he stared at Lucky with a smile.

“But she gave me” Edward replied.

“I have more” Lucky ran back to her bag and brought more then gave it to Edward.

“I’ll talk to you later concerning our talents preparations” she waved at him then waved at Jace before walking away with an awkward look on her face.

Edward sighed when Jace sat beside him.

“What are you trying to do? Why do you keep interrupting my moment with Lucky?” Edward said angrily as he opened the lollipop that was given to him.

“I’ll go straight, you see I like Lucky so I want to ask you to kindly back off” Jace said and Edward chocked in the lollipop.

He finally straightened up then turned to look at Jace.

“When did you started liking her?” He asked.

“She’s sort of my secret crush and I want to have something with her so please kindly step back because you don’t like her” Jace replied.

“I like her too, I’m not backing off” Edward shook her head.

“Then we’ll compete for her, if she chooses me don’t hate me” Jace said.

“Me too” Edward replied and Jace laughed but immediately cleared his throat when Edward turned to look at him.

Dominic has been waiting beside Naomi’s locker and he finally saw her coming. He straightened up and began approaching her.

“Naomi” he called.

“We agreed that you should stay away from me” she replied without looking at him.

“I want to talk about yesterday, I couldn’t sleep last night after what I did to you” he replied and Naomi turned to look at him.

He dipped his hands in his pocket and brought out an ointment.

“Please have this” he stretched it to her.

Naomi scoffed and resume walking but he ran to her front and grabbed her hands then placed the ointment forcefully on her palms.

“Just take it please, I don’t like feeling guilty!” He said hardly.

Naomi threw it on the floor instead and the glass container of the ointment broke into pieces.

“Funny how you can feel guilty for a punch on the face but not guilty about how you hurt me” she said with teary eyes.

“Naomi I feel like shìt after hurting you! It’s not my character to do that that’s why I’ve been begging for so long!” He replied.

Naomi only let out a smug smile before leaving while Dominic sighed, he sat on the floor and rested his back on the locker beside him.

All these while Gwen was peeping from her locker, she shook her head before angrily moving over.

“Dominic!” She called and he looked up.

“Gwen” he muttered and slowly stood up.

Her hands flew to his cheeks immediately and he gasped as he touched his cheeks.

“Really? You hit Naomi?” She said angrily.

Dominic chuckled dryly and slowly removed his hands from his face.

“Answer me!” She yelled.

“You’re always quick to judge me with every little thing you hear right?” He asked in a slow tone.

Gwen looked at him but didn’t say anything.

He chuckled again and his gaze rested on hers.

“Fùck you Gwen! I mean it” he said before walking past her.

Gwen turned back and watched him leave before shutting her eyes tight and taking in a deep breath.

The noise stopped when the footsteps of the VC echoed towards the stage.
