“Where on earth is he?” Cathy complain as she sat in the car waiting for Paul to come out.
After having talk with Kate, she had sent Cora packing, telling her to go back to the company without her since she has to wait for Paul and she has been doing that for a while now.
Since it’s their lunch hour , she decided to wait so she can take him out for lunch.
She will then charm him with her beauty and then, confess her feelings to him.
People might think her crazy that she fall for a guy after meeting him thrice but she couldn’t care.

The door open siezing her attention and a smile lit her face when she saw Paul walking out of the company.

They went into a restaurant and was shown to a seat close to the window.
From where she sat in her car, Cathy watch Paul and Kate talk and during their conversation, Kate didn’t stop touching Paul.
She even went far as to cup his face, saying something which got them both laughing.
“They are… dating” Cathy conclude, a sad look marring her face.
Seems like she will have to put an end to her feeling or she will end up embarrassing herself.
Having made a decision, Cathy drove away.

“I heard that this restaurant is famous which is why I’m using my precious time to come eat here but I never expected this massive queue” Aurora mutter as she stare at the long queue in front of her.
When exactly will she be able to eat? Aurora thought as she walk to the entrance, trying to speak to the waiter incharge of showing people to their seat.
“I’m the only one. Can’t I be given a single seat” Aurora ask.
“Sorry Miss but the empty seats available are for couples. I suggest you come back some other time” The waiter reply, ushering in a couple.
“Isn’t that being unfair to the single ones!” Aurora yell, stamping her foot.
She began to leave only to walk straight into someone.
“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to… You?” Aurora exclaim on seeing Damian.
“Nice to see you again,Aurora” Damian greeted, smiling at her.
“Yeah, nice to see you too” Aurora said, wondering why he look more handsome in casual clothes.
“Are you here for lunch?” Damian ask.
“I was going to get lunch here but they told me that only couples are allowed being unfair to the singles” Aurora said, her temper flaring whenever she remember the waiter’s word.
“Give me a few minute” Damian said, walking towards the waiter who immediately greet with respect the moment he saw Damian.
Aurora watch him say something to the waiter and immediately the waiter came to her.
“Pardon me, ma’am. I didn’t know you were with Mr Knight, if you don’t mind, allow me to escort you to the vip lounge” The waiter said and Aurora stare at him before starring at Damian.
“Hurry up sweetheart, we don’t want to keep the line waiting” Damian said confusing Aurora some more.
“Quit looking stun and let’s go” Damian said, walking towards her to take hold of her hand.
Together they were taken to the Vip lounge and after giving the waiter their order, Aurora turn on him.
“What exactly did you say to the waiter?”
“Just a little white lie. I told him you are my girlfriend” Damian admit.
“You did what! How could you?”
“It’s obvious that you wanted to eat here and the waiter was rude to a genuine customer, so I had to do something”
“By lying? What will your fiancee think when she finds out?” Aurora ask him.
“Ahh…so you’ve been doing a little background check on me? Is that why you refuse to take my calls?”
“I’m not obligated to answer your call” Aurora huff at him.
“Yes, you are not obligated to but I only wanted to take you out for a meal to apologise”
“To apologise. A simple sorry would have done everything but it’s obvious that you were hoping to take me out for dinner and then out of gratitude, I end up falling into your bed. I might be single but I’m not a loose girl and so, it’s best you take your womanizing act to someone else” Aurora snap at him.
“You’ve obviously been reading a lot of gossip about me but it doesn’t matter since in due time you will get to know me”
“What makes you think I want to get to know you?”
“You will find out soon. Over here” Damian said, waving to someone who was being led in by the waiter.
Aurora turn to see a lady probably in her late sixties walking towards them.
“I’m glad you could make it, mom” Damian said, hugging the lady who gave him a kiss in return.
“I couldn’t miss today for anything in the world” she said, turning to stare at Aurora.
“Is she the one?” His mother ask, smiling at him.
“She is, isn’t she lovely?” Damian ask and his mother nodded.
“Aurora, meet my mom Esther Knight and mom I officially introduce my fiancee to you” Damian said, wrapping his arms around a stun Aurora.
