👫💞 Bella And I Chapter Nine:
After some calls both from me and Bella’s Parents, we were able to pay the bills.
Bella gave birth to a bouncing baby girl on the 9th of November 2021. Even though I wanted her to give birth on the 20th of November so that I and the baby will celebrate our birthdays the same day. Her name is …. I won’t tell you guys.
They came back home and the first few weeks was not normal. Since she went through operation, she suffered from pain, she couldn’t stand up or walk straight.
She suffered a lot.
…FAST FORWARD…
On the 20th of November, 2021 that day was my birthday and coincidentally it was a Saturday and we had a picnic in my church. I actually changed church after Bella gave birth, I didn’t go back to the church we were fellowshipping because there was a day I went to the hospital to visit Bella. She told me not to go back to that church again because the church members were saying negative things against me whenever they visit her in the hospital. So, I began to attend another parish.
While we were coming back from our picnic I saw a call from Bella’s Mom, my heart sank, i picked it and it was Bella’s younger sister. She told me that I and my mom should come to the house very quick.
From the sound of her voice I could tell that something was wrong.
I became so afraid and worried. I got to the house, told my mom and then we left for Bella’s house. On getting to Bella’s house I saw a scene that I will never forget, a scene that got right into me. My heart bled.
Bella was behaving like she was going to get mad. She doesn’t remember anybody around her except for two people; I and the baby. Her mother, sisters, brother, my mother and some neighbours were there but she will remember their faces now and then in the next second she has forgotten who they are.
It was only I and the baby she didn’t forget. She kept saying that some people are telling her to come to them together with I and the baby.
The parent wanted to take her to the hospital but she kept saying she will die if they take her to the hospital.
We really didn’t know what to do. The room was filled with prayers. So, we thought to call one of the chemist guy since high blood pressure can cause that kind of thing.
How Will I do that? I didn’t have any money with me. I just went out to meet the guy hoping on God. I explained the matters to him. He came and checked her out, then he suggested some drugs, I went back to the shop with him and then he gave me the drugs and bottle water and then he told me i Don’t need to pay him. That was his own contribution to the situation. I was so happy.
I went back, everything was still the same. So, I bent down close to her and with tears rolling down from my eyes I promised myself that nothing will stop me from marrying Bella if God can heal her.
People were trying to collect the baby from her but she didn’t release the baby to them. She wanted only me to carry the baby.
I took my phone and began browsing, searching for the causes of such situation and the remedy but I found out that she needs care, love and rest. Another thing we got to realise was that, breastfeeding the baby was a painful thing to her, her nipple was wounded and once the baby starts sucking the pain gets right into her head and it becomes one of the reasons why she goes insane [sorry for using that word]
So, she finally got to sleep. We went back home that night. And then I usually call her, say nice things to her. After work i will branch to the house, play the music of her choice for her. Show her the pictures of our baby.
The parents were warned by the doctor not to talk ill of me in her presence. and also because of how the breastfeeding was painful they were instructed to just express the milk from her breast into a sterilized cup and then give it to the baby.
The whole thing was tiring. I kept feeling guilty. If I had not gotten her pregnant all of these wouldn’t have happened.
Nothing was sweet in this world to me at that time.
