🧡 A BUMPY START
Hope and Lucian sat next to each other in math class – his presence made her absent.
She has been crushing on him for some time now and he doesn’t seem to know about it.
She thought of how to get his attention for a while and an idea popped up on her head.
She pretended to knock her pencil off the desk and Lucian saw the pencil fall to the ground. He picked it up and handed it back to her without saying a thing.

Hope walked her way through the Bus park – she has no friends since it’s just the third day of her been in school.
Out of no where,three guys who has been bullying her for some times blocked her way. She turned to the other side and was also surrounded by a group of Six really annoying guys.
“Where do you think you’re going?” One of the boys asked in cold stare – his fat and unbearably annoying to look at.
“I don’t have time for this” she tried leaving but was dragged back.
“At least let us escort you” the fat guy added.
“Isn’t that nice enough?” He mused and the other groups laughs as she slapped him really hard.
“Oooh” they all chorused and before she knew it he slapped her even more harder and her cheek turned red.
She held her red cheek – the pain made her eyes watery.
“Ooh…does that hurt?” The fat guy faked a pity face while she cried softly.
“You shouldn’t lay a hand on an innocent girl” came a cold voice from their back and they all turned.
“And who the fu*k are you?” They all walked up to him – the fat guy standing tall in front of him.
He doesn’t seem to be frightened. He gaze right through them and saw Hope holding her cheek and she was staring at him too.
What could possibly be going on in her mind? The guy she’s crushing on standing up to her. Maybe he likes her. Who knows.
He stood straight,eyes bulging and stared at his opponent – some punk college boy with little sharp mouth – right in front of his shifty eyes but somehow he was about to pee in his pants.
The fat guy has expected him to be scared but he wasn’t and it wasn’t looking good.
“You little…” the boy took a lurching step forward and with each word. On the third,he swung a punch.
