“Sir please this conversation is over I know none that is called Jack and I don’t understand what you are saying. sugar let’s go” she said grabbing Jerry’s hand and they both walked to an empty table sitting down comfortably while her heart began racing so fast without her knowing the reason behind it.
Micheal stood for a while before he finally moved away with his boys after fruitless efforts of searching everywhere for Jack but couldn’t find him, just as they left Jack came out of his hiding place scanning everywhere for them and smiled seeing them at a far distance.
Edna’s eyes caught with that of Jack who didn’t mind to avert it anymore, Jerry followed the direction of the eye and his attention was drifted to Jack who was being referred to as the criminal by the cops .
“Baby is that the criminal? he asked
“No…yes….I mean….yes…” she stammered and Jerry didn’t understand what was happening
“When did you start stammering? he asked but Edna dodged the question kissing him on the lips returning the rest of the words to his belly.
“If that’s him then we have to call the cops to take him away” Jerry suggested.

“But why ? he asked while Edna didn’t know when she made such statement left her mouth.
Jack walked to where they both sat down smiling, Jerry didn’t understand it anymore looking at Edna and then back to Jack he wondered what they both shared in common.

“I’m Jack by name, I just want to appreciate you for the other day .thank you ” he said and the name rang Bell in Jerry’s ear because he heard the cop mentioning Jack’s name as the criminal and he wondered what he was doing with his girlfriend.
“Nothing is there to thank me for, you better stop that shit before they caught you ” she replied
“Baby but you said you didn’t know him when the cops asked you ” Jerry said looking at the both of them the same time .
“What are you doing with my girlfriend?what business are you guys doing? Jerry asked Jack who didn’t say anything
“Baby what business are you two doing together!he yelled while Edna pleaded his to calm down. Jack walked away without saying a word.

Edna tried explaining but he didn’t allow her to say say a word out of anger.
“Let me explain please”
she begged but Jerry didn’t listened his anger was out or control as he raised his hands to his Edna but he realized that his hands was being held by someone from behind and it couldn’t move again.
“Don’t you dare hit a woman ” Jack said with his deep scary voice bringing down his hand
“And what if I do ?Jerry asked looking into his eyes
“You will regret it ” Jack replied. Jerry who does not accept defeat was physically angry with Edna that she had disgraced him on their date couldn’t bear the insults and embarrassment, he drew Edna close to himself slap her before he knew what was happening a job and powerful blow landed on his face and he realized himself on the floor holding his nose in pain as blood flowed freely.
“I warned you but you dared me ” Jack said angrily while Jerry stood up bringing out his phone and dial a number angrily as Jack walked away while Edna tried to apologize to Jerry.
