He went out of her room.

Red set the door locked automatically.

Red was looking handsome as ever. A demi god. so handsome.
Remita was looking more pretty. Naomi looked for Vincent but didn’t see Vincent. He called his phone number but it wasn’t going through. Just then patricia saw her.

“Hey Naomi! ” Patricia said.
“Patricia” naomi called out. “Do you wanna hear two latest news of today. The first one is about your sister and the second news is about Vincent” Patricia said.
“What happened to Vincent??” Naomi asks.
“From what I heard, It was all your sister’s fault.” Patricia said.

“Remita’s fault??” naomi asks in confusion.
“Yes! Are you not in school?? didn’t you attend genesis’s birthday party” Patricia said.
“I attended! Just get straight to the point. how is it remita’s fault Vincent disappeared??” Naomi asks impatiently.

"I heard Vincent wanted to rape Remita and he got caught by Red. Red saved her and he was arrested by the police. His dad was so disappointed with him so he went to the military. He is gonna be there for a year" Patricia said.

The electric bell was on. “First lesson is about to start” Patricia said and dragged Naomi.

Melody high school students almost ran mad. The girls were so jealous.

The picture of Remita on Red’s instagram page got over 20 million likes in just 10 minutes.

All the students in Red's class was notified immediately except Remita because she does not have an Instagram account. Even naomi checked the picture. She was so pained. 

Just then Janet and some rude girls confronted sophie.

“I thought you said you and red were still dating??” Janet asks.
Sophie formed a fake smile.

"Yes, we are" Sophie replied.
    "Then why did Red post Remita's picture on his Instagram account. why?? give us an answer." Janet asked.

Sophie turned around to see angry faces piercing into her skin. she knew what she was in for.

“Tell me why would someone as rich as red want to post someone as cheap as local as remita on his Instagram page ” Janet questions.

Remita heard all that was happening.

“And what if she has been lying to you?? what are you going to do about it?? ” Remita said.

They all turned to Remita who folded her arms looking as fierce as fire.

“Shut up!” Mika said to remita.

“I won’t fight you but my words will do that for me. I will sit and watch how mere words will eat deep into your heart without mercy. One more sentence from me will destroy you” Remita said and she sat down.

Red smiled and winked at Remita.

“We are not done with you yet sophie” Janet said and she left with the girls.

Sophie couldn’t believe Remita saved her ass from Janet and mika.

Naomi shot Remita a deadly glare.

Genesis kept wondering why remita defended sophie who planned with Regina for Vincent to rape her.

The police woman pushed Regina and Sophie into the same cell.
Sophie frowned and stick her hand through the metal gate. “Hey you! get me out of here. I don’t belong here” Sophie yelled at the police woman.

“You have no shame at all sophie” The police woman said. “What the hell are saying to me? just wait till i get out of here ” Sophie shouted.

“Hey! Where do you think you are? You think you can just order anyone around here.But i am really sorry for you, you can’t do that here. What you did was not right and you know that.How can you both do that to your fellow girl? Planning guys to rape her..i am sorry for you both because you are gonna end up at jail” The police woman said and left.

Sophie arrived at the club.She saw Vincent in the bar.She was cladded in a black,tight , short, revealing gown. All her eyes was on her.

Vincent saw Sophie.
“Hi” Sophie said to Vincent.

Remita saw both of them. She walked closer to them. She looks extra beautiful.

“Guess! who’s birthday is coming? ” Genesis announced.
” I am not good at guessing Genesis” Remita said and looked around as if she was looking for someone.
The thing is she was looking around so red won’t see her. She does not want to see Red. She doesn’t know what to say or do to Red.

"Uhh... are you looking for someone?" Genesis asks. Tasha knew what had happened but she kept quiet.

“Well, Next tomorrow is my birthday.” Genesis beamed happily. “Wow, Sweet sixteen, Savage seventeen or 18 ” Remita said.
” Savage 17 dear.” Genesis replied with a smile.

“Will you throw a party?” Tasha asks. “Yes, I am throwing a party. I am inviting the whole school” Genesis said.
“Wow, cool. ” Remita replied.

“You, Tasha, Red, Jeremy, Daniel are my special guests” Genesis said. As soon as Genesis mentioned Red, Remita felt uncomfortable.

“You aren’t inviting sophie and Regina?” Remita asks. ” No” Genesis said sharply.
“But why? ” Remita asks.

"After bullying you, do you think I will allow them  in my party" Genesis said.

“C’mon they can’t bully me anymore. Forget about what they did. They are still your friends no matter what” Remita told Genesis.
“Okay fine” Genesis finally accepted.

“oh Jeremy is here. i really have to tell him” Genesis said and rushed to meet him.

Remita turned back and She saw Daniel, Jeremy and Red.

Her heart started beating fast again.
Tasha noticed.

Remita covered her face with her hair. She turned and head to the class but red already saw her.

On her way she saw Darren.

"Good money RJ " Darren said. 

Remita pushed her hair to the back.
“RJ?” Remita asked in confusion. ” Remita Johnson for short. It suites you really well” Darren replied.
“Uh? okay.”

“Why do you cover your face with your hair? Are you hiding from someone?” Darren asks.
“No one”Remita lied.

The projector on the wall beeped. “It’s sport time”

’10 minutes to change into your sport outfit”

“See you later at the field!” Remita said and she went to her locker room.

She locked the door. She dropped her bag .

She hurriedly changed into her sport outfit. She was wearing a white sport outfit which has melody badge on it. She tied her shoe lace.
She packed her hair in two cute pony tails.
It was still long.

She glanced at herself in the mirror. She looks pretty.

She went out and locked her locker room.

Tasha and Genesis joined her.
Tasha was wearing a black sport outfit while Genesis was wearing a blue sport outfit.

They went to the field. Everyone was there already including Red,Jeremy daniel and Vincent.

Everyone diverted their attention to Remita. The two pony tail fits her perfectly.

Red couldn’t stop staring. He swallowed a lump of saliva.

“See you later “Genesis said and went to Jeremy.
Sophie frowned when she saw Remita.
Naomi was with Vincent.
Vincent couldn’t stop staring at Remita. Darren waved at Remita. Remita smiled.

Remita went to Darren.
Red saw them together. His countenance changed immediately.
He couldn’t concentrate any longer.
Daniel pat his back. “it’s gonna be alright bro”

 Sophie groaned. 

“I hate her guts”

They started playing the basketball ball. it was so fun. Sophie got the opportunity to hold the ball, then she intentionally throw the ball on Remita’s nose.
Remita fell on the floor. Remita knew it was Sophie who threw the ball at her.
Tasha and Darren gathered around her. Her nose bled.

Red did not have any idea of what was happening until Jeremy tapped him.

“Bro,She’s hurt”

  Red wanted to go to her and help her up  but darren already helped her up. "Why is this guy always getting in my way?" He muttered.

 Darren took her to the nurse.

” I want to use the ladies. Thank you Darren” Remita said and she entered the restroom.

Darren returned to the field.Red left the field to look for Remita.

Remita washed the blood off her nose.Then the dood opened.

Remita saw red. “Are you okay?” Red asks and tried to offer Remita an handkerchief but she turned it down.
“Do i look okay to you? ” Remita replied with pain and she wiped her face.
” Does your nose still hurts? ” Red asks with care. “What if i tell you it hurts? will anything change?” Remita answered.
“No……but…..
Remita cuts in. ” The reason why I am trying all my best to stay far away from you but we keep ending up together which I don’t like” Remita said.
Red kept quiet staring directly into Remita’s brown eyes.
“Because of you I kept getting hurt everyday. I was bullied all because of you.Even when she asks me to stay away from you, I tried in staying away but no matter what you kept coming for me” Remita said angrily for the first time.

Then red knew where all these was coming from immediately. He knew it was Sophie threatening Remita.

Remita left.

Sport was over. Red sat down in class staring into space.
Genesis brought out her birthday invitation card.
She shared it to everyone in class.
“You are all invited to my birthday party” genesis announced.
“The party is starting by 8:00 pm in the night” Genesis said. She moved closer to sophie and Regina.

“Are we invited too?” Regina asks.
“Yeah!” Genesis replied with a smirk.
A small smile crept out of Sophie’s lips.
