    🔸🧏 (The Arrogant Jerk)🔸

    🔸(The Introduction)🔸

    💛AUSTIN’S POV💛

I was still sleeping when the alarm rang. I got up from the bed wondering who set the alarm because I definitely did not set it. I checked the time, it was 9:48am, I quickly ran to the bathroom to take my bath.
After some minutes I came out of the bathroom to get ready for school. I put on my uniform. I was combing my hair when my phone rang. I checked the caller and it was my best friend, and since it was my bestie I didn’t pick the call.

My name is Austin Miles, I am within the age of eighteen. I attend Norman Valley High. I have two siblings and three best friends, Lewis Hensley,Chas Gabriel, Albert Midlane. I think that is all for now about me.

    💛Kim Bora’s’S POV💛
I was about to enter the bathroom when Jandia came in.

    “Why are you here?”

“Your father requested that you should meet him the sittingroom”

“Tell him I’ll be there shortly”

“Don’t forget you’ll be attending a new school in Canada”
I didn’t say anything I just nodded my head and entered the toilet. She bowed her head and left.
After some minutes I came out of the bathroom and got dressed.

My name is Kim Bora, the daughter of the president of Korea. I really love my parents so much and I don’t think I can do without them. I will be going to Canada today to a new school, Norman Valley high. I have three best friends named Jandia, Hua and Mee. I think that’s all about me for now.

I left the room and went downstairs. I met Dad and Mom sitting on a couch, watching a movie. When they saw me Mom stood up and hugged me.

“I’m gonna miss you” Mom said and pulled me in a hug

“Take care of yourself Baby girl” Dad said

“I miss you guys too” I said as I released myself from Mom
I headed to the car garage with my parents and Aera. Aera is someone I can call a bodyguard or so. She is also going Canada with me to start a new school. I entered the car with Aera who sat at the driver’s side.

“Take care” I waved to my parents as we drove off.
We drove to the airport. It took some hours to get to our destination . We took a cab and headed to the school.
Some hours later we got to the school. The first thing we encountered was students murmuring as we got down from the car

    🗣️New students in school?
    🗣️I think they are Koreans
🗣️Hope they are from prestigious family because we don’t need a pauper here.

Aera and I went straight to the principal’s office. The principal was happy to see us. He bowed the moment we entered.
We exchanged pleasantries and he gave us the direction to our class. Aera and I bowed and left.

    💛DIANA’S POV💛
I was deeply lost in thoughts when my friends came to sit beside me.

“Babe why are you here all by yourself?” Juan asked but I didn’t hear because I was lost in thought. She then tapped me on my shoulder and i jolted out of thought.

“Babe what’s the problem?” Mina asked

I sighed and looked at both Juan and Mina

“I feel like that new girls will be a threat to me” I said

    “Why so?” Juan asked

“Can’t you see their beauty, they look h*t and…” I didn’t finish my statement when Mina cut me off

“Babe stop overthinking. I know where you’re heading to. No one can take Austin from you not even the newbies” Mina said

“If they try anything funny then we’ll treat their f**kup” Juan said with a little demonstration and that made me laugh

“You guys are the best for real” I said and pulled them into a hug

“What are friends for?” Juan and Mina said at the same time

I pulled them away from the hug when I saw the new girls entered the class. They move forward and sat on one of the empty chairs and the students started to murmur

    🗣️New classmates?
    🗣️Koreans?
    🗣️Wow they look hot 🥵
🗣️Diana won’t be the only hottie, I think we have more hotties

I was really mad at the murmurs of the students. Really? More hottie my foot.

    💛Kim Bora’s POV💛
The student started murmuring the moment we entered the class. With their reactions I think some like us and some already hate us without knowing anything about us. It is normal though. I sat down together with Aera on a chair sharing the same desk. I was about to bring out my books from my backpack when a girl came to us.

“My name is Lily” The girl said stretching her hand forward. Aera glared at her and hissed. I did not know the reason for that reaction from Aera though.

“I’m not part of them that hate you guys, I think I’m part of those that like you” Linquin said withdrawing her hand back to her self

“I don’t think we need friends” Aera said rudely

“Don’t be rude Aera” I said

“I really don’t want her to know my name” Aera said and placed her head on the table facing the other side

“It’s not like I’ll not later know your name” Lily said with a smile

“Whatever” Aera said and I smiled

“My name is Kim Bora” I said stretching my hand to her

“Wow such a cute name” Lily said and shook hands with me

“My name is Aera just like Kim Bora said the other time” Aera said still facing the other side with her head placed on the table

“You have a cute name too” Lily said and sat beside me

“Who ask you to sit beside her?” Aera asked raising her head from the table.
Aera is not the type to make friends and to make matter worse she didn’t want to be in this school at the first place but it’s not like she had a choice. Lily didn’t say anything.

“Don’t mind her rudeness” I apologized to Lily

    “It’s fine”
Aera didn’t say anything, she just returned back to her former position

    “I love Korea and Koreans”

    “Really?”

“Yes I do and I watch Korean movies too”

“Then you’re korean movies fan” Aera said quickly facing us

“Yes but I thought you don’t wanna talk to me” Lily said with a smile
Aera didn’t say anything but rolled her eyes

“She love Korean movies a lot and she’ll automatically become friends with anyone that love what she loves” I said referring to Aera, with a smile

“What’s your best k-drama?” Aera is a asked

“I think my best is Crash landing on you but I love Xo-kitty too because it is a Korean-American Movie” Lily said with a bright smile

“Can we be friends?” Aera asked with a smile

“Sure sure” Lily said quickly with a big smile

“I think you’ll do anything Aera for a Korean movie fan ” I said laughing

“Sure” Aera said flipping her hair to the back in a dramatic way

“We are friends now right?” Lily asked

“Are you doubting me?” Aera asked.
Aera stoop up and went to where Lily sat beside me to hug her and I heard someone scoffed. I turn back and my eyes met with a girl. I think she’s the Diana the students were talking about

    “Really?” I mumbled to myself

    🤷 Enemies Of Your Marriage:

    ENEMIES OF YOUR MARRIAGE.

My spiritual sisters and I went for a prison outreach, and in the course, I had a strong urge to preach to a particular man. I moved closer to him, greeted him, and began to preach the salvation message to him when he cut me short by saying he already had an encounter with Christ even before he was brought into the prison.

Being shocked was an understatement of what I felt. Out of curiosity, I asked what brought him to the prison, and he wasted no time in narrating how he slapped his wife, which led to her death. He went on to explain that his best friend called him one day to tell him that he saw his wife go into a hotel room with another man. He ran home to meet his wife, but he was too angry to listen to her; he slapped her so hard when she tried to defend herself, she hit her head on the wall and became unconscious, she died some days later, and her family got him arrested.

When his best friend got wind of the situation, he said his wife never went to a hotel with another man. He just framed her because he was jealous of the fact that his friend was happily married while he was unlucky with relationships. #fiction#

If there is one thing I have come to understand about life, it is the fact that not everyone who claims to be happy for you truly are. That is why you have to be careful with who you discuss the issue of your marriage with and who gives you marital advice. So many people are going through tough marital issues, and seeing you enjoy marital bliss can trigger jealousy in them.

A Yoruba adage will say, “When your yam is ready for harvest, you ought to cover it with your clothes” This implies there are things you don’t reveal about your marriage to the general public, there are things you need to keep private to keep the eyes of the wicked ones away from your marriage because the enemy will never let a happy home be.

Also, when you are going through a tough phase in your marriage, the Holy Spirit is the right candidate to talk to. He has been sent to help us, and He will tell you all you need to do. Before you tell anyone anything, inquire from the Holy Spirit if you should do so or not because not everyone is mature enough to handle the issues of your marriage.

Finally, stay close to God and be prayerful because only God can help you overcome the hurdles in marriage. May our marriages not get destroyed in Jesus’ name. Amen.
