Kingsley smiled. “Because I-”
“Lucia?” The door swung open and Jayden walked in the restroom
In a swift movement, Kingsley pushed Lucia and she hid behind the door before Jayden walked in fully.
Jayden stopped when he saw Kingsley. He immediately frowned.
“What are you doing here? In the lady’s restroom” Jayden questioned, walking in the restroom with his gaze never leaving Kingsley
Lucia immediately used the opportunity to sneak out of the restroom and she ran away.
Kingsley smirked and dipped his hands in his pockets. “I should be asking you the same too. Why did you suddenly barge into the lady’s restroom without knocking” Kingsley raised a brow.
Jayden frowned even more. It was very clear Kingsley doesn’t like him, and him too doesn’t this guy standing before him.
“Where’s Lucia?” Jayden asked.
“Do I look like her guardian?” Kingsley retorted.
Jayden looked around the restroom, one thing is sure Lucia wasn’t in here.
“Stay away from Lucia” Jayden said.
Kingsley chuckled. “And why should I do that?” He questioned, taking a step closer to Jayden.
“I have feelings for Lucia” Kingsley said bluntly.
Jayden swallowed as he looked back at Kingsley in the eye. “I have feelings for her too” Jayden admitted.
“Well that makes it one thing we both have in common” Kingsley smirked.
Looking one last time at Jayden, Kingsley walked out of the restroom with his hands in his pocket

Lucia ran in the venue while breathing heavily. She looked back and suddenly felt the urge to go back to the restroom.
What if Kingsley and Jayden get into a fight? One thing she has noticed is that they aren’t fond of each other
Relief washed through her when Kingsley walked in the hall. His gaze went towards her and he gave her a small smile before heading to where Velvet was sitting.
Jayden walked in next and walked towards her with a smile on his lips.
“Shall we?” Jayden muttered and Lucia blinked, staring at him in confusion
Her eyes glistened in realization when she remembered a game was about to be played.
Taking Jayden’s hand, they both walked to the round table and took their seat.
“Let the games begin! Okay we’ll be playing ‘Would you rather'” A girl said, looking at the enthusiastic look on the people gathered around the table.
“But…” She drawled, gaining the attention of the others. “The rules will be changed to make it more spicy! You’ll be asked to choose between two alternatives and the one you’ll choose, you’ll have to do it. Failure to do so will mean an accessory will have to leave your body.” The girl her brows and the murmurs intensified.
“Okay, this is fun” Andrew smirked, taking his seat.
“Do you wanna play?” Jayden turned to Lucia who was hesitant at first but slowly nodded with a smile.
“Okay, let’s begin. I’m starting!” A girl said and turned to Kingsley. She blushed when Kingsley looked at her.
“Would you rather… Kiss me or let me kiss you” She licked her lips
Kingsley sighed like he expected it coming from her. “I choose none” He said, pulling off his jacket then he placed it on the table.
The girls gushed when the saw the way his arm muscle twitched.
Kingsley turned to Lucia, their gaze met and she jolted. She immediately looked away.
Kingsley smiled before he turned to Maggie. “Would you rather ask for Lucia’s forgiveness or would you rather I hate you forever” Kingsley said and Maggie’s eyes widened
Everyone turned to her, waiting for her respond. Maggie looked at Kingsley to see the look in his eyes.
She gritted her teeth tightly in anger. Ask for Lucia’s forgiveness? She’ll rather die than humble herself before that b*tch
But on the other hand there’s Kingsley, he’s ready to forgive her if she apologize.
“Never… Would I ask for her forgiveness” Maggie said, casting a look at Lucia. One filled with anger and resentment
“Good” Kingsley smirked. “You choose to be my enemy, not my fault for what I’ll do in future” Kingsley said
Maggie turned to Lucia.
“Would you rather.. Give a passionate kiss to Jayden for 5 good minutes or would you rather be my pet for a full month”
Everyone immediately began murmuring

Lucia swallowed hard as she stared at the crowd that was looking at her. She turned to Eva who was looking at her then at Jayden who also looked a bit uncomfortable
Lucia looked at her body, she wore nothing beneath except her underwear. If she pulls off her gown now-
“Just do it, you don’t want to be naked here would you?” Eva whispered
Lucia looked at her. “But-”
“I’ll be fine” Eva muttered.
Lucia looked one last time before looking at Jayden. She slowly cupped his cheek.
Jayden swallowed hard “Lucia, you don’t have to-”
Before he could finish his phrase, Lucia pressed her lips against his and the crowd screamed out. Jayden immediately froze.
He didn’t like the idea of Lucia kissing him because she was forced to but the moment their lips met, his brain froze along and he forgot to think.
Like a puppet guided by a puppeteer, Jayden grabbed her waist and reciprocated the kiss earning more shouts from the crowd. Lucia gasped.
Thankfully, no phones were allowed at the party if not. This was surely going to be a hot trending news on the media.
Eva away when she couldn’t anymore, she stood up and quietly left.
Velvet didn’t fail to notice the look on Eva’s face as she left. She raised her brows.
“A love rectangle? Wow” She smirked.
Maggie smirked as she watched Kingsley’s expression. If looks could kill then Jayden would have been six feet under with the way Kingsley was glaring at him.
“Five minutes… Time’s up” Kingsley immediately said when the five minutes ran down
Jayden released Lucia who breathed heavily as she looked at Jayden, both in surprise, shock and confusion.
Jayden looked at her for a while before he looked away. Lucia looked down at her fingers, licking her lips
The game and the party continued till 10pm before everyone went home.

Jackson and the girls walked in the dorm
“I wanna dance more! Let me go!” Scarlett said drunkenly as Jackson carried her.
“I told her not to drink because she’s still 17. Gosh this kid” Becky pinched her brows
“I’ll be 18 next month, it doesn’t matter you-” Scarlett’s barfed before she could finish talking.
“I’ll take her to her room before I leave” Jackson said
“Sure, it’s the last door once you go upstairs” Becky said and he nodded before heading upstairs
Lucia walked to Eva’s room. Eva left the party early so she decided to check and see if she’s in her room
As expected she met Eva, sitting while playing some games on her laptop.
“Oh you guys are back” Eva smiled.
“Eva, you left the party early” Lucia said, walking in.
“I wasn’t feeling well, so I left” Eva said
Lucia sighed. “You don’t have to lie to me” Lucia said, sitting down next to her
“I’m sorry” Lucia muttered
“I already told you, stop apologizing. It’s not your fault he is interested in you and not me” Eva said
“But-”
“No buts Lucia. One thing I’ve learned from my previous relationship is never to force love” Eva said.
“My ex, I really liked him so I did everything to make him notice me. I had to change my style of dressing, talking and everything in me just to fit the type of girls he liked. We dated but once he found a better girl, he left…” Eva smiled sadly
“So that’s why I’m telling you this, finding a guy who likes you for who you are is rare.. If Jayden really likes you and if you feel the same, just be with him. It’s gonna hurt me a bit but I’ll forget it, this is not the first time” Eva smiled, patting her hair
Lucia looked at Eva with pitiful eyes but nevertheless she smiled lightly.

Jackson walked in Scarlett’s room to see the room decorated cutely. He wasn’t surprised though, the room looked just like Scarlett’s personality.
“Just let me be..” Scarlett muttered drunkenly as Jackson placed her on the bed.
She made to stand up but Jackson gently pushed her back to bed.
“No, you need to sleep” Jackson said.
Scarlett nodded as if hearing what he said. Jackson pulled off her shoes and was about to cover her with the blanket when Scarlett pulled him towards her.
She opened her eyes a bit and smiled widely before giggling.
“I want to bite your lips” Scarlett pouted and wrapped her arms around his neck
Jackson began imagining the scene and immediately shook his head before his imagination went wild.
“Stop saying those kind of things, it’s dangerous for you” He poked her nose and pecked her lips before standing up.
He covered her with the blanket and placed another kiss on her lips before he left.
