A woman sitting amongst the crowd stood up and pulled out the black veil she had on and Jade almost fainted.
โVi…Vivian.โ Jade stuttered as she stared at the woman who smirked at her
โWe meet again, dear friendโ Vivian muttered. Jade took a step back as she stared at everyone who were now murmuring while looking at her.
Her gaze landed on Maggie who was still in tears. Her blood boiled

Before she could finish her word, the sound of the police sirens were heard as they approached them. Jade turned to run away but stopped when Lucia blocked her way.

โMrs. Jade Jeong, we have an arrest warrant issued by Miss Vivian Cho for attempted murder. Your daughter, Miss Maggie Jeong sent us proofs of you being involved in the death of a teenager, Luciana Park.โ The police said.
โMom, just give up. It’s enough,,, please.โ Maggie coarse Jade but it fell on deaf ears. Jade immediately grabbed her by the arm, pointing the gun she brought out of her bag on Maggie’s head.
The police immediately raised their guns at her.
โMargaret!โ Sylvia exclaimed.
โLower your guns now or I’ll shoot her. I swear I will.โ Jade threatened. The police men immediately felt conflicted.
She slowly began advancing to the exit while holding Maggie hostage.

โJade!โ Vivian called but Jade pointed her gun at her. She glared at Vivian for a while before pushing Maggie inside the car, driving off immediately.
โCircle the perimeter immediately. Make sure she doesn’t escape.โ The head officer spoke on his microphone and they immediately left in search of Jade.
โDon’t worry, she won’t escape.โ Kingsley said and Lucia nodded with a smile
โCan someone explain to me what just happened?โ Scarlett asked, looking utterly shocked.
Kingsley then told them what happened. How Maggie came to meet him with proofs of Jade having a hand in Lucia’s murder. They then devised a plan, for Maggie to convince her mother to come along at the burial so they could corner her and thankfully it worked.

The students kept murmuring as they looked at Vivian who had her unwavering gaze on Lucia. Somehow Lucia felt weird with the way the woman was looking at her.

โMum! Please stop, you’re hurting me!โ Maggie struggled as Jade pulled her into a house that was situated at the outskirt of the town. Luckily for her, she succeeded in escaping the police that was after them.
โBoss.โ Two men walked to her.
Maggie tossed Jade towards them and they held her on both arms.
โThe police are after looking for me. Lock her up in one of the rooms here and make sure she doesn’t leave the room till tomorrow. We’ll be flying out of country.โ Jade said and Maggie’s eyes widened.
โWhat? Mom!โ Maggie gasped but a resounding slap immediately landed on her cheek.
โHow dare you!โ Jade slapped her again before she grabbed her hair tightly

โYou are lucky you are my daughter. I would have planted a bullet in you stupid skull! How dare you!โ Jade screamed out.
โMom, you’ve gone too far..โ Maggie cried. Jade roughly released her hair.
โTake her out of my sight.โ She said and the men immediately dragged Maggie away who kept screaming and kicking her feet in the air.
Jade ran her hands through her hair in frustration.

Becky was the only one in the training room. She was playing a hip hop music as she danced to it while observing her moves with the large mirror in front.
She came here to free her mind. The news about what Jade did was really too much to take in at one go and coupled with the fact that Maggie was now missing.
โCan I join you?โ A voice said behind and her eyes widened in surprise when she saw Kyle walk in the dance practice room
โKyle? What are you doing here?โ She asked.
โWas passing by when I decided to stop by and see what is happening.โ Kyle said and stood behind her.
โFor your moves to be sharp, you need to let your muscles go and be one with the music.โ Kyle instructed as he guided her to how it was done.
โSee? It was easy now.โ Kyle smiled when she succeeded the move.
โKyle, I’m sorry. I should have given you the benefit of doubt.โ Becky looked down
Kyle smiled and cupped her cheek. โIt’s nothing, I too would have reacted that way if I was in your shoes.โ Kyle said, rubbing her cheek.
Becky stared at his face then her gaze went to his lips. As if on cue, Kyle slowly leaned down and their lips met for a brief yet soft kiss.
Becky’s lips remained parted as Kyle pulled away.

Kyle smiled. โI love you too.โ He muttered.
Becky smiled and rubbed his hand.
