“I was just as shocked as you guy when Boss told me” Saint sighed.

“He’s currently at the torture room, getting tortured. You know Boss’s torture is hellish” Saint said.

“I still can’t believe it” Indigo heaved loudly

Flame kept eating her dinner as if nothing huge happened.

“Deep down, I was really hoping that Boss’s suspicions came out wrong. We’re a group and having a member as a spy will be just too sad” Vitto said and they nodded in agreement.

“What is done, is done. Let’s just try and move on, a spy is a spy” Cisco sighed and sat down

He cut a piece of his steak and stabbed it with his fork, bringing it to Flame’s lips

“Open up, ahh!” Cisco said and Flame shook her head.

“No” Flame said coldly and Cisco sighed.

He suddenly grabbed her wrist and made her face him. He thumb caressed her lower lip gently before he he slowly parted her lips. “There…” Cisco muttered as he fed her with the meat.

Flame stared at him.

“Oppression!!!” Indigo groaned loudly

Coralyn who was the one serving them, looked up to see Viper was staring at her. He smiled lightly and she smiled back before looking away shyly.

••MIDNIGHT»AMOUR’S ROOM••

Since Amour has officially become the Boss Lady, she wasn’t longer a maid so she got transferred to a bigger room.

Amour opened the door to her room and got out. She looked at Aurelio’s room which wasn’t that far and when she saw he wasn’t coming out so she walked out fully, heading to the torture room where Rexton was held

Upon getting there, she met up to five men stationed outside the room.

“Boss Lady” One of them called respectfully

“What brings you here?” The other asked.

“I’m.. I’m here to have a few word with the detained” Amour said.

“I’m sorry Boss Lady. Boss gave us strict order not to let anyone in the room” The man said.

“I just want to ask him why he decided to betray us. Please, I beg you…” Amour said.

The men looked at each other, what if they refuse now and Aurelio gets angry

“Okay Boss Lady, just for 5 minutes” They said and opened the door for her

Amour smiled before walking in the room. She met Rexton chained up like an animal. He was half naked, he only had his brief on.

His whole body was covered with bruises. One who would see him will have be shocked on how he’s still breathing.

Rexton slowly raised his head to see Amour looking at him with a cold look on her face.

“A.. Amour” He called weakly.

“Where’s my sister? Where are you guys keeping my sister for the past 8 years” Amour asked, walking closer to him

Rexton’s eyes widened. “You.. You remember everything? Please help me get out” Rexton spoke.

“Argghh!” Rexton groaned when Amour grabbed his hair, pulling his face close to hers.

“Do I look like give a fk if you díe here like an animal? I asked you a question. Where’s the fk is my sister!” Amour spatted impatiently

Rexton swallowed hard. “I can’t tell you” He said

Amour folded her fists tightly and made to punch him but restrained herself when she remembered the guards are just outside

“Is she still alive” Amour asked and Rexton nodded.

Amour released him and looked one last time at him before walking to the exit.

“Amour, please help me” Rexton spoke but Amour didn’t bother looking back till she left the room.

••MEETING HALL••

“What are we doing here?” Cheetah asked with a dull look on her face

Ever since Aurelio openly proclaimed Amour as the Boss Lady, that’s how her mood has been

“We’re having a new recruit in our team. Saint’s girlfriend aced the test so she’s joining our team today” Indigo said

“She’s not my girlfriend!!” Saint snapped and the rest laughed.

Aurelio walked in with Raven following him behind. She was already dressed in their wears.

“Presenting to you our newest recruit… Raven” Aurelio said and the other members clapped for Raven

The name “Raven” prompted Flame to look up and her eyes bulged out in utter shock.

Amour walked in the hall to serve them tea. Coralyn was having cramps so she asked her to help her serve them

Amour immediately froze as the tray fell off her hand. The glass cups shattered loudly on the floor.

The members all turned to her but her gaze remained on one person. The face… She can recognize it anywhere
