Levi stopped the bike in front the location sent by Hyce, and he met all of them there.

Hyce, Conrad, Rebekah, Chadwick and the rest.

They’re all standing in front of the empty house.

“The owner packed out today between 1pm and 2pm. It was as fast as that” Rebekah reported.

Levi took a torchlight from Chadwick and opened the main door, but it’s empty.

Conrad and Rebekah arrived some minutes ago, and while Conrad entered his room straight, Rebekah had a shower and came back to the first living room.

Nina went offline after the girls left the chat.

She sat up in bed and started looking for what to kill her idleness with.

NEXT DAY, 7:30PM~LEGACY COLLEGE*

It took weeks to build a mirror maze, but the arts department did it with adequate help from the other faculties.

The lights in the maze are neon, highlighting the various costumes clearly.

There are scarecrows, ghosts, vampires, zombies and whatnot, and startled screams could be heard from almost every corner in the maze.

It’s so full of students, smelling like Halloween for real.

It’s that time of the year again, and a theme song is blarring loudly, shaking the ground.

“She went to the restroom” Nina replied, and Emory came back immediately.

“My period suddenly came. I have to go home and dress up” she said.

She was checking her phone till she got to the car.

Levi didn’t call since last night, and they haven’t seen each other too.

Rebekah and Chadwick joined the crew, and the moment the members got completed, Levi stood, and silence happened.

“Yunno… You can still try to play smart with me outside” he said, and the guy gulped in fear as Levi brought his face closer.

“I watch you through them whenever I’m not able to come to your house” he replied simply.

“Why? Wait…. since when?” She asked, holding her breath.

“Three years ago, and Xavier told me to?” Levi replied easily.

“And what is your father’s connection with me?” She questioned again.

“Fred was never arrested. Your parents lied to you” he replied bluntly as if he has been waiting for this day.

Emory staggered, swallowing…

Levi went silent, and Emory’s body began shaking as she faced him again.
“Is it true? Are you working with him? Why else would you plant cameras in my house just because your father said so? I should have detected it when you found out everything about me! I should have known when you appeared everywhere like a ghost, I should have known when you never contacted me or came back to me after last night. Did he send you to finish what he did? Answer me Levi!!” She shouted in tears.
“You don’t trust me, isn’t it? Even if I swear with my fuçking life right now, you already believe everything you said… You think I’m the dirty type to work with Fred? I’ve been trying to track him down since daybreak and I didn’t even have time for myself! It’s all because of you, you, and you!” Levi snapped.
“I don’t believe you!! Your father is a criminal it’s easy to manipulate anyone!” Adrian yelled.
“Fred once worked for Xavier, and the rape happened during that period” Levi said with a calm he doesn’t feel.

The phone scattered on the ground, and Adrian froze.
Tate quickly covered Emory, and a psychotic laughter filled the house from Levi.
It’s so devilish that it echoed throughout the house, his voice thick with madness.
“Fûck, fûck, fûck… motherfuckin’ fûck!” His laughter became scary.
“Seriously?” He stopped laughing, facing the couple with dark eyes.
“You think you can take her away from me? She belongs to me! She has always been mine and she knows it!!!” He yelled, directing the gun to his own arm.
He pulled the trigger, shooting himself on the arm.
Emory and the rest gasped shockingly as his blood poured.
Levi then directed the gun to Emory’s parents next, tilting his head with a deviant smirk.
Tate quickly hid behind Adrian.
“The third and fourth bullet will be for you both if you fuçking touch her. You feel me?”
