“Drop me down! Are you crazy! Nelson! Nelson!!” Alicia hit Nelson back as he carried her on his shoulder.

He stopped in front of the doctor’s office before dropping her down.

“What is wrong with you! Why did you just barge in to my house and took me away like this!” Alicia shouted, arranging her scattered hair.

“We’re going to book for your surgery Licia” Nelson said and made to open the doctor’s office but Alicia stopped him.

“I already told you that I don’t need that” Alicia said.

“What are you talking about! You don’t need that!? So you’re okay to just die like that when there’s actually a cure?! Is that what you really want?! What about all those who cared about you huh?!” Nelson shouted.

“Do you know how frustrating it is to know that there’s a chance I’m going to forget you, all the memories I have of all my closed ones!!” She shouted back, tears escaping her eyes.

“Yes, I know how frustrating it can be but even if you lose it, you can still regain it…” Nelson held her shoulder.

Alicia looked at him before looking down in tears. She hugged him immediately, crying her eyes out

“Promise me you won’t leave me.. Promise me” She muttered.

Nelson hugged her back and kissed her hair.

“I promise..” He muttered and Alicia nodded.

They broke the hug and she sniffed then cleaned her tears before opening the door to the doctor’s office.

“I want the truth and nothing but the truth from you dad… Who is Cora?” Frederick asked with a serious look on his face.

Logan stared at Frederick then at Catalina with wide eyes. He thought they came because of the engagement issue and was even ready to throw Catalina out but when he heard Frederick’s word, he froze.

“What is happening?” Drake asked as he got in the living room

“Who told you that..” Logan muttered as his throat ran dry.

“It’s not a matter of who told me dad?! Who is Cora and don’t lie because whatever you say will be held against you by the law.” Frederick said and Logan’s eyes widened even more.

“What… What are you talking about.” Logan muttered

“An arrest warrant has already been issued for Cora, Franklin and the two others who allied with them” Catalina said.

Logan gulped down and closed his eyes. He slowly began narrating everything to them without leaving out any details.

Once he was through, Frederick sat down on the couch in shock… Even Catalina and Drake were shocked too.

“Franklin.. Is my step brother?” Frederick stuttered with wide eyes.

“You cheated on mom… And because of you, mom had to pay for your misdeeds with her life!!” Drake shouted in tears.

“I’m sorry son.. I had no ideas that-”

Drake stormed out of the place before Logan could finish talking..

Logan faced Frederick who was also looking shocked too.

“Son..”

“Heartbeat… Let’s go” Frederick interrupted him.

He held Catalina’s hand and they both left. Logan sighed and covered his face in guilt.

“What did I do?”

“Cheers to an accomplished plan!” Franklin raised his glass up.

“Cheers!” The raised exclaimed as they clinked their glasses.

“Finally… That darn son will be out of the way,, with him out.. His little brother will be a piece of cake for us” Cora chuckled.

“Though I’d really love to f*ck her again” Roman smirked.

“Relax, there’s a next time for everything… Who knows maybe it’s her video which will be published the next. Like mother, like daughter!” Franklin said and they all laughed..

He made to sip from his drink when they began hearing gunshots. Their eyes widened as they looked at each other confusedly.

“Boss! Boss! The police… They’re coming for us!!” One of Franklin men ran in to alert them

All colors immediately drained from Franklin face.

“What are we doing here?” Sarah chuckled as Calvin guided her to the VIP section.

“Relax, you’ll find out soon” Calvin winked.

They went in the VIP section and Sarah froze as she saw the man she least expected to see.

“Sarah..” Lloyd smiled and stood up..

Sarah shook her head, refusing to believe he actually found her. He turned and saw Calvin looked at her too while smiling.

“Son, let’s go!” She grabbed Calvin’s hand and made to leave but Lloyd stopped them.

“Sarah please..” Lloyd muttered.

“Why did you come back huh! Is it to take my children away from me! I’ll never let you do so!!” Sarah shouted.

“They’re also my kids… And it’s not my intention to take them away from you” Lloyd said and Calvin immediately froze.

What did he just hear? Is he hallucinating?

“Your kids? What.. What are you talking about?” Calvin stuttered.

Lloyd sighed and looked at Sarah before looking at Calvin.

“Calvin.. I’m your father” He dropped the bombshell and Calvin’s eyes widened.

“My.. My father? What… What are you talking about?” Calvin stuttered.

“It’s true son, I’m your father” Lloyd smiled, his gaze becoming wistful.

No wonder he clicked so well with this man.. They actually do have a bond.
