Lance got down the car and rushed to open the door for Linda who got down. She began looking around the area.

She was putting on a black high neck top fitted in a blue pair of skinny jeans and white sneakers.

“What are we doing at a hill top at this time of the night? Thought you said a date?” Linda asked gazing up at the stars

The stars were uncountable as it glimmered beautifully.

“Well yeah. We’re having a date.” Lance said and gestured.

Linda furrowed her brows when she saw a mat with delicacies on top and two candlelight.

“A picnic at the time?” Linda began laughing.

Lance rolled his eyes and pulled her towards where the picnic was

“Romantic?” Lance raised his brow with a smirk playing on his lips

“I wanted to say dumb but romantic will do” Linda smirked.

“Hey! That hurt my feelings.. It took me an hour to set up all these” Lance pouted.

Linda picked a strawberry and began munching on it as she looked at the city which appeared small from where they were.

Lance couldn’t help but stare at her side view. It was so pretty, sweet and docile, contrary of her attitude.

“I was wondering,, for how long have you know you band members” Linda finally turned to him.

“Well I’ve known Dean for 5 years and Cole for 4 years, when he started living with Dean coz of his parent’s déad. Surprisingly, we shared the same dream of becoming a singer.. At that time, we were singing for our classmates for fun till our company discovered us and then wanted us to be musicians under their company and we gladly accepted.. Can’t believe our dream finally came true.” Lance said while smiling.

“Wow…that’s really great. As for me, I don’t really know what I want to do with my life..” Linda said and Lance couldn’t help but laugh.

“Seriously? Next year you’ll be a college student and you don’t know?” Lance laughed.

“Well yeah, unlike you who grew up in a rich family.. I didn’t. I can’t dream more higher than my shadow” Linda said.

“Oh I get it”

“Well when I was young, I dreamt of being an actress” Linda said.

“Let’s eat” Lance said and opened their meal.

The delicious scent of chicken filled Linda’s nostrils and she began drooling.

“I like you. You stick to your promise” Linda said and digged in.

Lance smiled as he began staring at her again as she ate happily.

“Weren’t you told that a lady isn’t supposed to be eating like you’re doing right now” Lance raised his brows

“I’m Linda.. Not a lady” Linda said and took a huge bite of the chicken..

She looked up at the stars and smiled while eating. She really loves star gazing..

“Look there’s the constellation of the lion” Linda said, pointing up.

“There’s for the big dipper” Lance said.

He looked back at Linda who was staring at the sky with her round adorable eyes..

“If I quit being a playboy will I have a chance with you” Lance suddenly asked.

Linda looked back at him and gave him a funny look

“Are you asking me out?” She asked another question

“Yeah” Lance said and Linda’s eyes widened.

“That’s too straightforward” She muttered.

“Well I don’t know.. It’s up to this baby over here to decide” Linda said, pointing at her chest.

“If you can make it beat then.. I’ll think about it” Linda said and took another bite of the chicken.

“I’ll see to that” Lance said and continued starring at her.

“Looks like I should audition in being a portrait. You’re staring at me too much” Linda said

Lance ignored what she said and brought his thumb to her lips when he saw oil on her lips. Immediately his thumb came into contact with her lips, she froze.

Lance wiped off the oil and couldn’t help but stare at them. He found himself slowly leaning in.

Linda stared at him as he brought his face closer and closer till there was just few centimeters distance for them to meet.

“Um.” Linda suddenly cleared her throat and Lance came back to his sense.

He released her face and pulled away.

“Eat up.. We still have to go watch a movie” Lance said.

“Really?” Linda said excitedly and continued eating.

“I think I’m slowly going cràzy”

“What’s wrong with Arianna,, she looks so pale” Linda asked to Jasmine who shrugged

“She came today will some bruises on her face and her lips was cracked. I asked her what happened and she said it’s just an accident” Jasmine said.

Arianna could be seen sitting on her desk while reading.

“I feel like something isn’t right” Linda said

“If she says she’s fine. Just let her be” Gianna said, going to her seat.

“What’s even wrong with Gigi these days” Jasmine asked. Linda just sighed

The art teacher got in and they immediately went to their respective seats.

“Good morning class” She said cheerfully

“So today we’re gonna be talking about the history behind the painting of Mona Lisa but first, I’ll be giving you guys a project which you’ll be doing in groups of two. The project is the creative kind where you’ll express your talent in various ways.. It can be painting, singing, crafting and many more. Note should be taken that this work will be taken as part of your upcoming test so you need to take it seriously” The teacher said and the student began murmuring.

“So here are the pairing.” The teacher said and brought out a paper

“Travis and Jasmine”

“Cole and Linda”

“Poppy and Julia”

And it went on till everyone were paired.

“This is pure bullsh*t!! I don’t want to be paired with my dúmb brother” Nancy flared

“The feeling is mutual useléss sis” Lance said

“I can’t do anything unless you want to switch partners with someone but if the person isn’t willing then you stick to your current partner” The teacher said

Nancy looked at Jasmine who fearfully looked away.

“I want to switch with Jasmine” Nancy said.

“Jasmine do you agree?” The teacher asked

Jasmine bit her lips and looked at Travis then at Nancy who was giving her a hard glare.

“I… I..”

Theodore held her hand and she looked at him and as if she understood what his eyes was saying, she nodded to Theodore and turned to Nancy.

“I don’t want to. I’m fine with my current partner” Jasmine said and Nancy gasped.

“Since Jasmine doesn’t want to then you stick to your partner” The teacher said.

“Anyone else who wants to switch partners?” The teacher asked.

Gianna badly wanted to but she knows Arianna won’t accept because if she does, Arianna will end up with Amber and it’s a total no.

Gianna just glared at Arianna and kept quiet.

“Since everything is okay then fine! You guys are to submit your work on Monday so I give you guys the weekend to work on it” she said and began her lesson.

The class ended after an hour and everybody began leaving for the cafeteria to have their lunch.

“I’m so hungry!!” Linda pouted, rubbing her tummy.

Amber knowingly hit Arianna’s shoulder as she walked to the cafeteria.

“Looks like this b*tch needs me to redesign her face again” Linda said.

“Just let her be” Arianna sighed as they settled down on an empty table.

“Where’s Gianna and Jasmine?” Arianna asked when she didn’t see her with them

“Jasmine went to use the restroom and Gianna says she isn’t hungry” Linda said.

“Okay” Arianna muttered.

“Anna… Are you sure everything is okay?” Linda asked.

Arianna forced a smile and nodded.
