It’s already getting dark, and she’s getting scared.

She took it and hid it beside her skirt, covering it with her blouse.

“Sweetheart! You aren’t done yet?” Blake came in

“I’m having a hard time deciding” she pouted, and he smiled.

“What do you suggest I cook?” She asked, and as expected, he kissed her first, then he hugged her.

“Pasta? Side dishes too” he said, biting her ear slightly.

“Sure” she smiled, bringing out the knife unnoticed.

“We’re gonna be busy tonight, make it fast” he said.

“Sure” she replied again, then he tried to break the hug, and that’s when she did it.

She sank the knife directly into his tummy, and his eyes widened as he staggered away from her.

His blood wet the ground immediately, and Leela stepped back from him as he bled so much from the mouth too .

Before he could say the rest, Leela gave him a kick on the face, and he fell down heavily, hitting his head on the wall.

She started running out of the kitchen, but immediately she ran past him, he grabbed her right leg tightly.

Immediately he let go, she ran all the way out of the house and began running to the sea.

She got to the shore and took a good look at it.

It’d take a human some days to swim it across to the other side, but she has no choice right now.

She jumped into the water and started swimming as fast as possible.

Blake ran out of the house. The knife is gone from his tummy right now, but he tied a clothe on it to stop the bleeding.

He was staggering weakly as he walked, and when he saw her swimming away, he smirked darkly.

“You can’t run away from me. Leela!!!” He growled, rushing to another part of the shore where a boat is sitting.

He got it on the water and sat in, then he started rowing the boat as fast as possible, running after Leela.

Leela made to scream again, but her voice failed her this time, and her eyes closed as she stopped breathing.

She began drowning for real, going down the sea.

Jericho quickly got in the big boat on the sea, then he started rowing fast to where the voice is coming from.

Meanwhile, Blake’s is still coming from the other side.

He got his gun as he rowed, then he grinned.

“For fooling me, I’m shooting your two legs if I get you, so you won’t be able to run away from me again… for life”
