He smiled and picked a stone from the floor.

“I think of whatever bothers me and takes it out on the water by throwing this stone as far as I can, watch this” he said and threw the stone he was holding.

Naomi scoffed and laughed a little.

“Try it first” he picked up a stone and gave it to her.

She sighed and looked at it then threw it, the landed inside the stream water.

“If it’s not enough you can stand up” Dante said while standing up, he picked a stone a threw it, it landed far from hers.

She stared at him with a smile before standing up and picking her own stone, she threw it but it didn’t get to his side.

“You are not using your strength, watch me!” He picked another stone and threw, it moved even more further.

Naomi took her own stone and threw it with force and it got to his level.

“That’s what I’m talking about” he smiled and they kept throwing stones till they were tired.

Naomi was panting when she sat back on the floor and Dante sat beside her then look at her face.

“What were you thinking about?” He asked and she was silent for some minutes before looking at him.

“Were you really serious when you said you love me?” She suddenly asked.

“Huh? Why would I lie about that, of course I’m dead serious Naomi, you make me feel what no other girl has made me felt” he replied.

“Then… Then what if another girl comes in and you accidentally fall for her, what about me? Will I be a horrible person once again?” She said slowly.

Dante smiled and moved closer to her, he took her hand and she looked at his face then he placed that hand on his chest.

A smile slowly formed on Naomi’s face.

She moved more closer to him and hugged him, placing her ears on his chest where she could hear how loud and fast it was beating.

“I do feel this way when you’re close to me but I don’t know what to say” she muttered and closed her eyes.

“Don’t force it, say it when you’re ready, I have a lot of time to wait” he replied and she raised her head up to look at him.

He stared at her too then his eyes moved to her lips and he began leaning closer, she closed her eyes and he captured her lips, kissing her in a soft and tender motion which Naomi didn’t waste a second to reciprocate.

Gwen jumped from the bed when she saw Dominic’s text, she ran to her window to peep and she saw him leaning against a wall.

Gwen hugged Dominic so tight when she got to him and he returned the hug.

“I thought you’d be by my side when I wake up, where did you go?” She pouted and looked up at him.

“Sorry strawberry my dad called me, he said it was urgent” he cupped her cheeks and reply.

“Oh, hope everything is fine?” She asked worriedly.

Dominic smiled and pecked her lips quickly.

“Everything is fine, don’t mind that crazy old man and have you eaten?” He asked and she shook her head negatively.

“I was waiting for you” she replied.

“Silly, let’s go get something” he touched her nose and she hugged his arms but he didn’t move.

“What?” She asked and he looked at her from head to toes.

“You’re dressed in your singlet and shorts and flip-flops, you look really attractive but I don’t want others to see you, cover yourself up and also put on some socks so you want catch a cold” he said.

Gwen scoffed and stepped away from him.

“Jealous bear, I’ll be right back” she said and ran back in.

Dominic kept starting at her with a smile on his face.

Jace was drinking alone on a table, they were four empty bottles on the table and one more he was still drinking.

In the counter a familiar girl dropped a tray of empty bottles.

“Jenis, tell that young man over there that we are closed for the day” the bartender told her.

Jenis nodded, it was her first time working here so she was a bit nervous on how to approach a drunk guy.

She cleared her throat when she beside him then tapped him gently.

“Sir, you might want to leave, we are closed for the day” she also spoke gently.

He turned to look at her and her eyes widened.

“Jace?” She called.

“Hey… how do you know my name? Who are you?” Jace asked drunkenly and Jenis blinked.

‘He’s drunk’ she said inwardly.

He smiled even more when he began seeing her face as Lucky.

“You came back to me, I thought you hated me” he muttered and chuckled looking all dizzy.

“What are you talking about Jace? What are you even doing here, come on, I’ll take you back to school” she held his hand but he dragged her back and she fell on his lap.

A gasp escaped her lips and she slowly looked at his face.

“You’re not been fair to me… I love you so much but you chose that ugly pig!” He said and laughed drunkenly.

“Jace, are you sure you’re fine?” Jenis wanted to touch his face but he caught her hands.

“I’m not fine, I miss the taste of your lips, I want to kiss you again” he muttered and before Jenis could say anything, his crashed his lips on hers.
