Luna gasped too when she saw she actually made the person to spill his drink on his shirt.

“I’m so sorry, let me help you.” Luna brought out the handkerchief from her pocket and made to clean the stain but he stopped her.

“It’s fine.” Weston smiled, bringing out his own handkerchief to clean the stain.

“I’m sorry,” Luna mumbled again. The last thing she’ll want is to get in trouble with these rich kids.

“I wanted to ask anyone interested in dancing with me but since you’re here I hope you don’t mind,” Weston stretched his hand towards her.

“Huh?” She blinked twice.

“Umm s-sure.” She gently took his hand.

Luna looked down nervously as he held her waist, they began moving slowly to the rhythm of the music.

Luna gaze was fixated solely to the ground. She wasn’t oblivious of the amount of stares she was receiving, she was even regretting why she accepted his dance offer in the first place.

Now that she thinks about it, she didn’t even see his face. Mustering up all the courage in her, she looked up and a gasp escaped her lips as their eyes met.

She could swear that this is the most beautiful pair of eyes she has ever seen. Now she understand why all these attention is on him, he looked too perfect to be true.

She didn’t know when her heart skipped a beat.

“If I may ask, can I know your name?” Weston asked.

“Luna… Anna-Luna.”

Weston smiled, “I’m-”

“Dude.” One of his friends approached him then whispered something to his ear.

“Okay,” Weston nodded before facing Luna.

“Hope our path meet again,” He smiled then placed a kiss on her hand before leaving.

Luna stood there, staring at him till he was out of sight, her heart beating erratically.

“There you are! Gosh, I thought you got lost or something. Can’t believe I had to stand in line for more than 15 minutes just to get our order” Emily sighed.

“Hey, what’s wrong? What’s that look on your face?”

Luna immediately blinked back to reality, “Oh, uh nothing. It’s nothing serious.”

“Okay, if you say so. Come let’s go to our seat.”

Luna walked inside her room and slumped down on her small bed. Thankfully, she was able to beat curfew.

“If this is what clubbing feels like then I don’t wanna ever go again.” Luna sighed loudly.

She smiled when she remembered about her admission.

“I wonder how my college life is going to be. I just hope I make more friends and graduate with good grades.” She mumbled.

Her tummy suddenly grumbled and she pouted, rubbing it. Getting up, she went to the kitchen to make herself something to eat before going to bed.

She decided to make noodles. As she set the pot on fire her mind suddenly drifted to that handsome guy she danced with.

“I wonder who is he? Is he a student in my college too? I really want to see him again.” She smiled sheepishly.

“You’re finally back.”

Luna jolted up and immediately turned back to see it was her uncle, standing by the door of the kitchen.

“Good evening sir,” Luna greeted.

He just looked at her from head to toe before walking closer. Luna took a step back till her leg hit the counter..

“And where did you go to. All dressed like this.” He questioned, his gaze running through her body, lingering more on her exposed waist.

“I-I went out with Emily, sir.”

He smirked out and brought up his hand, running his hand through her arm. Luna clutched the side of her skirt tightly.

“I thought I made it clear, that you shouldn’t be dressing like this while going out.” He leaned closed to her neck, inhaling her scent

“Uncle-”

“Daddy?”

He immediately shifted away from Luna, acting like he was bringing out a bottle of water from the fridge. Almost immediately, Mia entered the kitchen, rubbing her sleepy eyes.

“Daddy I’m thirsty.” Mia pouted.

“Here, I’ve gotten the water, let’s go.” He smiled at Mia before holding her hand. They both left the kitchen.

Luna placed her hand on her chest that was beating fast as a drop of tear fell from her eyes.

“Gosh, these are so heavy!” Luna groaned as she carried some loads to her aunt’s shop.

Her aunt owns a small restaurant and she was asked to go and buy some foodstuffs they’ll cook for the customers to come.

She suddenly stopped walking when she heard some grumbling sounds.

“Where’s it coming from?”

The sounds got nearer and nearer and by the time she recognized what was causing that sound it was too late.

A black speed bike was speeding towards her. Her eyes widened in horror.

“Arrgghh!!!”

The bike screeched to an abrupt stop, causing the driver to fall off the bike. The driver of the bike was wearing all black with a black helmet.

He pulled off his helmet, revealing none other than Gavin.

“Are you blind! Can’t you see I was driving towards you? What happened to your leg couldn’t it move away from the road!” Gavin snapped, walking towards her.

“I-I-”

Luna couldn’t form a coherent phrase when she heard the sound of bikes coming near, and this time they were many.

“Sh*t!” Gavin hissed and pulled Luna to a secluded corner.

Five speed bikes stopped right at the spot they were standing before.

One of them got down to check Gavin’s bike.

“It’s his bike, boss!”

The man referred to as boss got down his own bike.

“Search this perimeter and make sure he does not escape. How dares he steal my girlfriend!” The boss growled.

“Gavin, I know you’re around here. You better come out like a good little boy coz if I find you, I’ll ruin that face of yours!!”

Luna’s eyes widened as she looked at the guy standing before her.

“Are you the Gavin those muscular dudes are looking for?”

“The one and only.”

Luna’s eyes widened even more, what sort of trouble did she get herself into!
