Luna stood outside the cyber cafe, pacing to and fro as she impatiently waited for Emily to come out. She was dressed in her usual wear; oversized hoodie, big jeans and a pair of worn out shoes with a cross bag around her shoulder.

Two weeks ago, Luna wrote an entrance exams to Brookcliff University, the most prestigious college in their area. Very few people got to meet the pass mark for the college.

Luna not being the brainy type, it took her a lot of sleepless nights and dedication for her to read and prepare for the exam.

The door to the cyber cafe opened and Emily walked out. Luna immediately rushed to her.

“So tell me, how was it? Did I pass?”

Emily sighed out. “You scored 348.” She said with a sad look on her face.

“And… And what’s the pass mark,” Luna could already feel her excitement dying.

“The pass mark is… 300, you f**king passed baby!” Emily screamed out loud.

“What?” Luna gasped.

“You passed baby, I’m so proud of you!”

“Yesss!!” Luna screamed out, hugging Emily tightly as they jumped happily.

Luna and Emily are both 19 years, they’ve been best of friends since they were young.

If the saying “opposite attracts” was to be true then it’ll apply for the two of them for they both have very contrasting personalities.

Unlike Luna who is calm, reserved and introverted, Emily is outgoing, saucy and extroverted.

Emily being the most brilliant girl in their area, she didn’t have any difficulty gaining admission into the same college five months ago.

“Can’t wait for us to start wearing matching clothes to school. We’ll rock Brookcliff!” Emily gushed and Luna smiled.

Luna looked at her wristwatch as the timer she set on it began beeping.

“I need to go and pick up Mia,” Luna muttered.

“Sure! Be ready by 7PM tonight, I’m coming to pick you up. We must celebrate this.” Emily winked.

“Emily, I don’t-”

“No buts! We’re going out tonight and that’s final.”

Luna sighed before nodding.

“Home sweet home!” Mia exclaimed as she and Luna got in the house. She immediately tossed her backpack and shoes then fell on the couch.

Mia is Luna’s cousin, she’s just 10 but talks like a parrot.

“Whosoever invented school needs to be jailed! Can you imagine our teacher gave us like four homework.” Mia groaned.

“Go and freshen up. We have to make dinner before aunt and uncle comes home.” Luna said, picking Mia’s backpack and shoes.

“Sis! I have something to tell you, so there’s this new guy in my class and he’s so cute!! My school teacher told him to sit next to me. He asked for my pencil and then when I was about to give it to him our hands touched and… Oh my gosh,” Mia held her chest as she narrated with dreamy eyes.

Luna raised a brow, “Aren’t you too young to be thinking about boys?”

“It’s true love!” Mia scoffed, “You’ll never know how it feels like when you spend 90% of your life dressed like a beggar.” Mia smirked.

“Ouch!” Mia winced when her pair of shoe that Luna picked, landed on her head.

She glared at Luna who smirked at her and stuck out her tongue.

The stairs to the plane gently stretched out to the ground and a pair of white sneakers descended from the stairs

A black car was parked not far with two people in corporate wears- A male and a female.

“Welcome back home Young Master.” They greeted politely.

“I have a name yunno,” His deep voice sounded as he looked around with his hands tucked inside the pocket of his jeans.

He was wearing black pair of ripped jeans with a blue shirt, his black hair fell on his face complementing his handsome face.

“Young Mas- sorry Mr. Gavin, your father asked us to pick you up.” The female said while the male opened the door to the back seat, ushering him in.

“You can go, I want to take a walk around the area.” Gavin said.

“Sir, your father requests your-” She couldn’t finish his words as Gavin was already walking away, completely ignoring her.

She sighed loudly, “Sometimes I hate my job.”

Luna and Emily walked in the club and all eyes turned to them, mostly on Emily. She was wearing a black shiny short gown that ended beneath her round àss, her spotless back was left bare. She looked sizzling hot.

Luna wore a white crop top with a gown jean skirt that grazed the middle of her thigh, one of Emily’s clothes. She felt so uncomfortable with the cloth she was wearing but she had no choice than to wear it, she didn’t want to look out of place with her baggy clothes.

“This place is so noisy and rowdy.” Luna said, looking around.

“I would have been surprised if it were to be otherwise. It was leaked that Weston O’Neill was going to be at this party.”

Luna furrowed her brows, “Who’s Weston O’Neill?”

“Seriously? You don’t know Weston? Weston is the son of CEO O’Neill, one of the wealthiest CEO in the country. Weston is in our school, a final year student, rumors has it that he’s the heir to his father’s wealth. You can just imagine how much girls wants him. Gosh, I hope he notices me. How do I look? Am I sexy enough?” Emily turned around.

“Of course you are.” Luna smiled, stylishly pulling her skirt down

Emily frowned when she noticed it.

“Hey, is this place making you feel uncomfortable? We can go somewhere else if you want to. Weston can wait for some other time” Emily asked.

“Not at all, I don’t want you to miss out. I’ll be fine,” Luna said.

“Are you sure?” Emily asked worriedly and Luna nodded.

Suddenly the whole club became very noisy when three guys walked in the club.

Weston ran his hands through his hair as he made his entry with his two friends. He winked at a girl who immediately began hyperventilating.

The trio went to their seats and almost immediately girls flocked around them.

“Since today is your special day, bills on me. So what do you wanna drink?” Emily asked.

“Cocktail will do for me.” Luna smiled.

“Two glass of cocktail coming up!” Emily said and went to the counter that was filled up with people waiting for their turn to order.

Luna decided to find somewhere to sit while waiting for Emily. It wasn’t even long before a guy approached her, taking his seat next to her.

“I couldn’t help but keep my eyes on you from the very moment you stepped in this club. You don’t look like the party type, are you new around?” The guy asked.

Luna just kept her gaze front. She knew these type of guys, they’re the type looking for innocent girls to lure into their trap.

“Hey, I’m talking to you pretty” The guy held her waist.

“Don’t touch me!” She made to push him off but he didn’t bulge.

“Relax, I just wanna talk okay?” He whispered to her ears, licking her ear lobe.

Panic immediately rose inside Luna. She did the first thing that came to her mind, without wasting time she spat directly inside the guy’s eyes and immediately sprung up from her seat.

At her quest to get away from that pervert, she didn’t know when she bumped into someone. Gasps filled the place.
