Edna thought she would fall any seconds from now but a strong arm suddenly caught her that instant.

Miguel couldn’t believe his eyes, it felt like the ground should just swallow him. This mean woman was his boss and he disrespected her earlier.
He sighed to himself then turned around and began leaving.

“Home” he turned back and replied.
“And you gave you the permission to do that?” She asked again.
“Weren’t you gonna fire me?” He raised one of his brows up.
Edna only snorted at him.
“I’m not even in the mood anyways, follow me and let’s start work” she rolled her eyes and began leaving.
Miguel was still looking in surprise, he didn’t know if he should move or not.
“Hey, what are you waiting for? Go after her!” Zita used his eyes to message Miguel and Miguel immediately ran after Edna.

James was leaning against a car and waiting with his hands in his pocket. His phone blinked and he got a message from Carson.

Then almost immediately, a Lamborghini stopped and two men in suits came down and rushed to open the back door.
As usual, the first thing to step down was the stick of the old man before his well polished shoe followed then his full body.
“Look is Mr Mario Delgado” a student announced and most of them rushed towards the car, they couldn’t go near him because of that security but they were taking pictures and videos of him.
Carson came down with a nervous look on his face as he stood beside his grandpa.
“Where is he?” The old man asked.
Carson’s eyes sighted James leaning against a car and they began moving towards him.
James had a confused look on his face as he stared at the old man, it looked like he was frowning and Carson looked really nervous.
‘Did Carson finally man up and tell his grandpa about them?’ he couldn’t help but think to himself.
They finally got to him and the old man looked at his glasses.
“James?” He called and James raised one of his brows up.
“My grandson told me about you and what you have been doing to him”
James stared at Carson then stared at the old man again.

“Do you know ever since my grandson started school he had never passed math test or exam but you changed that, you’ve been a really good tutor to him and I came to say a personal thank you” grandpa Mario stretched his hands towards Miguel for a handshake.
Disappointed, that was what James felt. Although he was nervous at first, he was really hoping Carson finally told his grandpa about them.
“Is that all he told you, I’m just his tutor?” James asked without accepting the handshake.
Carson’s heart skipped a beat.
“James,” he muttered.
“Why that question? Is there more I need to know?” Grandpa Mario narrowed his eyes.
“Nothing” James forced a smile and accepted the old man’s hands.
“You didn’t have to give me a personal thank you but you’re welcome” he replied.
Grandpa Mario finally left and James turned around and began leaving. Carson went after him.
“James hold on” he called and James stopped walking but he backed him.
“James, I’m sorry,” Carson muttered.
“You’re never going to tell him about us are you?” James asked slowly.

“Are you!?” James asked hardly this time as he turned to face him.
“You just need time, we’ve been dating for more than three months and all we do is hide like we are doing some forbidden shit. Gays are normal Carson, they are in this school, they are everywhere they are open and happy but you us?” James shook his head.
“You’re even ashamed to show me off to the school and your friends and I’m pretty sure if I was a girl then you would have told your family the second day of dating her” James added.

Carson only stared at him without knowing what to say and James turned to look at his side.
“Let’s break up Carson, you’d be happier without me” he muttered.
Carson’s eyes widened.
“It hasn’t gotten to this level James, we will fix it” Carson’s eyes went a bit misty.
“I’m not the problem Carson, It’s you, the chain is from your side and I’m exhausted because you aren’t making any effort to lose it so let’s break up” James repeated.

Carson didn’t know what to feel this instant, he couldn’t cry in public but he couldn’t help it.
He gripped on his hair tight and rested against the wall, closing his eyes painfully.
