Skyler was with Maxwell while Mason out for a conference meeting. The boy kept disturbing her each time she tries sketching some designs.

“Pretty boy mummy is working, she will play with you when you’re done okay” Skyler gave him a pleading look.

The door suddenly opened and Ivy stepped in with Scarlett.

“I don’t think she wants to fight anymore, she misses you” as she brought Scarlett to Skyler, the little girl was stretching her tiny arms, ready to be carried.

Scarlett smiled and carried her. The little girl hugged her mom tight.

“You miss mummy?” Skyler asked.

“Ma” the little girl replied, that was all she could say. She would refer to both Skyler and Mason as ‘ma’ meaning mom while Maxwell will refer to the both of them as ‘ba’ meaning dad.

“Mummy misses you too” Skyler was happy that her daughter was back to her.

In no time, Mason walked in with a tired look on his face. He had been in the board room for hours but his face brightened up when he saw Scarlett with her mother.

“She misses you, I knew her act won’t last” he chuckled and pecked Skyler’s cheeks before leaning close to give his kids some kiss.

“Ba” Maxwell crawled to his father’s side and Mason happy picked him up.

It was getting to evening and Edna stepped out of her office dressed in a red tight gown and make up, she was going on a blind date Zita set up for her.

She bumped into Miguel on her way to her and she slowly pressed her lips together.

“You’re going on your blind date?” He asked her and she nodded.

“Okay” he shrugged.

“You’re not mad?” She slowly asked him.

“About what? That I’m not the one you’re going out with? Come on don’t worry about that, I’m fine and besides it will be a bad thing if we actually became a thing” he rolled his eyes.

“Why?” She gave him a curious look.

“You don’t have to worry, just go, you will be late for your date” Miguel smiled at her.

“Alright, I’ll see you tomorrow then” Edna smiled back before walking away. The moment she was out of sight, his face turned serious.

“You will soon find out” he muttered in a dead pan serious flat tone before going back in.

Edna got to the restaurant, after looking around for few seconds. She saw a tall man, slender figure sitting on an empty table and she guessed that must be her date.

He wasn’t that bad after all, she smiled with thought before going to sit opposite him. That evening, Edna enjoyed her date and they decided to take things slow to see how things would go for them.

Ivy came out of her room looking all dressed with her face all dolled up.

“Where to?” Edna who was with Maxwell and helping him take some milk with his feeder asked.

“When do you start caring about where I am going or not? Anyways I’m going out with Blake, we are going to have a romantic lunch” Ivy flipped her hair backwards as she said proudly.

“I’m also seeing someone new, he’s handsome, rich and sweet, his name ps Duchene Milestone, from the Milestone family. Those ones that create furnitures designs” Edna said proudly.

“Awwn, a Delgado and Milestone. Fashion designers and furniture creators, perfect match” Ivy gave a kind of smile before she cat walked out.

Jacob just took off his nose mask and hand gloves as he stepped out of the theater. The moment he got to his office, he met his ringing.

It was that doctor that never called him back after so long. He almost forgot the connection he had with them.

He picked and the doctors said some things to him before he rushed back to the hospital.

When Jacob returned back to the Delgado mansion, he didn’t talk to anyone. He just rushed into Ivy’s room, confusing the people present.

“Why isn’t Ivy in her room, can someone reach out to her please?” He asked in a haste.

“What is the matter?” Grandpa Mario who was sitting with Antonio and they were both playing chess.

“Ivy Grandpa, Ivy is not safe out there, it’s been her boyfriend all along” Jacob replied and they were still giving him confused look.

“Ivy’s boyfriend was responsible for Mason’s accident and all other things that happened to Mason including the bomb on Ivy’s launch. It was all him grandpa” Jacob explained.
