HWANG FAMILY HOSPITAL**
“You should get going now, you’ve seen Sara. Don’t touch Vee” Krystal said loud and clear, causing Diva to stop.
“Stop it Krystal” Myles pulled her out of the way, and Diva smiled before taking her bag.
“Sara I’ll come see you in the morning again, I promise to cook you something” she said.
“I’ll be expecting, goodnight pretty” Sara replied, taking her right hand.
She kissed the back of it, and immediately she released it, Diva walked out of the ward.
Vee began going after her.
“Vee!” Krystal shouted, and he looked back.
“You have no right to talk to Diva that way, and you know” he said and finally left the ward.
He caught up with Diva in the hallway, and he pulled her back by the arm.
She was already masked up, and he pulled her to the back of the building where a flower tree is.
A bench is beneath the tree, they sat quietly there, being awkward till Vee spoke up.
“Sorry about what Krystal did earlier”
“It’s fine” she smiled shortly.
“Our world tour starts tommorow” he said, and her heart skipped beats as she faced him.
“Huh?”
“Yes, I’ll be flying out of Seoul with the band tommorow. We’re starting with Manila” he replied, and she smiled awkwardly, biting her lip.
“Oh… Good…good luck” she said.
“It might take close to two weeks, so … We won’t get to see each other for that period, and I won’t call” he said, and she quickly faced him.
“Wh…why?”
“Jazzy is probably feeling insecure cos of our closeness, I won’t call you I promise. I don’t want to be the cause of any fight between the two of you, so even if I miss you Insanely, I won’t call” he said, and she folded her fists on her laps, biting her lip hard.
“So…. take care. See you in two weeks” he said, and she nodded as he stood.
“Sure, you too. Take care” she smiled, and instead of hugging her as usual, he pointed his hand forward for an handshake.
She took it reluctantly, and it was even short.
Immediately he let go, he turned back and walked into the hospital without looking back at her.
Diva began blinking back the tears that are threatening to fall out of her eyes, but immediately she saw his necklace on her wrist, the tears fell as she began walking out of the hospital.
FLOWER GARDEN**
Daniel and Lyric are currently sitting, facing each other on a round table which was bedecked with different meals in the middle of the beautiful garden.
That particular spot has the brightest lights, and that only added to the excitement that chilly night.
Lyric picked her fork and had a taste of the steak first. It already got cut to small pieces by Daniel, so it was easy to stab and eat.
“You love steak a lot” Daniel said, smiling as he watched her eat.
“Not really, I only enjoy eating it with you. It was the first meal we had together so it’s special to me in a way” she replied and resumed eating.
He got his phone and began snapping her unaware as she ate, but even the unaware pictures look so cute.
He quickly stopped when she was about to look up, and she blinked
“You’re not eating? C’mon” she said, stabbing a piece of steak to feed him.
He opened his mouth, eating from her hand.
“Hmm! It’s tastier like this, continue feeding me” he said, and she chuckled as she continued feeding him.
“How did you come up with this place though?” She asked.
“Told you it’s my secret place. My late mum owns it, so I recreated it after her death. I do come alone to have my alone time before I met you” he replied.
“Your mum is dead?” She asked.
“Yeah, but dad is alive. Kang San, owner of the largest e-commerce company in this country” he smiled, and her eyes widened.
“What!”
“Yeah, I kept it from the public cos I don’t want them to start saying my band got popular cos of my rich dad” he said, and she bit her lip.
“You’re so lucky” she muttered, and he held her right hand on the table, rubbing her knuckles.
“What about you?” He asked curiously.
“My parents are still alive. They’re farmers in the countryside. I’m the youngest daughter and I have two senior sisters who’re married” she replied sadly.
“Farmers?” He said, and she nodded.
“That’s why I’m working so hard with the band, I’m gonna buy them a house in Seoul with my pay after our music video, I want them to stop farming and…
“Can I help?” He suddenly asked, and she looked up.
“Huh?”
“I can talk to my dad and…
“No, I didn’t date you for money so there’s no way I’m taking any help. I’ll take care of them on my own” she cut him off.
“Then…can I meet them at least?” He asked, and she nodded.
“Of course, soon”
He smiled and stood, then he walked to her side of the table and carried her, making her gasp.
He placed her on the table, and she folded into him when he kissed her shortly on the lips.
“Dan” she whispered when he broke it.
“I love you” he said, kissing her again.
“I love you too” she smiled, kissing him too. They chuckled at once, and he rubbed her hair.
“I have a gift though” he said, and her eyes widened.
“What’s it!” She quickly asked, and he squatted to bring out a box from under the table.
Inside the open box is a spotless white puppy looking f**king cute!
“Oh my gosh! I love puppies!” She gasped happily, taking the cute little thing out of the box immediately.
“It’s so cute! Very very cute!” She gushed, and the dog began licking her face.
“He likes me!” She said happily.
“You should name him first” Daniel said, and she pouted.
“Rain, that’d be his name” she said, and he pulled her into a hug together with the dog immediately.
