Joyline followed her mother to the two seater and they both sat looking at the father who seemed nervous

The mother held her hands before breaking the silence

“Joyline I hope you know that,your father and I are concerned about your well being”

“Off course mum I know that,is everything okay”

“Yes,you can tell us anything,we are your parents,what are you hiding from us dear?” The mother asked

” Yes, your mother is right, please tell us the truth daughter”

“What truth?”

“Are you really suffering from malaria or there is something you are hiding from us,what I mean baby girl are you expectant?”

“What!! Off course Not” She said as she got up from the couch and walked into her room feeling very disappointed with her parents

She then threw herself onto the bed trying to figure out how the parents came to know that maybe she had been pregnant, anyway at least she had gotten rid of the pregnancy while it was still early.

It was now two days after she had taken the pills and she was heading back to school

She was well prepared, dressed in her uniform,she carried the luggages into the car before the father drove her to school

As fast as they drove, she kept thinking of what might be the side effects of what she had done.Could the pills affect her future life? She kept wandering and finally decided to let it go

Ken had told her that she had nothing to worry since their won’t be any effects

They got to school and she bade the father goodbye as she carried her luggages into the dormitory.

It was on a Wednesday and students were in their classes continuing with the lessons.Their was silence everywhere.

She walked passed the classrooms into the dormitory and arranged her belongings then went back to class

Days passed and everything went back to normal.Joyline kept her secret to herself and nobody never knew what she had done not even her sister

The sisters went on with their last year in school and finally they graduated from high school with good grades and they landed themselves a good university

They were admitted to St Paul University to study law which meant that they had to take most of their times on studies and not personal life

All this time Joyline had decided to remain single.The guilt of having to take things onto her hands haunted her and she couldn’t move on since she felt that she was still connected to Ken

She had severally tried to contact him at least to have his attention but he never fell for it as he had started another relationship with another girl,as for Joyline she never wanted anything to do with him anymore after what they did

It was now their second year at the University,the two girls were still single and ready to mingle

Joyline was this type of girl who wanted to hang out with the coolest guys in campus.He always went to parties to make sure that she belonged somewhere, however the odds were never on her side since no guy ever approached her for an intimate relationship

Joy on the other hand had met this guy his name was Chris.The guy is handsome and came from a rich family he had been trying to get Joyline’s attention so that they could start a relationship but his efforts had proved futile

The sister however didn’t waste anytime and decided to make a move for Chris to at least have a relationship with him
