The hall was beautifully decorated with white and purple balloons everywhere, her two favorite colors.

Her eyes were still darting around when it landed on the wall. Her hands immediately flew to her lips

“WILL YOU MARRY ME HEART” was boldly written there.

She slowly turned two see Alex kneeling on one knee and tears couldn’t help but gather in her eyes..

“Heart, no words can’t express how grateful I am you came into my life… We’ve achieved so many things together and if there’s anyone I’ll love to spend the rest of my life is definitely you and no one else… You’ve made me realize so many things, you changed me completely, you made me know and experience what true love is. Let’s make many more memories… I love you and I’ll never stop loving you… Heart, will you marry me?” Alex said.

Abbie nodded as she fought back her tears but it still came out

“Yes sunshine… Yes! Yes! I’ll marry you over and over.” Abbie exclaimed

Alex smiled and slipped the ring in her finger before he stood. He cleaned her tears and kissed her nose.

Her family and friends clapped for them loudly…

Mr Kim, cleaned his tears… Words can’t express how happy he was at that moment.

“I love you Heart,,, even in the afterlife I’ll still chose and no one else” Alex said.

Abbie looked at him for some seconds. She doesn’t trust him one bit but at this moment she had no choice.

She took the clothes and Lucas turned around as she quickly changed to the skimpy clothes and heels.

“Wear this” Lucas handed her a scarf she used to cover her nose and mouth so they won’t notice her..

As they walked, he pressed a button on his ear bud.

“Bryce, my mission is done here.. You can come get Zoey, hurry up before something you don’t want will happen” He said

He got out of the hole and picked the shovel and began covering the hole with sand. Marshall’s eyes we’re already red in tears as he watched Lucas cover the hole to the very last bit

“You have no choice but to… If you leave that man to continue living, nothing will stop him,,, not even jail coz he has connection even here in jail. He’s injured and for that I’m sure he’ll spend the night here and surely fly out of the country tomorrow morning. Grant me my freedom and I’ll get rid of him for you…for good” Lucas said with that same look on his face

The cops looked at each other as they pondered on his suggestion

“Get out of the way Tyler!” Lucas muttered.

Tyler made to punch him but Lucas dodged and he didn’t hesitate to pull the trigger but Tyler ducked. He stood back up and kicked the gun off Lucas’s hand, it rolled off to the nearby bush.

Lucas grabbed Tyler by the collar and landed a heavy punch on his face then he kneed him. Tyler speared him and they fell with Tyler on top.

He began punching Lucas..

The noise and ruckus they were making woke Abbie up. She groaned and slowly opened her eyes

The burial ceremony was over but it came with another worry… Abbie’s missing!

“Ahh!!” Abbie closed her ear in fear as the sound of the gunshot resounded round the area.

The knife fell off Tyler’s hand and his knee dropped to the floor as he spat blood.

“I’m sorry Tyler.. It was either you or me” Lucas muttered as Tyler’s body dropped to the floor.

Abbie turned and her eyes widened on horror when she saw Tyler’s body laying on his own pool of blood. She looked at Lucas and her eyes widened in fear

She made to run but bumped into someone. She looked up to see it was none other than… Don

“Look what we have here” Marshall smirked and grabbed her wrist

“Let me go!!” Abbie began struggling with him but he slapped her really hard and she began bleeding from the lips.

“Dad!!” Lucas shouted and Marshall aimed his gun at Abbie’s head.

“Stop this nonsense Lucas… Killing your own friend all because of this thing is the height of it, bring down that gun or I won’t hesitate to shoot her and your mom” Marshall muttered heartlessly

Lucas’s eyes widened and when he looked at the car Marshall came with, he could see Lilian tied up in the car.

She didn’t understand what was happening till Marshall tied her up and brought her here.. She couldn’t believe her eyes when she saw as Lucas shot down Tyler.

Just what is happening?? What has been going on and she wasn’t aware of it

“Dad.. Don’t you dare!” Lucas gritted his teeth and Marshall smirked

“I will dare!! Unless you come back to your sense,, this girl is only a good, nothing else” Marshall said.

Her eyes furrowed as she stared at the details of the man then at the picture of Abbie, looking so confused.

She just brought out her phone and snapped everything she viewed as suspicious. She was still snapping when she heard the door of the entrance opening

Her eyes widened.

Like flash, she quickly began arranging the things she scattered and as she kept arranging it, the steps was getting closer and closer

Tyler opened the door to his room and his eyes widened at what he saw. He slowly smiled as he watched Whitney sleep peacefully on his bed.

“Were you waiting for me?” He chuckled and walked to her then kissed her hair and touched it.

He moved away and began heading to the bathroom to have his bath.

He left their side. Marshall stopped when he felt the same gaze who has been starring at him ever since he arrived was still starring at him

He turned and his gaze locked with Bryce. Bryce didn’t even bother to look away, he maintained the eyes contact till Marshall looked away and went to another corner.

They all stared as the coffin was lowered six feet under with Blaire crying so loudly. The boys began covering it with sand.

Abbie’s phone suddenly began ringing.

“Babe, I’ll answer this call” She said and Alex nodded before she went to a calm place.

She made to pick up when suddenly the person hung up. Abbie furrowed her brows.

She shrugged and turned to go back but bumped on someone..

“Lucas?” She muttered and instantly scoffed then made to leave but Lucas held her back.

“What the f**k-”

“Abbie, listen to me.. We have to leave now, you’re not longer safe here.. Let’s leave before-”

“Don’t touch me!! Have you gone insane!! What rubbish are you talking about?” Abbie said angrily.

“Don’t come closer to me Lucas, I’m warning you” Abbie said and made to leave but Lucas immediately blocked her mouth and nose with a handkerchief

Her eyes widened and the moment she inhaled the substance in it. She immediately fell in a deep slumber..

“You leave me with no choice Abbie” He said and carried her in a bridal style before leaving

15 minutes passed and Abbie hasn’t returned. Alex became worried and went to the direction she took but couldn’t find her

He brought out his phone and made a phone call. His eyes furrowed when Abbie’s ringtone began coming out clear

He traced the ringtone and his eyes widened when he saw her phone on the floor.

Alex’s heart immediately began beating fast…

She clamped her lips tight. If she talks, then that means her husband and daughter’s life will also be at stake.

Never in her wildest dream will she have thought that Lucas could be involved in things like this and Marshall? Marshall??

It’s at that moment, she began regretting ever having something to do with that family.

“Argh!!!!!” Her thought was cut shut when Tyler dipped the end of a wire in the pool of water that formed under her and it began electrocuting her

“Stop?! Please!!!… Argh!!!”

Tyler brought out the cable from the water. He grabbed her neck tightly.

“Still won’t speak huh? Or you want us to involve your precious daughter and husband” Tyler said and fear immediately gripped her.

“At this very moment, our men have your place surrounded.. Just one call to them and your family will be memory” Lucas said, entering the room with his hands in his pocket

“I give you 3 seconds to decide. 3…2..”

He took her hand and kissed her knuckles..

“Are you the man, I’m supposed to meet?” She asked.

“The one and only… Who are you hiring me to kíll and why?” The figure spoke.

Mrs Cooper opened her purse and placed then brought out two pictures and placed it on the table.

Well since the engagement got cancelled, her husband is still thinking of another way but she just can’t stand and do nothing.. She wants the power and money right now even if it means hiring someone to kíll them.

With Marshall and his first son gone, Alex will be so pained and frustrated that he’ll have no choice than to find refuge in them

The man picked Marshall’s and Lucas’s photo she placed on the table and he stared at it..

“I want you to eliminate those two.. They’re posing as a hindrance in achieving what I want” Mrs Cooper said.

The remaining words got stuck in her throat when the lights of the disco ball shun on the man’s face and it came to view.
