“Noooooooo!!!” Echo screamed in tears as she managed to gain back her stance. As a result of the explosion, she hit her head pretty hard on the ground and she now has a bleeding head.
She tried to run into the house to be sure if her sisters survived it, but the firefighters blocked her path again as they tried to quench the fire.
“Get out of my way! My sisters are in there…they..” Echo was trying to say, when a taxi pulled up beside her and she waited, while her mother got out of the car and shut the door.
Darby raised her head up and her eyes widened when she saw what had become of her house. She quickly paid the taxi driver and rushed to the scene.
“What happened here?? Where are my daughters?? Who’s responsible for this!?” She bombarded them with so many questions, hoping that what was running through her mind wasn’t what had happened. She closed her mouth with her palms when two bodies were brought out of the house.
“Am so sorry ma’am…but we lost them. They’re gone..” One of the paramedics said and tears came out of darby’s already red eyes, she fell on her knees at once.
“My….my…my…my babies” She stuttered devastatingly, with tears streaming unstoppably down her cheeks. Echo knelt beside darby as torrent of tears fell from her glassy eyes too.
“Mum…mum..am sorry. It’s all my fault, i shouldn’t have left them all alone. I wish i could go back in time to change everything. Am…sorry…mum” Echo muttered sorrowfully and darby’s breath itched. Her veins popped around every side of her neck and her eyebrows knitted together.
In the next coming second, she exploded hugely.
“YOU MURDĂRER!!!”
“This is all your fault. You did this intentionally, and you’re going to pay for this. Arrest her!!” Darby grabbed her neck and pushed her hard against the wall, chocking the living day out of her. She couldn’t control her anger and hatred anymore, she wanted to end things once and for all.
“Ma’am please. You’re going to kĂll your daughter… please calm down” One of the paramedics pleaded, trying to seperate them. Darby released echo immediately and she crashed to the floor trying to keep her breathing in check.
“Don’t give me that shĂt. Ion want to hear it…ion want to hear that word. She is not my daughter, she can never be my daughter” Darby yelled and echo’s brows creased up in confusion. Her heart skipped several beats, she gulped hard at nothing.
She didn’t know what she was going on, but her legs were moving on their own accord. Before she knew what was going on, she was already on the other side of the road.
“Wait. Please!!” She ran after the bus, yelling at the top of her voice, but it made no means of stopping. She got there really late, now how is she supposed to get to her uncle’s place, and she doesn’t have enough money to take a taxi.
“Don’t let her escape. She can’t escape!! She’s a murdĂ©rer…she’s a murdĂ©rer…” Darby said as she trailed behind echo. A car came in between them, making her loose sight of echo.
She kicked the air angrily and balled her hands into her fists.
“You’re not going to escape so easily. You’re going to pay for what you did to my innocent daughters. I swĂ©ar it!!” She sneered and ran back home.
“There’s no harm in running, it might take a lot of time by foot, but surely i’ll get there before midnight” Echo stated determinably and started her journey.
The street lights shined brightly and gave her a clear view of the beautiful city, everything looked just so perfect. It’s not a festive season, so everything is in place, but there were a few stores with flashy lights.
She never noticed for once that there was a billboard of Royal Bridges highschool on the main road, not until now. It’s not like she always pays attention to that.
“OMG, this is really beautiful and impressive” She gushed happily at the picture, from the students dressing, the way their hair was bonded, and most especially the perfect brunette hair they groomed.
Her head spinned insanély as she recalled the statement her mother made about not being hers. She kept pondering on it without being cautious of where she was going.
“Get off the way, mĂĄd woman” A voice jolted her out of her thoughts, which caused her purse to fall and the whole content started rolling all over the road.

“What do you mean by that!?. Gosh people are just so rude!!” Echo asked, she picked her purse and looked up to see a guy with a mask over his face staring at her angrily. But the anger subdued the moment he saw her.
“I’m asking you what do you mean by am mĂĄd, yes,am mĂąd. Do you want me to show you what a mĂĄd person is capable of you motherfvcker!!” Echo yelled furiously, clenching her fists. She has had more than enough from bulliĂ©s.
“You don’t need to show me, with the way you’re behaving, it’s quite obvious that you’re a maniĂĄc that escaped from an Asylum” The guy scoffed and walked back into the car. He drove off instantly with sparing her a single glance.
Echo scoffed too and turned immediately to see her golden necklace in the middle of the road, she ran to get it. It’s the only thing she has left from her father and can’t bare to loose it.
“I thought i lost you” She smiled brightly and stood up, almost immediately a truck ran over her. She flew up and landed on the floor with a loud thud.
Her blood stained the streets and her dress, her nearly lifeless body shook. People walking by gasped, and some paused to help, while others took to their heels to avoid problems for themselves.

She hanged up and dropped her phone on top of the wash basin.
“That’s what you get for trying to stĂȘal what doesn’t belong to you, good luck in hĂ©ll echo. Am sure your loser of a dad must be waiting” She hissed loudly again and stared at herself in the mirror, waking her best friend from her perfect sleep.
“Capri why don’t you just go back to sleep and stop walking around the bathroom like a ghost. We have a test tomorrow and i don’t want to sleep throughout the whole thing. What’s so funny by the way??. You’re acting like a lunĂĄtic right now” Ashley frowned and sat on the bed, while rubbing her eyes that was itchy for some reason.

….SAME DAY: WATSON MANSION DINING ROOM
Milo rubbed his rumbling belly for the third time, he’s really hungry but doesn’t want to wake the maids up. He frowned and shut his eyes, hoping a miracle would just happen.
“Look what your favourite brother made for you!!” Noa said with a smile as he dropped a tray on the table, it’s filled with different plates. Milo rolled his eyes and stared at the tray.
“You’re my only brother, and obviously not my favorite sibling, so stop deceiving yourself. Luxury wouldn’t spare you if she hears that from you, she loves me more. What are you even up to this night?, don’t try to annoy me cause am not in the mood” He made to stand up, but noa pushed him back down and made a sulky pout.
“I spent an hour preparing this, you know how much i love you right, so please have a taste little bro” Noa pointed at the food and milo sighed exasperatedly. He’s a real pain in the @ss.
“Ewww gross, you’re only older than me by two minutes which is totally nothing. Am glad i wasn’t the gossip who wanted to see the world first, you just couldn’t wait, could you??” Milo smirked and finally opened the covered plates, his eyeballs nearly popped out from it’s socket when he saw the contents.

“Hey what did you put in this??” Milo coughed as his lips turned blood red, his eyes changed color completely. He reached for a cup of water rapidly and drank to his fill.
Noa let out a loud guffaw ( laughter ) immediately, he always manages to prank milo without needing to do much work. He saw milo’s nose twitch, he picked up his slip-ons and took to his heels.
“Hey come back here” Milo roared and ran after him, he slipped on banana peels and fell flat on his butt. Noa peeped out from where he was hiding and his lips twisted into a wry smile.
He actually drop it right on that spot intentionally, knowing full well that milo was gonna slip on it.
“Smile bro this is going on the internet. # Milo Watson sneaked out of his bedroom at night and planned to steal tatter tots, but slipped on a banana peel. What a rough ending, hahaha” Noa grinned as he took pictures, he took a few more and quickly ran to his bedroom before his brother will be able to catch up with him.

….TWO WEEKS LATER: SATURDAY AT THE CLINIC
Echo’s eyes snapped open from a long restlessness and she found she was in an unfamiliar place. Her head throbbed çrazily, her lips were insĂĄnely dry, and her vision was so blurry.
She blinked a few times to get a clearer picture of her situation, and she began to remember the things that happened before she passed out.
“Did i dĂe yet?? Am i in heaven??. This place reeks of medications, am definitely not in heaven” She frowned as the horrific smell of drugs invaded her nostrils, now realizing that she was in the hospital.
She felt her hands tremble a little from the awareness, she detests hospitals so much. Everything about the place makes her feel like she’s gonna puke.
When she saw a figure on the stool beside her bed, her increasing panic and accelerating heartbeat decreased.The guy is leaning his head on the wall, with his eyes closed.
“Hey! Who are you!? Did you save my life!? Where the fuçk am i!?” She stared at him and slowly recovered from her lightheadedness, and his features hit her face. Echo almost gaped.
“Ohhhh…fuçk….i didn’t know he was this handsome!!” She muttered underneath her breath, as she just couldn’t take her eyes off him. The guy before her was just so damn good looking, no, good looking is actually a huge understatement.
“Gosh!! Echo!!. What were you thinking when you decided to commit suiçide?? I nearly had an hĂ©art attack. How are feeling now?. Please don’t ever scare me like that again, cause…” He spoke so fast without taking a single second to breath and echo just blinked frantically trying to make sense of what he was talking about. But his voice….,it held worry in them.
“The last time i checked, we weren’t, aren’t and will never be friends. So why did you save me?? How did you find out about this?? Why were you worried??” She ruffled her hair and waited impatiently for his response, but abruptly became motionless.
‘Why is he staring at me like that?? Gosh….’ Echo wondered inwardly as she fondled with her hair. Tyler could only glower at her, he’s suspecting that this must be one of her episodes.
“I don’t have time for games kiddo, please tell me how you’re doing. The doctor said you’ll be discharged today, so you’ll be going home after you’ve changed into your clothes. I was nice enough to pay your bills, so this is were we path ways” He tried to caress her cheek, but she stopped him just in time. She threw the bedspread off her body and ran into the washroom in a flash.
“What’s wrong with her?? No…what’s wrong with me!! Why am i acting and feeling this way??” Tyler groaned softly and buried his face in his hands. He is experiencing a feeling of disorientation, her facial expression, the way she spoke, just everything made his heart ache…
….TWO DAYS LATER: ROYAL BRIDGES HIGH SCHOOL
It was a bright sunny morning, a cab stopped in front of the school’s main gate. The doors opened and sĂ©xy slender legs came into view.
“Thank you” She paid the driver and he drove off immediately. She took a deep breath and started walking towards the main entrance, she was in an emotional turmoil.
She was excited, scared and a little bit nervous. The girl slowly walked forward as she started looking at all the other students. Most were in groups and all of them got divided when she passed by them.

Francisco walked through the hallway, holding the strap of his backpack tightly. He heard loud murmurings from the students and wondered what was going on.
His eyes widened to an O when he saw a goddess. She looked so extraordinary, unique, pulchritudinous and fuckiñg out of this world.
“Ec…echo??” He rushed to her, grabbed her hands and before she could understand what was going on, her back was slammed against the wall. A gasp escaped her lips.
“I’ve been trying to control myself the whole time. I fuckiñg missed you. I thought you had diĂ©d in the fire. What the fuçk are you doing to me… Echo Campbell” He grinned as he slammed his hands on the wall, placing them on either side of her head, effectively caging her in.
His gaze shifted to her lips. He was fighting with the urge to kiss it…to kiss her until she forgets her name.
“Why…are..you…” Echo stammered, unable to respond. His deep, sea-coloured eyes staring back at her own and his warm breath fanning her face made her extremely light-headed and nervous.
Francisco stared at her, the hint of a self-satisfied smirk playing across his full, pink lips on realizing the crĂĄzy effect he had on her. He leaned in so close, really close that she could feel his breath on her neck.
“But let’s get this straight. I’ve been yours the whole time, and it’s time you accept the fact that you’re mine as well” Francisco smiled and claimed her lips, pulling her into one of the most passionate kisses she’d ever had.
“Ahhh…” Capricorn screamed at the sight before her. When she saw francisco pulling echo closer to him by the waist, she lost consciousness.
“CAPRI!!!!!” Both sabrina and ashley chorused shockingly.
