Though it took him a while, he finally found Andrea since the players were all wearing the same green and white jersey.

At that moment, Sharon walk in with two of her friends, grinning to herself since she knew what the outcome will be.

The game began and Andrea team was at a loss when the professionals score thrice in a row while they were in zero.

They scored twice again giving them five points while Andrea’s team was still at zero.

Andrea could see that her team were giving up already but she didn’t. Stealing the ball just like Aaron taught her.

She passed it to Opal who passed it back to her when she was close to their net.

Andrea threw in the ball giving them one point. Seeing this, her team mate began playing as well, putting in that desperation they mention earlier and from one point they got up to five point.

Thirty minutes left and both team were playing as rough as ever. All Andrea and Opal effort to score was stop.

It got up to ten minutes and Andrea knew she had to do something or they were going to lose.

“Opal, Lucy, stay by my side” Andrea call out to them and they did as she said.

With them stopping their opponent from coming close, Andrea aim for the net at a distance and threw the ball.

Everyone watch as the ball went into the goal net just as time ran out which made Andrea and her team the winner.

Everyone scream out Andrea’s name and from where Aaron sat, he felt so proud of her and what she just achieve.

After getting their results, Andrea went in search of Aaron.

She found him in one of the building rooftop and ran towards him, smiling brightly.

“I did well, right?” Andrea ask and he frown at her.

“For an amateur, you were very bad but even at that, you did well. Am proud of you” he said now smiling.

“I can’t believe am being complimented by the great Aaron Winter” Andrea said jokingly.

“Then you won’t mind me adding that you look very very gorgeous right now” Aaron said and she laugh, moving close to him.

“I think you woke up on the wrong side of the bed today or are you ill?” She said, touching his forehead.

He caught her wandering hand and gave her a sudden kiss but Andrea pulled away, silently starring at him.

Wrapping his arms around her waist, he drew her to him, leaning in for a kiss and this time, Andrea didn’t push him away.

Instead, she let him kiss her just like she did with him.

The kiss didn’t last long cause someone showed up, pulling Aaron away from her.

“Why is it so hard for you throw it into the net. Are your hands that weak” Aaron said.

“Yeah right. If you didn’t sit there like the demon lord and show me the right pose, I would have thrown it into the net already” Andrea retaliate and that got him walking towards her.

He stood behind her and held her by the waist, startling her.

Not taking notice of how still she went, he held her arm and help her with the right pose, then he whisper into her ear.

Aaron notice that she wasn’t saying anything which is odd for a talkative like her. He was about to tease her about it when he notice how close they were.

The ball fell out of his hand as he move away from her, suddenly feeling breathless.

“I don’t think you will be able to achieve anything if we start from here” he said, not daring to look at her.

“We start from the very begining” Aaron said, making her more confuse.

“I need you to hire professional female basketball players, dad” Sharon said the moment she got to her father’s study.

“But why?” Blake ask.

“There’s a sport entrance exam for all the female students in sunshine high and I need those professional players to help me get rid of a nasty girl I don’t want studying with me” Sharon explain.

“You know I did my part by using my power to get the school to admit female students back into sunshine high. If I should hire those professional players, I will be making a ridicule of myself” Blake told his daughter.

“You won’t be doing that, dad. The only thing you need to do is to hire these professional players for me and I will take it from there. I really need your help, daddy” Sharon said, hugging and kissing her father on the cheek just so he will accept.

“I feel sore all over” Andrea told Aaron as they made their way back to his house after spending five hours in the gym.

“But am doing this for you” Andrea said and he stop walking to stare at her.

“Even if you don’t tell me, I know you only agreed to go out with Sharon so she will keep her mouth shut about my secret. I hate you going through that and that’s why am training very hard and I promise to get into sunshine high and free you from that witch” Andrea explain, smiling at him.

He didn’t know if it was the smile or what she said that got to him, he just had to hold her in his arms and he did that.

Startling poor Andrea who stood still in his arms, wondering why he’s giving her a sudden hug.

“Aaron…” She called, trying to pull away but he pulled her back.

“Three minutes. Let’s just stay this way for three minutes” he murmur, pressing his face against her neck.

Three minutes went by so fast and reluctantly, he let her go.

“Anthony keeps asking about you. Do you want me to tell him the truth” Aaron ask not giving her a chance to talk about the hug they both share.

“No. I’d like to tell him myself and that will be after I get into sunshine high” Andrea said as they continue their journey back home.

He got to the registration office to see a crowd of girls there and each had a form in hand.

“Am good in gymnastics and am certainly going to wow the teachers with my performance but I doubt if you are good In anything….oh, you are good in something and that’s by pretending to be a boy”

“Take my advice and quit now since you won’t be able to get in anyway” Sharon said turning to leave.

“And if I do get in? What are you going to do?” Andrea ask, walking towards Sharon.

Andrea got back to the dorm very late in the evening. She had even miss curfew and had gotten a demerit for her absence.

“Where have you been? You know you are suppose to be back before curfew?” Anthony demanded the moment she walk in.

“Says my boyfriend. Judging from the looks on your face, Aaron haven’t told you about it” Sharon said, please that she will be the one giving them the news.

“Well, Aaron ask me out yesterday and I said yes. Am his girlfriend and he’s my boyfriend, I hope you keep that straight into your head and stay away from him” Sharon said, starring at Andrea.

“Why do I find that hard to believe?” Anthony said as Aaron came into the dorm.

“Why not ask him yourself?” A smiling Sharon said as they all turn to Aaron.

“Didn’t I tell you not to come here again?” Aaron ask.

“Why? Don’t you know I miss you already?” Sharon said, holding onto his arm but he shook her off.

“I just can’t believe that he will settle for a girl like that! There’s something odd about it” Anthony said suspiciously.

“You poor thing. I knew things like this will happen but I never expected it to be this soon” Opal said as she handed her a cup of coffee.

“That’s true. Am sure that witch blackmail him, she must have told him to date her in order for her to keep shut about your secret ” Opal said.

“I doubt that. Aaron must have been the one to agree to date her just to protect me and thinking about it, makes me feel bad” Andrea said.

“Why don’t you try to get some rest. I can see the strain in your eyes and don’t you dare refuse, you need to rest. Let’s forget about Aaron, Sharon and sunshine high for a while. Who knows, something might turn in your favour when you wake up tomorrow” Opal said, fussing over her like a mother hen.

It wasn’t until Andrea had close her to doze off that Opal thought of the issue on ground.

Will everything be okay if she keeps on attending sunshine high…Opal thought as she also went to bed.

It was in the wee hours of the morning that a sleeping Andrea woke up to Opal scream.

Aaron got back to his room fuming. One minute she’s angry and another she’s happy to go to a party which no doubt will be filled with guys.

“Jerk” she called and walk past him into the room.

An hour later, after all the hard work he put into the preparation. He went to knock on the door.

For a moment, Andrea felt a little scared but she shook off the feeling.

During a point in her middle school life, she had learnt martial arts just to defend someone she love but in the end, she couldn’t protect her.

“Hey” Andrea thoughts were cut short when she look up to see Anthony.

“If I stay idle, he’s going to keep messing with Ben” Andrea replied.

“I did that once and I hate myself for it, I won’t do it again this time, so leave me alone” Andrea said, turning away from him.

She heard him go into his room and at that moment, Aaron came out of his room too.

“And who is he staying with? Are they richer than me?” Jack ask still fuming with anger.

“More than rich. Haven’t you heard about the Winter family? They are the second wealthiest people in the region after the president ” Blake said this time.

“And so?”

“And so they are rich enough to buy off your father company. Am not talking down on you or your family” Ray quickly added when he saw the look Jack gave him.

“But what am trying to say is that you don’t mess with that guy since he has Aaron and Anthony behind him” Ray ended.

“I don’t care,I will get back at him for humiliating me” Jack said.

“Its best you listen to Ray. You wouldn’t want to get on Aaron and Anthony nerve” Blake told him but he shrug the both of them off to stand on his feet.

“Fine. Since you claim this Aaron and Anthony will be a hindrance, I will just have to lure out that Barbie doll myself” Jack said looking mischievous.

A sick feeling kept bothering Andrea as she stood in the bathroom, doing nothing except to stare at herself in the mirror.

“Untill when will you stay in there? You aren’t the only one using it!” A tap on the door got her out of her reverie.

“But I got in here first, so you have to wait till am done” Andrea said in return, a smile appearing on her face as turn on the tap to sprinkle water on her face while she kept Aaron waiting at the door.

After taking up enough time, she open the door to see a angry Aaron glaring at her.

“What? Just as you’ve taken the bedroom, have also taken the bathroom and besides, don’t you know that have got to wash my…Aaargh!” Andrea made a groan when he walk past her into the bathroom.

She stood by the door way, cursing him silently.

“Aren’t you going to close the door?” Aaron ask.

“Do you think am your… arrgh! Okay, am going to close the door” Andrea said and close the door in a rush since Aaron was taking his trouser off right in front of her.

“Dutch bag” she said, hitting the door.

At that Moment, Anthony left his room and on seeing Andrea, he quickly look away, heading to the kitchen.

Wanting to mess with him a little, she went to join him in the kitchen.

“Avoiding me won’t do, you know. We are room mate and we should stick up for each other” Andrea said behind him.

“I’d rather stay away from the likes of you” Anthony reply.

“Why?”

“Are you really pretending not to know. Everyone in school is talking about it” Anthony said.

“Why are they talking about me?” Andrea asked.

“That kiss…did you really had to do it?”

“Kiss? You mean the one I gave Jack, I only did that to distract him” Andrea explain.

“Or you did because you are a gay. Have come across a lot of people in my life but certainly not a gay, do me a favour and stay away from me” Anthony said and was about to leave when he suddenly felt a hit on his buttocks.

Andrea was early to school the next day. She arrived early to get the list of all the students with the name David in school but the school head had decline her request.

A sad Andrea made way to class only to see Jack and his friends bullying Ben and this time, they had him pine on the wall while Jack threw water balloon on him.

“What the hell are you doing!” Andrea yell, earning everyone look.

“Well, well, well. If it isn’t the barbie doll” Jack said jokingly but Andrea was so pissed that she walk up to him to pull him roughly on the shirt.

“People like you are the worst! Didn’t you get enough of me yesterday?” Andrea ask while he grin down at her.

“Why don’t you let go so we can talk” Jack said and reluctantly she let him go.

“Why do you keep picking on Ben? Is it because he’s an easy target?” Andrea ask.

“Don’t you know that in a school like this only the strong last. If he’s a weakling, he should never have enrolled in this school” Jack said.

“Just because he doesn’t knows how to defend himself, he’s now meant to be a play thing of yours! What kind of sense do you have or is the way everyone thinks here? ” Andrea ask starring at all the boys present.

“Fine then. Why don’t we do this, since you think you are right and am wrong. I challenge you to a duel, just you and me and no one else” Jack suggest.

“How am I to trust that you won’t bring this lackey of yours along?” Andrea ask.

“It’s going to be an match. Everyone in school can come and watch it, so what do you say, Do you accept it or not?” Jack asked.

“Don’t do it, Andrew. Don’t” Ben said but Andrea already made up her mind.

As soon as she heard the bell, Andrea began to run to class while trying to fix her necktie.

It’s her first of class and she woke up late and that’s because she didn’t get a good sleep on the couch and those jerks who are her room mate didn’t bother to wake her up.

She got to class the moment a lady got there too.

“Late on your first day?” The lady ask in front of the students in the room.

“Am sorry ma’am. I overslept” Andrea admit as her class mate laugh at her.

“Don’t be late next time, go find a seat so we can begin our class”

Andrea was about walking in when she saw Anthony and Aaron.

Andrea was still feeling angry by this when a male student place his foot in front of her and she slip and fell.

“Oops…watch where you are going, you almost broke my leg with your barbie like body” the student said earning everyone’s laughter.

“Keep shut everyone! Find a seat newbie” the teacher said and Andrea went to the back seat.

A seat which was quite far from Anthony, Aaron and the crazy guy from earlier.

“Are you okay?” A nerdie looking guy ask and she nodded, having a feeling that she’s going to end up being friends with him.

The first session of class went great and when it was lunch break, she went to the cafeteria with her new found friend, Ben.

“One good thing about sunshine high is their food” Ben said as he push his glass up his face properly.

“Really? How come you know that when you just started today?” Andrea ask.

“That’s right, I haven’t taste the food” Ben said, smiling nervously.

They found an empty seat and was about to eat when the bully from earlier walk in with two boys in toll.

“It’s that jerk” Andrea said watching him.

“Don’t make eyes contact with him, Andrew ” Ben suddenly said looking worried.

“Why? Is he some sort of god?”

“He isn’t but Jack is a terrible bully. He’s meant to be in his second year but due to a student he bullied, he was punish to repeat this year with us and he’s looking for a new student to bully”

“If you don’t want to be his victim then pretend not to see him” Ben added but his warning was too late because Jack and his crew stood by their table.

“Nice to meet you again, Nerdie” Jack said, hitting Ben lightly on the head .

“Wh…what do you want from me?” Ben stuttered.

“Nothing. Am just looking for a new play toy and you and that Barbie doll over there are the only one who fits. I will start with you first and end with him” Jack said, winking at Andrea.

“Why don’t I give you a welcome gift” Jack said as he carried Ben’s tray of food to empty the content on his head.

While everyone gasp out in shock, Andrea fold her fist in anger.

“Welcome to sunshine high, bro” Jack said, laughing with the two idiots with him.

He turn to leave only for something hard to hit him on the back of his head.

A stun and hurt Jack spurn around to see Andrea glaring at them.

“What? Am also welcoming you into sunshine high. Afterall you are a repeater and that makes you a newbie like everyone of us ” Andrea said, ignoring Ben protest.

“Are you crazy? Do you want to die?” Jack asked, holding the back of his head.

“Perhaps, but am not done with welcoming you yet” she said and quickly walk towards Jack to give him a kiss on the cheek startling everyone including Anthony and Aaron who were present in the cafeteria.

“What the hell! Are you a freaking gay?” Jack ask, rubbing his cheek severally.

“Am not. I was only warming you up” Andrea said, a smile on her face.

“Warming me up for what?” A hysterical Jack asked.

“For this!” Andrea said, moving towards him to head butt his face.

Immediately, Jack collapse on the floor while his two minion held onto him.

“How does it feel to beaten by this barbie doll person?” Andrea ask triumphantly.

Taking hold of Ben hand, she pulled him out of the cafeteria, leaving everyone starring after them.

“You shouldn’t have done that?” Ben said as he clean himself with water while Andrea help him wash his jacket.

They were both in the washroom.

“But that jerk needs some lesson” Andrea reply.

“I know he does and everyone thinks the same but no one have ever stood up to him until you did”

“Which is something great ” Andrea said.

“No. What you did just made things worse for me and most especially for you. Jack’s comeback at you won’t be an easy thing, so watch out” Ben warn instilling fear in her….
