    There was another silent again before Skyler heard Felix clearing his throat.

    Skyler smiled and nodded.

    “I will send them to you and I need to go now, Ashely and the girls are waiting for me” she said.

    The restaurant was field with various couples sitting on their romantic table and eating, some where dancing to the soft music coming from the piano.

    A man dressed in a light blue blazer was sitting alone, his feet kept tapping the floor like he was impatiently waiting for someone.

    Mason sighed for the umpteenth time before checking his silver wristwatch. He was a good looking man who had a well defined face. A pencil nose that matched with his almond shaped eyes and thin lips and also a sculpted jaw line any guy would wish to have.

    He looked like the coldest person anyone could ever lay their eyes on but despite this look, he could still have thousands of girls wrapped around his fingers if he wants.

    He didn’t acknowledge Emma as he walked away, going upstairs, and she stared at him until he was out of sight.

    Nathan sighed. “That’s our little brother Leo. He’s nineteen and an artist in his second year. He’s a closed-off person, so try to stay away from him,” Nathan said.

    “He’s a fucking bastard,” Chris shouted angrily.

    With that, Chris stomped upstairs angrily. Nathan sighed. “That was weird,” Emma whispered.

    A maid came and showed her to her room, which was on the first floor, strictly telling her that the second and third floors were prohibited. Emma nodded, arranging her bags in her room, which was bigger than her entire house. Feeling exhausted, she laid on her bed, tired, with classes starting tomorrow. She dozed off, feeling happy, with Leo’s face flashing in her mind.

    Emma was finally in front of her class; today she had resumed, and she couldn’t be happier.

    She tried calling Laila, but Laila kept cutting her calls with a text saying she was busy. Emma understood, so she didn’t push.

    “Heard they got a girl as their roommate.”

    A gasp left Emma’s mouth as she immediately pushed the door open and entered her class, not wanting to hear anything more. She didn’t want anyone to know that she was living with Jordan Miller’s sons, as that would only cause her trouble.

    Then the door burst open. She thought it was the teacher, but no, it was Chris.

    Chris started to make his way towards Emma, and she tried giving him the signal not to come, but he only smirked.

    “Hello, roomie!” Chris yelled for everyone to hear, and everyone gasped.

    “She’s their roommate?”

    “What?!”

    “I feel like throwing up.”

    Whispers were heard everywhere, and Emma wanted the ground to open and swallow her.

    “What do you want?” she gritted her teeth, but Chris only smirked.

    “Everyone, this is Emma, my girlfriend,” he said loudly, shocking everyone, including Emma.

    “What the fuck are you saying?” Emma whispered.

    “You said you’d do anything for me to forgive you, so be my girlfriend,” he whispered back.

    “Hell no,” Emma yelled.

    She grabbed her bag and books, not wanting to stay in class any longer. Her first day at her dream university was already the worst.

    Then Chris pulled her back forcefully before smashing his lips on hers, and everyone in the classroom went into utter shock.

    He whispered in her ear, “No one rejects me, Emma. You’re already marked as mine.” With one more kiss on her cheek, he walked out, leaving her with people who looked like they were going to devour her if she took a step.

    Then I grabbed a towel from the towel rail and dried my body which was dripping wet.

    Later, I got some lotions from the lotion dispenser, and applied it on the various parts of my body, having done all this, l dashed out of the bathroom and into my room to get dressed.

    I got dressed in no time as my phone vibrated, I picked it up instantly.

    “Hello ma’am, good morning.” Elvis greeted.

    I was paralyzed with happiness as the spirit of guiltiness fled from me.

    I wish I could help her get back to work, but our M.D is strict with his actions and very furious.

    We broke the hug as I stared at her passionately.

    “Yeah, that reminds me. Why were you on a different cab to work today?”, I said caressing her hair which rested on my shoulder.

    “My driver fucken called me this morning and said the cab is running at fault”, Maria said staring up the ceiling.

    “Damn! So has he gotten the cab fixed?”.

    “Yeah, after requesting for part payment of his salary”, Maria said beaming.
