“So that’s the reason for your sudden change huh!! Because of a guy!! Seriously Gianna, I know mom and dad left us when we were young but I tried my best to raise you well!!” Grayson scolded Gianna.

He was getting ready to go to work when Gianna stormed in while crying. He went to her room and asked her what’s wrong then she told him everything.

She was sitting on her bed, cuddling a pillow while crying. Her eyes were so red but she was still crying.

“I know I messed up and I’m sorry.. I’m so sorry brother, I didn’t know what came up in me” Gianna cried.

Grayson sighed.

“I’m really disappointed in you Gigi.. What if she lost her life?” Grayson said.

Gianna just kept crying.

He stood up from the stool he was sitting then went and sat next to her on the bed.

“Come here” He spread out his arms.

Gianna quickly rushed to his embrace.

“Though I’m really màd at you but, you’re my sister.. I still love you,, c’mon stop crying. You’ll fall sick if continue crying this much” He said, rubbing her back and kissed her hair.

“I’m sorry… I’m really sorry” Gianna cried.

“I’m not the one you should apologize to..” Grayson said.

Gianna nodded, slowly calming down. She eventually fell asleep in his arms.

Grayson laid her properly before standing up. He looked at her and sighed before leaving her room.

His phone and he was surprised to see it was Ingrid.

He furrowed his brow then looked back at Gianna’s door. He went to his room and took his jacket before leaving the house.

Grayson took the taxi and it took him 5 minutes before he arrived at his destination. He got down and as expected, Ingrid was standing in front of the company.

She smiled when she saw him before approaching him.

“Gray!!” She squealed happily and hugged him. He smiled and hugged her back

“How have you been” Grayson asked as he broke the hug.

“I’m good.. Come, let’s go to my car. I have to tell you something” She said and led Grayson to his car.

They got in her car before Ingrid faced him.

“Um, the thing I wanted to tell you is that. I-” She bit her lips.

“I love you Grayson,, a lot” She said and took his hand.

Grayson looked taken aback at what he just heard.

“I just had one boyfriend in my whole life, I’ve been in love with you since we were kids.. I promise I won’t break your heart” Ingrid said and cupped his cheek.

“What do you mean by that” Grayson raised a brow.

Ingrid smiled shortly.

“I saw you and Camilla kiss. She’s my friend” Ingrid said and Grayson’s eyes widened.

“And believe me, I know her more than anyone.. You don’t know the amount of time she’s been f*cked by different men. She falls in love too easily, and who knows if she won’t forget you the moment she sees someone more handsome than you. She’s not the one for you,,, I am” Ingrid said.

“I’m sorry Ingrid but I only see you as a friend.” Grayson said.

“Please Grayson, just one chance” Ingrid began pleading.

At that moment, Camilla was going to were her car was parked too while smiling.

She just finished with work and was planning on paying Grayson a surprise visit.

“I’m sorry” Grayson muttered and made to open the car door.

Ingrid saw Camilla coming towards them and she quickly turned Grayson then slammed her lips on his. Grayson froze in shock.

Camilla who was passing by glance towards the car and made to look away but what she saw made her froze.

Tears fell from her eyes as the grip on her bag loosen and it fell down.

Grayson got back to his senses and pushed her away. He made to speak but his eyes caught Camilla looking at them with obvious tears in her eyes.

“Oh no Camilla..” He muttered and immediately opened the car door..

Camilla cleaned her tears and picked her bag then began heading to her car which was not far from Ingrid’s car.

“Camilla! Camilla wait, it’s not what you think-” He grabbed her wrist but Camilla pushed him away and landed a slap on his cheek

“You’re just like all my exes, Heartbreakers! Don’t come near me ever again!!” She shouted in tears and went in her car then drove off immediately

Grayson’s shoulder fell as he ran his hands through his hair.

Ingrid who was in her car smiled and licked her lips.

NEXT DAY**

Gianna came to school. She wasn’t putting on make up any longer and her uniform was back to it’s normal self.

She got to her blog and began heading to her locker when she bumped into Nathaniel.

She looked at him and Nathaniel didn’t even spare her a glance before walking away.

She quickly cleaned the tear which was threatening to fall before going to her locker.

Gianna brought out her textbook and notebook before closing it back, same time as Linda. Their gaze met.

Linda tore her gaze away from her and left for class.

“Lin-” Gianna made to call her but guilt couldn’t allow her so she just watched her leave.

“I really f*cked up” She said inwardly as tears began brimming in her eyes.

“Here” Someone muttered beside her.

She looked at her left to see a hand holding a handkerchief. Her gaze traveled up to see it was Dean.

“You need it” He said.

“Thanks” She muttered and collected it from him before cleaning her tears with it.

Dean nodded and turned to leave..

“Dean” She called and he halted.

“I’m sorry… I’m ready to do whatever it takes for you guys to forgive me. After classes, I’ll go to the hospital and ask Arianna for forgiveness.. Can you talk to Linda and Nathaniel for me” She asked slowly.

Dean turned to her.

“I don’t know if they’ll even hear me out” Dean said.

“Just try.. Please” Gianna said in tears.

“Linda was my friend since we were kids. We practically did everything together.. I can’t believe how foólish I was to severe the relationship we shared. I don’t want to loose her,, I’m not ready” She cried while shaking her head.

Dean sighed and pulled her in for a hug. Gianna slowly hugged him back while crying.

“I’ll try” He muttered.

“Thanks very much” She muttered
