The huge cardigan she was putting on rolled down and Theodore’s eyes furrowed at what he saw.

Theodore rolled up the sleeve of her cardigan and his eyes widened when he saw her whole arm was covered with bruises and red marks.
“What is this? Who did this to you?” He asked.

Theodore grabbed her wrist, stopping her from leaving. He pulled her into an empty class and quickly unbuttoned her cardigan then pulled it off her body.
His eyes widened more.
Both her arms were covered with bruises and red marks. He knows very well what those red marks are, its hickeys.
“What’s all these?” Theodore asked
“I said it’s nothing!!” Jasmine said and snatched her cardigan from him.
She stormed out of the class and Theodore could swear he saw her eyes become teary.
He raised his brows.
“Was I overly curious? Maybe I crossed the lines?” He wondered to himself..

“Seriously? How did you even get hot sauce in your eyes” Arianna asked as she helped Nathaniel rinse his eyes..
“Well… I wasn’t looking well” Nathaniel said, feeling a bit stúpid and embarrassed.
Well he went to order food for him and Arianna and when he came back, Travis already took his place. He was forced to sit in front of them and watch as they chatted and laughed like he wasn’t there.
He wanted to press out the hot sauce on his food but he was busy looking at them that it smeared on his face. Some entered in his eyes..
Arianna helped him to the restroom to rinse his face.
Nathaniel lifted his wet face from the sink. The front of his hair got wet too, sticking to his forehead.
“You are really clumsy these days and it’s mostly when Travis is around me” Arianna said and slowly smirked as she helped him dab his closed eyes.
“Now that I think of it, you always make sure you divert my attention towards you. Tell me, are you perhaps jealous of Travis” Arianna raised a brow.
Nathaniel took in his lower lips and looked away.
He could already feel his heart hammering against his ribcage. Arianna turned his face back to her..
“Your jealousy looks cute. Yunno, if you like me just say it.. I don’t bite” Arianna winked.
“What if you start avoiding if I tell you. I obviously don’t have a chance with you,, we’re in two different categories” Nathaniel said in his mind as he stared at her.
Arianna chuckled softly..
“I was joking okay? C’mon let’s get back going” Arianna said and stood on her toes to fix his hair.
“I love your full bangs. Makes you look like a bunny” Arianna said.
“Thanks” Nathaniel said.
She smiled and held his hand.
Gianna who was filming them quickly left before the two of them could see her.
She watched the video again and smiled as she saved it. Amber and Julia came to her while smiling..
“You have the video?” They asked and she nodded
“Good, send it to me. I have to edit it” Amber said and Gianna immediately did so.
“What are you going to do with it?” Gianna asked.
“Something that’ll make her stay away from Nathaniel like you said” Amber smirked.
Amber and Julia turned to leave
“Amber,,, what you’re planning to do. It won’t harm them right?” Gianna asked.
Amber looked at her sideways.
“Sure” She muttered and left with Julia.
Gianna took a huge breath before going her way too. Dean who saw them from afar furrowed his brows..

EVENING, BRAUNS MANSION~7PM**
The day passed really smoothly for everyone. Today was her last day of community service and it was over.
Arianna could be seen playing with Twinkle in her room. She thought of Nathaniel and suddenly smiled
“Twinkle is it wrong if I crush on a guy who’s of a lower category than I am?” She said and Twinkle meowed.
“I knew it! Nothing is wrong with it,, he’s a human just like me.. The only person who totally understands me” Arianna smiled and hugged Twinkle.
Reuben just arrived his house, very tired and stressed out. He handed his suitcase to a maid who took it to his room.
His phone suddenly beeped and he brought it out. His brows furrowed when he saw a video.
At first he wanted to ignore it but on second thoughts, he clicked on it and his eyes flushed red at what he saw
Arianna, together with a guy and she was smiling at him. The editing made it look like she kissed him when she stood on her toe and his anger doubled.
A call immediately came up and he quickly picked.
“That’s what your daughter does in school. Hanging out with lowlife beings. The guy lives in a very poor neighborhood but she still seduced him.. He’s even the 3rd guy she’s dating this academic year. Total slút” The voice said.
Reuben hung up in anger and marched to Arianna’s room.
He pushed the door open and the forced at which it opened, scared Twinkle away from Arianna.
“Good evening-”
A thunderous slap landed on her cheek, cutting her off. Before she could recuperate, another slap followed.
“How dare you!! How dare you disgrace our family in this way!!” Reuben shouted and slapped her again.
“What did I do?” Arianna asked slowly, holding her cheek which was stinging so much.
Reuben grabbed her by the hair and pulled her up. She winced painfully.
He played the video and shoved her head to the front of his phone. Arianna’s eyes widened..
“Care to explain this to me!!” Reuben shouted.
“No dad… That’s not what happened,, I didn’t do that-” Reuben punched her this time.
Arianna landed on the floor with a bleeding nose.
“You still have the guts to deny it!! How can you disgrace our family this way.. Upon all the rich kids in your school it had to be this pathetic poor rat??!! How many guys have you slept with!!”
“Dad…” Arianna cried
Reuben shut her up with a slap.
“I asked you a question!!” Reuben shouted.
Arianna’s face was already swollen with a the slaps and punches she kept receiving and she was bleeding from the mouth.
Beatrice upon hearing the noise coming from Arianna’s room, ran there. She gasped when she saw the state Arianna was..
“Anna!!” Beatrice made to rush to her but Reuben pulled her back..
“Don’t you dare touch her.. That’ll teach her a lesson” He said and pulled her out then locked the door, dragging Beatrice away.
Arianna kept weeping as she sat on the floor. What cruel offense did she do to deserve all this from her own father?
“I can’t take this anymore,, I’m tired” She cried.
She crawled weakly to her wardrobe and opened it then brought out a sharp knife..
“I’m sorry Nathan but I can’t take this anymore… I rather díe than continue living in this hell” She cried
Arianna slowly cut the veins on both her wrists and blood began gushing out a lot, slowly wetting the ground.
She kept crying till her head began feeling all dizzy and slowly she went down, her eyes shutting automatically.
The knife produced a sound as it fell from her hand..
