The first group to go was Travis, Lance and three others.

“3, 2, 1… Go!!” The coach blew the whistle and they all jumped inside water at the same time

Travis and Lance were the ones leading with Lance in front. They swum to the other end before turning to go back to the starting.

Travis swam as fast as could to catch up with Lance but Lance won with him as second.

“Sh*t” He hissed and glared at Lance who smirked at him.

Lance ran his hands through his wet hair s*xily and the girls began screaming. Linda couldn’t help but stare at him.

He looked her way and winked. Linda rolled her eyes and looked away.

The next in line were Dean, Theodore and two others.

“Go Theodore!!” Julia cheered loudly.

“Theo!!” Jasmine cheered for him too.

Theodore looked their way and smiled at Jasmine before looking front. Julia’s shoulder fell and she glared at Jasmine.

The coach blew the whistle and they jumped in at once then began swimming really fast.

At the end, it was Theodore who won.

The next in line was Nathaniel and Cole with the others and Cole won as expected.

It continued like that till the girl’s turn and till everyone was through.

“It was really fun” Jasmine said, squeezing water from her red hair.

“Yeah” Arianna removed the strands of hair sticking on her face.

They finished 30 minutes earlier so the students began having fun in the swimming pool while waiting for the time to finish

“Last person in the water is a p**sy face” Lance said and the boys began running to the water.

They jumped in

“Theo.. You’re the last” Nathaniel said, floating on the water.

“Well I do love p**sy” Theodore smirked.

“Can’t believe this fish face dared me not to f**k” Lance said, glaring at Cole.

“What? At least, there’s not longer condoms lying everywhere at our suite” Cole said and Dean nodded in agreement.

“Theo… Theo!! No!!” Nathaniel said loudly when Theodore dipped his face inside water.

He emerged and glared then pushed Theodore’s head in side water too. They began wrestling in water.

Arianna stared at them having fun and she sighed when she remembered the bet.

“What’s wrong?” Jasmine asked beside her and she shook her head.

Nathaniel laughed as he brought his face out, running his hands through his hair..

He turned to Arianna and smiled.

“Hey! Come have fun with us..” He said

“No thanks,,, I’ll pass” She shook her head.

“Oh okay. Can you help me get out then?” He stretched his hand towards her.

She took his hand and made to pull him out but a gasp escaped her lips when Nathaniel pulled her inside the water.

“Nathan!!” She gasped, removing her wet hair from her face.

Nathaniel laughed as he saw the look on her face. She smiled and began splashing water on Nathaniel.

“Stop it..” Nathaniel laughed, covering his face

“She seems more happy” Jasmine thought while smiling as she watched her having fun..

She looked at where Travis was and could see the way he was looking at Arianna and Nathaniel. She sighed sadly.

Gianna glared at Arianna and Nathaniel who were having fun in the water.

“Gianna-” Before Linda could speak, she stormed out of the hall..

“Wassup s*xy?” Lance walked towards her.

Linda turned to him and raised a brow.

“What?” She asked.

“I just wanted to tell you,, you look really” He paused and leaned closer to her ear.

“Delicious” He whispered.

Linda swallowed hard but she kept her cool.

“Thought you were the guy who got dared not to flirt for two months or is it another Lance” Linda smirked and raised her brow.

“But I’m not even flirting.. I’m just being honest to you” Lance said

Linda shook her head.

“Right…” She said sarcastically.

“I’ll have to go now” She said and made to leave but Lance held her hand.

“Um.. I wanted to take you somewhere tonight..” Lance said.

“Under one condition.. They’ll be food there” Linda said and Lance chuckled then nodded.

“Okay 7pm tonight” She winked and left.

Lance watched her till she was out of sight before smiling..

The rest of the classes for the day went smoothly..

“Serious Gigi!! This is getting annoying… Thought you made peace then why the look you gave them at the pool” Linda said, standing akimbo.

“I didn’t give Arianna any look” Gianna lied.

“Why don’t you just tell Nathaniel your feelings and see what he has to say. If he says no then you move on.” Linda said.

“I wanted to tell him at the club but it was ruined” Gianna pouted.

Linda sighed and pinched her brows.

“Wassup pretties” Grayson said, pressing his phone as he walked in the house.

“Here’s the goodies you asked me to buy.” Grayson placed the bag on the table and went to his room.

“I thought Grayson didn’t have a phone” Linda asked.

“Well he got one last week and ever since, he has been texting to his girlfriend non stop” Gianna shrugged.

“He has a girlfriend!” Linda exclaimed excitedly.

“No, I don’t… She’s just a friend” Grayson said.

“A friend who comes here almost everyday..I see” Gianna said sarcastically.

“Aww that’s cute! Gray,, why don’t you get yourself a girlfriend. You’re 23, handsome and hot.. I’d have asked you out if you weren’t my big bro” Linda said.

“I’m not ready” Grayson replied from his room.

Arianna fell on the floor while holding her cheek as her eyes were red due to tears.

She looked up at Reuben who was red in anger. He grabbed her by the arm and pulled her up earning a wince from her

“So this is your way of welcoming me huh? With this poor result of yours!! How can you possibly let a commoner over take you in class!!!” Reuben shouted at the too of his voice.

Beatrice was busy supervising the dinner.

“I…I did my best dad” Arianna cried.

“Best? Best? How come your best is so pathetic!!” Reuben said and landed another slap on her cheek.

Her cheeks were already swollen due to the slaps she kept receiving and her lips got bursted due to the slaps

“What will the public think of me when they’ll hear my daughter was defeated by a commoner!! Huh? Are you planning to ruin my reputation!!” Reuben shouted.

“I’m sorry dad… I’m sorry” Arianna cried.

“Stop crying.. It just irritates me more!!” He shouted and landed another slap on her cheek before pushing her.

Arianna fell on the floor in the process..

“A failure… That’s what you are” He said coldly and left the room, slamming the door loudly.

Arianna curled herself up, where she was laying as she continued crying..

“I hàte my life” She cried
