“You both kiss?” Opal yell in shock.
“Keep your voice down” Andrea said while motioning her to seat on the bed since it’s the only thing she’s got in her room that someone can seat on.
“Is that the reason why you refuse the dorm at school and chose to sleep here with me?” Opal ask and she nodded.
“I don’t why he kissed me and I don’t even know why I kissed him back but I do know it’s wrong. I mean, I only have David in my heart. I was even waiting to see him again so we can be together but then this happen”
“Maybe it’s time you give up on David and focus on Aaron. Am not saying you should give up on David for good, keep looking for him but I think when it comes to love, your heart belongs to Aaron” Opal told her.
“Impossible. I know what I feel and I feel nothing for Aaron ”
“If you feel nothing for Aaron then why on earth did you refuse to stay at the school dorm? Are you scared of running into him and then suddenly this urge to kiss him takes over what you’ve been dwelling on and then….”
“Stop it! I feel nothing for Aaron and that’s that” Andrea said firmly.
“Okay, whatever you say. But do remember that this is his house, you might just run into him ” Opal warn.
“He’s on bad term with his dad. He won’t leave his peaceful room at school just to get into arguments with his dad” Andrea said just as she got a call.
She saw the caller and left the phone to keep ringing.
“Is that who I think it is?” Opal ask.
“It is”
“Then why are you ignoring his calls?” Opal ask.
“I don’t want to talk to him” Andrea said switching off her phone.
“Okay. Need to complete my night shift, see you later” Opal said leaving the room.
After Opal left, Andrea tried to get some sleep but she couldn’t.
After tossing and tossing around, she left for the kitchen to get something to drink.
She was gulping down the content in her glass when she notice someone standing by the door way. Aaron stood by the door, watching her.
“Aaron” she called.
“Why aren’t you picking my calls?” Aaron ask, walking towards her.
“That because my…my phone battery is dead and so, am charging it” she lied.
“Really? But that isn’t what Opal told me when I called earlier” Aaron said.
Opal! What the hell has she been telling him.
“I…what are you doing here? It’s late and it’s almost curfew time” Andrea said, changing the subject.
“I heard about you not taking the dorm at school and since you didn’t pick my calls, I had to come here. Why didn’t you stay at the dorm?” He ask. Standing very close that she had to bend her back over the kitchen counter just to look at him.
“That’s because I…Its quite expensive. The dorm, I mean” she said.
“You could have just ask me and I would have given you the money”
“I don’t want your money and it’s not like we are anything for you to give me your money” she said quickly.
“Is it until we are something that you will accept a gift from me?” He ask, misinterpreting her words.
“Aaron you…”
“The kiss. Why aren’t you saying anything about it?” He ask suddenly.
“That’s because I know it’s a mistake. We were both happy and excited that my team won the match and we got carried away and….”
“That might be the case for you but it isn’t for me” He said, drawing her close to him.
“You have no idea how badly I want to kiss you right now” he said against her cheek.
The arrival of two maids got them pulling away from each other.
Andrea wanted to use that chance to run back to Opal room for cover but he took hold of her hand, pulling her out of the kitchen and up the stairs.
“Aaron, I can’t go to your room” Andrea protest.
“You can” he said, lifting her by the waist and straight to his room.
As soon as he shut the door after them, he held her against the wall and smash his lips on hers.
It was a hot passionate kiss, a kiss where he totally devoured her lips and made her limp and breathless in his arms.
Andrea was trying to catch her breath when he held her chin and force her to look at him.
“I don’t know how you did it but I can’t stop thinking about you. I keep thinking of you, I keep seeing you wherever I go and It angers me when I see you being friendly with other guys”
“I don’t like them touching you, I don’t like it when they talk to you or when you smile at them. All in all, what am trying to say right now is that am in love with you, have fallen hopelessly in love with you, Andrea” Aaron said to her……
