Drake listened to the knock come again, and he pulled out of Samantha, rushed to the door to see who it was, after he pleaded with Samantha to stay in the guest room, until he called her. His heart was thudding heavily and his palms were sweating.
Samantha had already gotten up, and was heading to the guest room, where their amorous affair began.
She would have loved nothing but to get Patricia to see her with Drake, and make Patricia quit the relationship so that Drake could consider making her his everything, but she decided to do what he wanted, waiting for the best time to strike.
“Who who’s there?” Drake stammered, already having an idea of who was at the door, and thinking of what to say to her.
“Drake, it’s me Johnson” came the voice of his neighbour, and Drake rolled his eyes in annoyance.
“You could have talked while you knocked Johnson! You nearly gave me a heart attà ck” Drake complained after he opened the door to let Johnson in.
“Oh yeah, that’s true! But come on Drake, you’re looking so apprehensive, it’s almost as if you were in the middle of something so bad” Johnson joked, as he walked into the house.
“Think what you want to, but Johnson, what I told you is the truth, you just reduced my lifespan by a few hours with what you just did.
“You know, for a second, I was so sure it was my woman, coming to my house at this time of the night, unannounced” Drake said, laughing with relief.
The two guys walked towards a big couch and sat down, with Drake asking Johnson what he wanted.
“Drake, I’m in a hell of trouble. My girlfriend just called to inform me that she’s on her way here, and I have a consignment in my apartment.
“Please help me out. Let this girl pass the night in your apartment because it’s already too late to let her go home” Johnson pleaded with his neighbour.
“Well, that won’t be much of a problem. I have a guest for the night, but I’m sure she’d rather be with me on my bed, so the guest room is free” Drake said, winking mischievously.
Johnson caught the drift, and began to laugh, completely shocked that Drake who was considered a lôverboy, was cheating on his fiancé.
“Oh, so you have joined us in this game? But be careful though, because the last thing I want to do is to take someone to the hospital, when his fiancé comes to his house unannounced, and catches him pants down” Johnson said.
“Forget it Johnson. Patricia has never come here unannounced, and I know she’d never do” Drake bragged.
Then there was a knock on the door again. The two guys looked at each other, wondering who it could be.
Patricia knocked again, and was surprised that the Drake she heard talking about her not being able to show up unannounced, suddenly went mute, as soon as she knocked on the door.
“Could he have feared that someone else could be at the door, since it was already so late in the night?” she thought, and decided to speak up, to make him know that it was just her.
“Baby, open up, it’s me” Patricia said from the other side of the door and waited for Drake to open the door.
When he did, he was asking her why she showed up at his door, without notice.
“Erm sweetheart, what are you doing here at this time of the night? You didn’t even tel.me you were coming!” Drake asked Patricia, not knowing how to react, as he pulled the door open, to find her standing at the door.
“Since when did I start getting quizzed before I get into your house, Drake?” Patricia asked, sounding very shocked at his strange behaviour.
She pushed Drake aside, and walked into the house, to find Johnson looking at her in obvious discomfort.
“I really didn’t mean it that way sweetheart. But you should have let me know that you were coming.
“The last time you were here, you didn’t bother to inform me that you were coming until you were at the gate, and that almost caused us our relationship” Drake said.
“Cost us our relationship? Drake is there something you’re not saying? How do you mean it nearly cost us our relationship?” she asked him, getting uncomfortable with the way he was sounding.
“Again, that didn’t come out right. What I was saying is, the way you appear to be sneaking up on me all the time, makes it look like you have been suspecting me, and it’s making me uncomfortable” Drake replied tersely.
“Erm Drake, I don’t know, but I need to go now. Do you think my sister can still come around? I’m going to the club with my fiancĂ©, and she can’t stay in the house alone” Johnson asked Drake, concerned about his own predicament too.
At least, whoever Drake had in his house, was well kept out of view, and he could see that Drake was well able to take care of things in his own case.
But if his fiancé met the girl in his house, he knew he was going to be in a hêll of a problem.
Johnson wasn’t ready to let his marriage plans with Sandra have any form of troubles, because of his relationship with his salesgirl,whom he chose to keep as a side chick, because of her irresistible look.
It was already too late in the night to consider sending her home, so he had to make plans to have her pass the night in Drake’s apartment, after his fiancé told him she was on her way to his house.
What he didn’t anticipate was that Drake who seemed so committed to his fiancé, would be having someone else in his apartment as well, how much more having his fiance show up as well.
“It’s okay Johnson. You can let her come over to my apartment. I do not have anything special in the guest room apart from the cat I kept there, with the hopes of returning it to the vets shop I got it from.
“So if you can take the cat to your house, then I’m sure your sister can stay in the guest room, because we can’t let that wild cat stay in thesame room with your sister.
“Right now, I have a few things to iron out with my wife to be, so I won’t have the time to make preparations to transfer the cat anywhere else, to make the guest room conducive for her” Drake said, and pulled Patricia with him to the bedroom.
Patricia didn’t like the tone, with which Drake had spoken to her, but because of Johnson’s presence, she agreed to go inside with him, to get a chance to tell him what she had in mind.
They talked at length that night, and the more they spoke, the more Drake continued to slip. Before long, he had literally made it clear that he was having a secret affairs, with the things he said.
Patricia got convinced that something was truly amiss with the way he was acting, and made a mental note to find out what it was.
She allowed the matter rest, and lay down to sleep, her mind already made up on what to do the next day.
Meanwhile, Johnson had so quickly swapped Samantha with his girlfriend.
He knew that he had no way of explaining his salesgirl’s presence in his house at that time of the night, but he could easily tell her about Samantha, having been sent to him by his neighbour, who had gone to the club.
And so, the two guys, successfully dribbled their fiancés that night, or so they thought.
Johnson’s salesgirl’s left Drake’s house early the next day, to resume work in the shop, and his fiancé, also left for work.
But Samantha planned to have a word with Drake before she left, so she decided to wait out Patricia.
She walked into Drake’s house, as soon as Patricia left, and was complaining about how badly she was treated because of a woman like her.
“Calm down Sam. You know I like you a great deal, but Patricia is my wife to be.
“There’s no way I would have let her find you here, and create problems for myself.
“But not to worry, I’m going to make it up to you. We will be more careful, especially now that she’s kind of sneaking up behind me every time.
“I think it will be safer that we always stay in your apartment” he told her, but noticed how she still pouted Ă ngrily
“Look, I said I’m sorry. I know its not easy, but I’ve promised to make sure that you’re always well taken care of” Drake told her, fondling her brêasts as he spoke, to make her calm down.
And just as he had expected, Samantha collapsed into his arms, allowing him do whatever he wished to do with her body.
He was already kissing and touching her everywhere, with his front tail standing erect, while she mĂ´Ă ned carelessly, when the door opened suddenly.
