Aime couldn’t believe she has spent over four hours studying with Bryan and he don’t even look tired. She can swear she has yawned like fifteen times but he keeps teaching her anyways.

“Bryan come on I’m tired, why don’t we take a little break. I’m not understanding anything anymore!” Aime complained to him.

Bryan sighed and gave her a look. “I just can’t believe how lazy you are. If you want to pass this course then you should be okay with studying at least 8hours a day and getting at least 2-3hours of sleep” He told her.

“It’s so draining” Aime leaned tiredly on her chair.

“Okay let’s do this, I’ll take you to a restaurant and we’ll get something to eat then we come back to study how does that sound?” The moment Bryan asked, Aime flew up from her chair and jogged towards the door.

“You’re not for real” Bryan gave her an unbelievable look.

“I didn’t had breakfast before coming, let’s go” She pouted and when Bryan refused to stand up, she rushed to him and tried pulling him up but he wouldn’t move.

“What is your problem Bryan? You suggested we go eat and now you wouldn’t get up” Aime wrapped her arms around her waist as she scolded him.

Bryan looked at her in amusement. “Is this how much you love food?”

“Yes I would do anything for food so get up!” She replied again.

“Fine let’s make a deal” He smirked.

“What?” Aime frowned even more.

“If you can pull me up from this chair then we’ll go eat but if you can’t then we study for an extra hour” He smirked even more.

“You must be kidding me Bryan” Aime gave him an unbelievable look. How can she possibly pull him up when he was muscular compared to her.

“Thought you said you would do anything for food and it’s going to be my treat, I’ll buy you whatever you want” Then he added. “Even if it’s the whole restaurant” He winked at her.

Aime’s heart skipped a beat without her permission because of the wink he gave her but she shook it off.

‘Don’t fall for his tricks’ Her mind tried to warn her but she went ahead to say deal.

“You better have a fat bank account because I’m about to put a serious hurting on it” She stretched her slim arms and body before trying to pull him up.

She had to use two hands on one of his arms, she even placed one of her leg on the table as she tried pulling him but nothing seemed to be working.

Bryan smirk didn’t leave his face, he suddenly yanked his hands and she fell on his laps. Aime eyes widened, she tried escaping but he hugged her waist so she couldn’t move.

Her body was quite small, fitting his arms perfectly like it was made just for him to wrap his arms around them.

“What are you doing Bryan?” Aime looked at him with widened eyes as panic filled her face and she was panicking because she couldn’t trust herself.

She was so close to him, her heart is beating uncontrollably. What if she does something she regrets? She thought and he was not helping matters with the way he was looking at her, smirking.

Bryan brought his hands to her face and slowly caress it, pulling her way behind her ears. His eyes fell on her lips and he didn’t miss the fact where she licked and swallow saliva.

“You know I’ve come across crazy people but never have I ever met someone like you” He said in a hush tone as he slowly caress her face, his fingers slightly brushed her lips and she visibly shivered.

“Why did you say so?” Her voice betrayed her by coming out in a whisper.

Bryan chuckled raspily.

“I change my mind” He suddenly said, staring at her face mostly her lips and his eyes glimmering with something Aime can’t tell but whatever it is, she wants him.

“What are you talking about?” She asked again, her voice trembling in whispers.

“Remember when I said I would never want to f*ck you even if you were the last girl on earth and I’m dying of blue balls?” He asked in a low velvety tone.

Aime should feel uncomfortable with where this conversation was heading but she still wanted it to go on.

“What? You regret saying that don’t you?” She asked with a sultry tone not recognizing what was wrong with her but she just don’t care anymore.

Bryan smirked and lean closer to her, his lips on her ears. “You make me want to do things to you right now” He breathed his words into her ears.

Aime’s eyes widened with how his words went straight to her core, she can’t help but clench her legs together as she swallowed.

“How wet are you right now?” Bryan asked and she can’t help but clench again.

“Dryer than the Sahara dessert” She tried to sound unaffected but it was far from everything going through her mind right now.

“Need me to find out?” He asked as he placed his hands on her lap, she was putting on jeans but his hands slowly caressing her thigh makes her high.

He suddenly released her and she seemed to be confused but she immediately stood up.

“Are you okay?” He asked with a taunting smile. “You claim to be dryer than the Sasha dessert and yet you can’t breath properly when my hands were on you” He smirked at her.

“I barely even touched you there” He added.

“F*ck you Bryan” Aime cursed him for how helpless he made her feel.

“Seems like you’re not hungry anymore, let’s go it’s still my treat” He stood up and walked to the door. “Ladies first” He opened the door for her to step out and as she left, she couldn’t help but dash him a glare.

Bryan smiled and closed the door behind him.

“I want to marry her, Julia”

“Dad” Julia scooted closer to him and held his hands. “Do I have to tell you a million times that I forgive you?” She muttered.

“I know but I want to build our bond that’s why I want you to be apart of this wedding. It’s just a secret between the both of us” Zayn smiled and showed her the laptop.

“As a woman which engagement ring would you like in this two? Is it the Solitaire or Cathedral?” He asked as he showed her pictures of two wedding rings.

Julia bit her lips as she felt speechless but she can’t leave her dad hanging so she picked the Cathedral.

“Great, next week we would go shopping, I would get Martha a gown that I will love for her to wear when I proposed to her and you can also help me choose brand new suits to buy” He said happily and Julia had no choice than to force a smile along with him.

When Julia left her father’s house, she brought her phone to call Jake. After a ring, Jake picked his calls.

“Jake let’s meet up it’s important, I’m at the Cozy Table” She told him before hanging up.

“Welcome to the Cozy table ma’am and sir. You can check the menu for whatever you want” A waitress came up to them but she was more focused on Bryan, ignoring Aime.

Aime scoffed and opened the menu, they were lots of delicious food but she chose to go with the burgers.

“I’ll be having the beef Burger and cranberry juice” She said.

“And you?” The waitress didn’t bother glancing at as she was too focus on Bryan.

“How about you surprise me instead” He winked at the waitress and Aime could swear she saw her blush.

“I didn’t know go around flirting with everyone don’t you?” She scoffed at him as soon as the waitress left.

“And I didn’t know you are the jealous type” He smirked, his eyes flashing with amusement.

“Oh please” She rolled her eyes which earned a chuckle from Bryan.

In the same restaurant, Jake stepped in with his hands in his pocket as usual, he looked around and finally found Julia sitting somewhere in the middle.

He walked over to her.

“I already order you some drink” She smiled at him. Somehow she was starting to feel nervous, after last night when she opened up to Jake and when he watched her fell asleep, she haven’t been able to thank him.

Jake sat opposite her.

“My dad called me over, he said he wants to get married to your mom” She revealed to him and Jake’s eyes widened.

“He’s not serious” Jake gasped.

“I’m afraid he is, I really want my dad to be happy but I just don’t… I don’t know why I’m feeling this way about the woman he finally moved on with but I..”

Jake held her hands when he noticed her panic level rising.

“I get it, I feel whatever you feel too so just calm down. We can think of something” As Jake was trying to pacify her, Amanda was behind them, putting on face cap and she was secretly taking pictures of them.

Julia calm down.

“I will look for women for my dad and you would look for suitors for your mom and if it doesn’t work out then we’d go with plan b” Julia told him.

“What’s that?” Jake asked and she motioned him to come closer.

He did and she began whispering on his ear. Jake didn’t understand most of what she was saying as he was distracted by the smell of her perfume but he could only push the thoughts away.

“Good plan” Jake smiled at her.

Julia smiled back, she was finally glad to see Jake a little loosen up with her.

“Are you hungry? What do you want to eat since you helped me with drink then let me” He asked.

Julia nodded, she took her menu and suddenly noticed Aime and Bryan sitting about two tables behind them.

Her eyes widened.

‘What is she doing here?’ She thought.

When she looked again, she met Bryan’s gaze and her eyes widened. She wanted to hide but Bryan seemed to have said something to Aime causing Aime to turn to them.

“Shit” She cursed.

“What?” Jake asked.

“My friend is over there with her date or who ever he is to her” She sighed.

Jake looked at their direction and Bryan gave him a nod, he nodded back before taking his attention to Julia.
