‘Why are you disturbing me?,’ he whispered, very low.

‘Stop calling me, don’t implicate me,’ he warned her.
‘I just want to inform you that I am on my way to your house,’ she announced.
‘Please go back. My girlfriend is around. I will call you to come whenever she is gone…’, he whispered to her.
KC tried playing smart thinking that Martha was in the kitchen washing plates without knowing she was actually hiding somewhere listening to his phone conversations. And she heard it all very loud and clear.
She could not believe that KC was actually cheating on her.
Martha became very heartbroken 💔. Already, tears had drenched the singlet she was putting on.

Martha overheard all the phone conversations.
Then she tiptoed out from her hiding place to the bathroom to cry. She really cried her eyes out in the bathroom.

KC has never seen Martha this angry before. She was really boiling, barking angrily at him like a màd dog. Deep down, KC knew very well he had hurt her. As his guilty conscience was flogging him so badly.
‘It is not like that. I never said you have no right over my phone but I just wanted to know what you needed my phone for..’, he was explaining.
‘So I now owe you an explanation before having access to your phone, eh?..’
‘Enough! Take the phone and eat it if you so much desired’, KC said and angrily handed the phone to her.
Martha angrily dragged the phone off his hand. As she was about to access the phone she realized that the phone was locked. ‘When did you start using a password on your phone, KC?’.
‘Is anything wrong with that?’, KC asked.
‘KC you have totally changed overnight. Indeed you can only get to know people in the matters of money. No wonder they say that money is a big magnifying glass on who you truly and genuinely were and always have been..,’ she was saying before KC interrupted her.

‘I don’t know how you want me to explain myself to you before you believe me…’, KC insisted.

And do whatever you want to do at your own peril..’, KC was tearing so angrily.
Martha stood stranded in tears. KC was busy with his phone, remorselessly. She was very angry. And the nonchalant attitude of KC worsened the whole thing.
