“Interesting” Mone smiled.

Lovelyn pushed Bernie off of herself immediately, and a loud pop sound was made as a result of the sudden separation of their lips.

Instinctively, Lovelyn’s fist flew to his face, and she punched him heavily on the right jaw. His lip bursted as he staggered.

“I knew it, you’d never change” she muttered and walked out of the circle.

Bernie wiped the blood on his lips and made to go after her, but Mira blocked him, and he stopped.

“You’ve done enough Mr. Bernie Han, leave her alone and stay away” she warned and left with Hwasa.

Bernie remained standing, looking around on his spot to find all eyes on himself.

“Bernie what’s up?” Savage joined him. He’s just arriving with Vista.

“Why the f**k are you bleeding? Dude” Vista asked, and Bernie only sighed before walking away.

They exchanged glances and made to follow him, but they stopped when they saw the second scene of students surrounding someone.

“What’s happening over there?” Savage muttered.

“Chloe came back” a girl replied beside them, and Savage’s eyes became big.

“Chloe? Chloe…

“Chloe Shin…yes, the scholarship student of last semester” the girl replied, and Savage rushed into the circle too.

“This week will be full of fun, don’t you think?” Yuri said, popping gum in her mouth as she joined Mabel and Ruby after they came out of their cars.

“The only flaw of our gang is you, Yuri. If you had a tag, we’d have been perfect” Mabel replied.

“I…I know… I’ll get a tag before the end of this semester I promise” Yuri replied slowly, rubbing the strap of her backpack to hide her nervousness.

“Before the end of this semester? We’re graduating this semester and you know that! Better get it before the end of next week, else you’d be out of the gang” Ruby said.

“Was just about to say that” Mabel replied.

“I promise… I’ll get it” Yuri said, and they left her behind, taking the lead together.

They saw the large circle of students too, and they stopped.

“What’s happening there?” Mabel said.

“Let’s go check it out” Ruby replied, pulling her there.

They forced students out of their way till they got to the front, and they almost passed out when they saw who it is.

Mone is still standing there, relaxed. Still smiling.

“Ch..loe?” Mabel swallowed, and Mone turned her face to them.

Mabel shifted back fearfully, and Yuri did the same. Ruby fell on her butt on her own, and Mone couldn’t help but laugh out loud.

Savage finally got to the middle and walked straight to her. Grabbing her firmly, he pulled her into a tight hug.

“It’s really you….you finally came back… Chloe I swear there’s no passing day that I didn’t think about you. I didn’t come to school on the day you fell remember? I searched for the hospital you were taken to. I searched like crazy, but I found nothing, your line went off since then but believe me I always tried it with the hope that it’d come on one day. Chloe I missed you” he cried on her shoulder.

Mone stood still for one minute, looking blank in the face, and in the next minute, she pushed Savage away from herself with a scowl.

“I don’t know anyone named Chloe. I’m Mone, the only daughter of ex-president Yoon! Let that sink into your skull!” She said, and another car drove into the park. It’s a black Jeep this time, and three guards came out of it.

“What took y’all so long!” Mone shouted crankily.

“We’re sorry young miss” they bowed, and she smirked as they stood by her sides, walking her to class.

Savage began wiping his tears, watching with mixed feelings as she walked away. He can’t understand anything.

She’s Mone? Then how come she has Chloe’s face?

He left the park, and Mabel released a heavy breath. Ruby stood from the ground.

“She’s not Chloe? She’s the new VIP student Mone? Then why is her face exactly like Chloe’s? Is Chloe a twin?” She said.

“I’m sure she’s the one I saw at the night out. She bumped into me when I was checking out the vibrator” Ruby said.

“We saw her at the convenience store too! We saw her together Ruby!” Yuri said, and Ruby nodded nervously.

“She’s the one who came to save Mira and Hwasa when I had them kidnapped the other time, who the hell is she? Is she playing tricks?” Mabel replied in confusion, and Ruby started biting her own fingers nervously, it’s so obvious she’s scared.

“Hey Ruby Kim, you weren’t even part of Chloe’s bullies last semester so why the nervousness? And besides, she’s not Chloe, they just look alike” Mabel said, and Ruby quickly took the nails away from her mouth.

“Oh…I guess I’m just shaking cos of the cold” she said, and Ruby came closer to her.

“Are you hiding something from us?” She asked, and Ruby smiled. She’s sweating so much.

Lovelyn actually went to the washroom earlier, straight from the park.

The girls trailed her though, and they found her, so they’re currently in the washroom together.

“Have you calmed down now?” Mira asked after Lovelyn washed her lips for the third time.

“I hope Richie won’t see or hear about it. I don’t want him to get mad at me” she replied.

“It’s ok lover girl, not like you kissed him. Bernie did it suddenly so…” Hwasa said, and she nodded, reapplying her favorite red lipstick on her lips.

“But… isn’t this still crazy? I mean… how can Mone have same face as Chloe” Mira said.

“What’s the story of this Chloe?” Hwasa asked.

“Well… despite being the scholarship student last semester, she was the ace of the class. I mean….she never gets less than 100 in every test and exams, she even corrects the teachers, so she had a lot of haters, and Mabel topped her list of haters together with Yuri” Lovelyn said.

“But Chloe is f*king stubborn. Despite being bullied cruelly by Mabel and Yuri always, she’d still come to school and write every test and exam, and she’d still pass, she was so very stubborn” Mira smiled as she talked.

“Then?” Hwasa said eagerly.

“Then one day the president organized his yearly banquet, and a male student plus a female student from this school were to go there and honour the president with a dance. A dance battle happened, and Savage was picked to go in the male category, Chloe was picked in the female category” Lovelyn said.

“And?” Hwasa said impatiently again.

“Mabel and Yuri almost died with anger and jealousy cos they weren’t picked. The next thing we saw the next day after the dance battle was Chloe’s body at the base of the rooftop stairs. Someone obviously pushed her, and she sustained injuries on her head and legs. According to the news we heard, she broke her backbone too and won’t be able to walk again” Mira finished the story.

“Wait…who pushed her down the stairs?” Hwasa asked.

“It’s still unknown till now, and in her absence, Savage refused to dance too, so it was Vista and Mabel who went for the dance” Lovelyn replied.

“And now she’s back as Mone to take revenge? That’s the only sensible answer” Hwasa said.

“She’s Mone, not Chloe. They just look alike so stop your delusions. Chloe is not even rich too so why would she come back in a purple limo as the ex-president’s daughter? Please don’t make me laugh” Mira replied.

“Can we just go to class already?” Lovelyn said.

“Fine” Hwasa replied, and they left the washroom at once, only to meet Mone in front of it, resting on the wall.

“F**k!” They all held their chests, and she smiled, leaving the wall to face them.

“Did I scare y’all?” She smiled.

“Mone” Hwasa said, and she smiled wider.

“We need to talk” she replied and took her hand. She began pulling her away

“I’ll meet you guys in class!” She told Lovelyn and Mira as she got pulled.

“Lucky her” Mira said.

“Why?” Lovelyn asked.

“Mum told me to get closer to her, but she seems to be interested in Hwasa only” Mira replied, and Lovelyn folded a fist in front of her.

“You can do it” she winked.

“Fighting!” Mira did the same, and they laughed as they rushed back to class.
